Under the upgrade offer I have requested a shipping label, in my account, for old speakers to be recycled.   I have however not received the shipping label. All email and address details are correct and the spam folder was checked. Could Support assist?   

Hello - This is actually a user forum, not customer support. I would contact Sonos support directly on their UK website.


Just a quick note, under the Upgrade offer you don't need to return your speakers and can carry on using them or gift them to friends or family and they'll carry on working just as before.

Of course, you can return them for recycling etc.


Thank you for the note. Sonos Customer Support does no longer operate an email service and directs customers to the forum. Yes, I have given away speakers but Sonos offer and market their green credentials with the recycling option and it ought to work. If it does not work users might want to know about it and others might have identified the solution. For all these reasons this is a correctly placed question here.

I and other community moderators don’t have the tools available to generate return labels, so contacting sales support would be the way to go here. While our technical support team only offer phone and chat support, you can set up an email case by heading to our sales contact page and selecting ‘Questions about Sonos’.

As @sjw suggested, you don’t have to send the speaker back to us and it can continue to be used. Another option would be to take the device to your local recycling center instead of returning it to us to recycle.
