I know how to go in and clear queues for each speaker/group but my question is if there is a way to quickly clear ALL queues in the system and ungroup all speakers - almost like a system “reset” but not affecting settings or anything like that. Just untrue and reset all speakers to nothing playing and no queue. Thanks!

There is no quick way.  You would need to clear each queue individually.

Haven't tried it but maybe Group all Rooms, clear the queue and ungroup everything?

A power-cycle of all primary Sonos speakers would also work. There used to be a browser accessible reboot option but that went away so cord pulling is needed.

You could connect power to the players through remote controlled switches.

However, I’ll point out that power-up is one of the most stressful events in a unit’s life. If you use this method to clear the queues several times a day, long term reliability will decrease, but I cannot put a number on this.

great idea.  I don’t know how many times I’ve looked at all the rooms then saying to myself “I don’t remember have stuff playing there”.

This is not something that I care about, but if it was, I’d cook up something with a micro computer, such as a Raspberry Pi, and clear the queues with this. There are other approaches -- whatever you are comfortable with.
