My system is 2+ years old and was working perfectly until a few weeks ago. I wish I could pinpoint an app version, but can not. I two Stereo Pairs setup. in my living room I have 2 One SLs w/ a Sub Gen 3 setup as a pair. In the bedroom I have 1 One and 1 One SL setup as a pair, no Sub. I’m having a problem in both rooms… same problem. When starting to play music from the App, from any device, or when asking Alexa or Sonos to play music via voice, the music cuts in an out, plays, then one speaker, usually the right stops all together. I’ve done several things to narrow down the issue. Factory reset the devices and left the speakers as independent speakers (no sub). When I did this, music played flawlessly on all speakers either individually or when grouped in any combination. Reconnected them as a pairs, problem reoccurs. As the title. I am just setting up my Era 300. I have no other Sonos kit. Used the app to set up and all seemed good.When I went back into the app to set up voice etc, ut searches for updated and then showed error code 1064 - any ideas ?
Sonos speakers keep cutting out from internet. This isnt just once in a while it happens multiple times per hour where they just stop mid stream. I have the era 100 (pair), beam and arc with a sub gen 3. I finally got the system set up after the huge sign in/update error loop the app had on ios. Have already factory reset and then separately updated network connection on them after re syncing them to my account.Anyone know what the issue is?iphone 15 pro max, most recent app as of posting, already did software updates to speakers
So I ordered the Sonos Line In Adapter, plugged it in, ran 3.5 Audio cable from Mac Mini m1. Sonos instructions which I bet are before the new app say selected line in as a source but I’m not finding that in the app. I’m sure I must not be looking in the right place. Any help would be appreciated.

Die Verbindung ist immer gut.Seit geraumer Zeit, geht die Musik immer wieder aus. Ich stelle die Playlist ein, die Musik läuft. Nach ein paar Stunden, immer etwas unterschiedlich, geht die Musik aus, es kommt kein Ton aus den Boxen.In der Sonos App läuft die Musik weiter. wenn ich die einzelnen Lautsprecher nach der Fehlfunktion wieder in der App an und ausschalte, geht es wieder.Für mich aber natürlich im Verkaufsraum nicht sinnvoll, immer wieder nachzubessern, alle paar Stunden.Am merkwürdigsten ist, dass die Wiedergabe zuvor immer funktioniert hat, die Ausgewählte Playlist lief immer wieder durch, konnte an den Boxen ein- und ausgeschaltet werden. Hey All,I work in an office with 30 people who all use Wi-Fi. We have 7 Sonos speakers set up throughout the office: 6 Era 300s and 1 Arc.Very often, when we try to group the Sonos together, we get the message “unable to connect, try again later.” Only one speaker will connect and the others wont.Is there a way to fix this issue?

Like it completely disconnects from the internet and I can longer find it in the app. I’ve shut it off and restarted, I’ve reconnected the internet, I’ve checked everything in the app.
Hello everyone, I am writing this to share with you the bad experiences that I am unfortunately having, and that is that the audio quality of my Sonos series 100 is horrible. I've literally turned down the bass at -10 because it sounded super saturated, even at -10 which is the maximum it becomes distorted because yes, I tried both yt music and spotify and there is no difference, they have the same problem, is this normal? My Sonos speakers worked fine in previous home. New home and internet provider but kept the same Wifi password. Cannot connect speakers. Wants me to use ethernet for initial start but modem is ceiling mounted. Any work around?
So after getting the app update yesterday my Sonos system is now destroyed. The new app does not work - could not play anything, would not connect to my music library. Tried resetting the app - this did not work. Have just reset the entire system, reset teh speakers and now it is even worse as I cannot re-connect the speakers! Waht the f*** is going on?Please can you revert to the app that was working perfectrly well on Tuesday? I now have 2 speakers that I may as well throw in the bin.Can anyone recommend another decent speaker system as I fear Sonos has just shot itself in the foot...
I have asked this question before but didn’t get an answer. when my Roam runs out of battery and I plug it in it won’t turn on for like 15min. is this a flawed design or my speaker is malfunctioning? thabk you

When my Sonos Roam battery runs off and I connect it to power I can’t play music. I vitally I can’t turn it on at all for a while like 10 or 15 min. Is this a design flaw or my roam is malfunctioning?Thank you.
Well, ever since the NEW APP came out, my pair of Roam Speakers would cut in and out when grouped to my Beam...ONLY when listening to anything from the TV Source.It was suggested that my wireless system could be the issue. Never understood this as I would never have issues when grouped, listening to audio from the Sonos Controler.Now...now my Roam Speakers are useless. Utterly Useless. I started losing volume on the Roams when grouped yesterday, again with my Beam and again while listening via the TV Source. I can set the volume and then leave the App, only to have the volume level drop from 60 to 0. It started slowly but NOW I am unable to group my Roam speakers due to this zero volume level thing going on now constantly. They are not useless...not too bad as book ends…I specifically purchased the Roam believing I could group these to my existing system to listen to both TV Source Audio along with other audio sources.I find that this system is glitchy at best with a downright poor cus
Recently bought a Sonos Move and Ray, trying to connect them to the app, the app recognizes the devices, asks for the WiFi password, but when the sync is done the app show the error 1101 (couldn’t find any updates) and after that the app lets the devices begin configured in the home place, but when it finishes the “place configuration” it doesn’t appear in the app. I have tried all the steps in the Sonos guides, rebooted both devices and also the router but the problem is not solved, please help

Hi All,I am using the S 2 App - it has been working fine but..My two Sono 5 speakers have started being only available from within the Sonos App. Their volume control is also erratic. I have reloaded the app, done factory resets, added speaker routine, gone thru the sound PIN routine, added the wifi password and reached the screen where it says the speaker is connected. However it says - If it does not appear in the system then power the speaker off and on and it will appear.When I go to the system in the app indeed it is not there. When I power the speaker off and on it is still not there. And when I try adding I get the “I don’t see my product” message. Back to factory reset for the green led to find the speaker …. around we go again…Any thoughts or advice would be welcomed. The S 1 App which I tried as an alternative says that my speakers are S2 compatible, but gives the option to downgrade to S 1. Should I try that?Thanks
The Sonos app continues to drop out during tv playback. It is extremely frustrating and makes what used to be a great product, totally crap and frustrating to use. Sonos support does not provide solutions just what should like AI garbage. I have found that turning the tv off and on with the video paused seems to re-establish playback to the Sonos beam, but this is crap and frustrating w then compared to a product that used to work seamlessly.
