The minimum volume on a Play 1 for instance (volume level 1) is too loud to let the music play as background. It's "no music" or "too loud music" on volume level 1 Nothing in between. Ideally I could lower the music volume like an old amplifier. It's as simple as that. We use the Sonos system on the lowest volume side and the minimum volume is just way too high. I'm surprised that nobody else raises this.

I have tried resetting to factory settings and spent so much time and frustration on this. It should allow me to disconnect the LH Sonos one from “Unnamed room” and allow me to add it in the “TV Room” ….. but no no no … What a nightmare of a system!!!Any help be grateful for. 

I am having a party this weekend and borrowed two of my friends Sonos move systems.  In total there are three Sonos that are each setup to individual accounts.  How can I sync all three using my app without resetting each one ? I don’t want to disrupt my friend’s setup. 

I purchased a Sonos Era 300 and tried to pair it with my Samsung smart TV by Bluetooth; the TV find the speaker in the Bluetooth speaker list; and the message is Needs pairing, so I clicked and again in Pair and connect and after less than a minute “connecting”, it comes the message of the connection unsuccessful and ask to make sure the device is turned on; with the Era 300 turned on and ready to pair. Thank you in advance for your support!  Raul.

I have sonos play 5 gen 2 and roam 1.All are working fine independently.However when I try to group Roam 1 with Play 5 via app, it gets an error essage that say unable to connect, please try again later.Any thoughts?

After the update, I get a code 1005 on 9 for my 20 devices. I have reboot individual pieces, router and my hub.

After multiple resets, my device continues to flash white.I've tried everything: connecting the device to the Ethernet, restarting the router, updating the SONOS applications + the phone, restarting my iPhone several times and still nothing.Now I suddenly have the same problem, what should I do?Thanks in advance!

Hi.I already have 2 Sonos Roam speakers and I am considering buying a Sonos One SL. But I’m unsure if a can play music simultaneously on the three speakers. As far as I can find on google the Sonos One SL does not have the multiroom function - but the Sonos One has it. Is that really true?

Hi,I have no power with Gen 2 sub. It isn’t the power point or lead issue. (I am an electrician). I have a 1st gen sub that is going strong so I think gen 2 sub’s have a power issue. Paying over $1000 for a sub that doesn’t last 5yr is pretty average.I had a move that the battery stop charging alsoI love Sonos. I have use there products for around 10yrs. I have play 1 x 2, play 3 x 2, play 5, playbar, beam, sub x 2, move and amp Over the last couple years I have experienced the most problems with the app (bugs/delays/app closing). Maybe Sonos needs to go back to there original scope of make a couple of amazing products instead of lots or average ones that can’t outlast their originals  Cheers

Why would I want to buy any Sonos products, if the app doesn’t work for your products? Or is that you don’t care? 

I have a few sonos products, mainly soundbars and sub for home theater.  I would love to expand to more speakers but I want the ability to cast from youtube music and plexamp, my main methods of listening to music.  I do not like the sonos app for finding and playing my music, making playlists, etc… I know this has been brought up before, but it seems like a missed opportunity.  There are only more sales to be had from supporting more protocols and ways to play your music.  I don’t know if there is an official feature request or similar community functionality so thought I would make this post.

Hello! every time I open the new app it states ‘turn on Bluetooth to allow ‘sonos’ to connect to accessories’ is there a way of turning this off? I don’t want Bluetooth connected on my phone all day and this message appears every time.    

Hello there, I’m looking to buy a Sonos Beam Gen 2 in Australia, Sydney. Afterwhich the speaker will be brought to Singapore. Would I still have access to the warranty? I can’t seem to find any details about international warranty and how to go about it. 

Hi, since I am using only one Era 300 to watch movies pointing from the back, the audio channels are inverted, sounds from the right sapper from the left and vice-versa.Is there a setting to switch this from the app or any other place?Thank you very much in advance

Has anyone figure out how to get the Symfonisk speakers set up on an existing Sonos system? I have a picture frame setup with a mini subwoofer, and I have been trying to  add a second speaker frame to make it stereo, but I have not had positive experience with it. Call Sonos a few time (super waste of time), and I even exchange the speaker for a new one in IKEA…. So, the question is what else can I do to get this set up.SONOS if you read this, please send an update for the app, currently it sucks to help set up a speaker, and the Ethernet cable won’t take you to the update part (super weird), even tho the speaker is directly connected to the router.   Thanks!

I just received my Era 300 speakers. I’m kinda bummed because the center driver is not in use when watching non-Dolby atmos content. Dialogue totally fades to the other surrounding drivers. It throws off the sound. I had the Sonos ones prior to this… for the price point i feel this speaker should be multifunctional and the front driver should still be utilized when watching NON-Dolby almost content. I love music and would have loved to experience the 300’s fully functional. 😶

I used SONOS two days ago. Suddenly it says it can’t find either of my speakers on my WiFi system. WTH?

can I have guests play their own selections from their phones if they have access to my WiFi?  Sonos Roam. 

Hello, I can’t use the Sonos app as it keeps running an error. It says that the software needs to be updated and when I try to update it, it asks me to log in, and then it runs an error. Has anyone encountered this problem and knows how to solve it?In general the Sonos app faces tons of issues constantly but now I can’t even use it! Thanks,Male.   

The firm ware will not update after factory reset. I cannot add this speaker. The unit was repurposed to me from a friend. Any ideas? I am using a 5G router from Verizon.

I have the latest new app updates and firmware.This problem has existed in the old versions.My rooms are set to specific volumes however the alarm function resets them all the same as the primary room each morning when I wake up.  I have to manually tweak each one, every...single...morning.Can this please be looked at and considered for a fix.Thank you.

I've spent a ridiculous amount of money and now I can't even get a single speaker to run its own music. Seriously 😠 frustrated.
