After last update speakers loosing connection. I am tired restarting system and app.

A programme broadcast on Radio 6 this morning for example would be accessible a matter of hours later vis Radioplayer or MyTuner. I have attempted this today but no BBC programmes from today appear to  be available. This is the case if I look further back on programmes which would otherwise have been  available. Has something altered with the licencing does anyone know ? I know the issues with Tunein but thought the other services had escaped for the moment. 

Need an Annual plan like every other music service. No ads to subscribe, already subscribed; also like every other music service.  

Spotify has added a lyrics feature where you swipe up on the song playing and the lyrics appear highlighting the lines being sung.Sonos has recently added a numeric indication to the sliding volume scale, when operating from an iPhone a haptic is also added that you feel when the volume is being adjusted.It’s interesting that the lyrics feature only appears when your streaming directly from the Spotify app. When streaming Spotify via the Sonos app, the lyrics feature doesn’t appear. I usually always stream from the Sonos app so that’s a bit of a bummer.The volume control feature and haptic only appear when streaming from the Sonos app.  I’ve always streamed Spotify from the Sonos app because most of the time I’m doing multi-room and use radio apps so out of habit stick with that.  Is there any possibility the lyrics feature will ever be available when streaming Spotify from the Sonos app?

I wanted to buy some stands which are 71.99 on offer on the Sonos store but when I add them while logged in it shoots the price back up to 89.99 in the basket. Anyone else seeing this issue?

I have two CR100s with cradle & wall mount I put in my store prior to the OS update that was going to brick them. I am not searching back to find out the OS# but y’all know… They were working fine. At least one if not both had new batteries. They are physically good - one with a tiny mark when it was dropped. Is anyone still using them and could use two more? I’m not selling but would offer them for collection (preferred) or postage only to anyone that would use them in their system. UK postcode area G61 (Glasgow) though I’ll also probably be travelling down the M6 to Warwick & Bicester start of December. TBH I’ve no idea what is going on in Sonos land any more. I just purchased the Sonos Beam.I have a Samsung Curved 65” TV connected with 1 Cable to the Samsung One Connect box (BN91-14846E). So from the TV to the Samsung  One Connection box where all HDMI’s connections such as the AT&T DirecTv receiver.and the HT-D5300 Sound system are all interconnected.Before purchasing the Sonos Beam, my sound came from the Samsung HT-D5300 5.1 Channel Blue-ray home theater system. With new Sonos Beam, I get sound from the TV show we are watching including Netflix/Amazon Prime etc. via Sonos Beam except when I play a movie from the HT-D5300 blue ray/DVD player.  I have 1 HDMI cable from that sound system to the Samsung All-In-One-Connect. I even connected an Infra-Red cable from that HT-D5300 Sound system to the AT&T Infra-Red but no sound while trying to play the blue ray/DVD player.  I have connected the Sonos Beam directly to the HT-D5300 sound system Infra-Red port but no sound while playing the DVD.Any assistance to get sound from our HT-D5300

Can I use my Sonos One speakers to play my music saved on my matchbook Pro

Can we connect Sonos Arc with  One SL + One to make them 5.1 together.what I mean is one of friend has just bought  Sonos Arc but back home he has One SL and One so can we a proper 5.1 setup or a stereo setup.  

We have Sonos home config with several of the older generation of devices (Play:1, Play:3, and Soundbar). We'd like to make these easier to access from our Apple devices, so am contemplating buying e.g. a Sonos ONE based on the claim that this will enable AirPlay to control all the speakers. However posts like these ~3 years definitely suggest that the exact operating functionality and compatibility was not clear:How will extending AirPlay work Access to AirPlay 2 when using One as surround speakrSince it's been 2+ years since this was released, I'm hoping to now understand how this will works and (most importantly) any limitations or "gotchas" we should be ware of (e.g. potentially relative to speaker positioning, models, or grouping). For example:Will this work if I'm closest to one of the existing speakers, potentially out of range from the new Sonos ONE? Will it work if the speakers are part of a group? two months since Apple’s iPhone 13 release and Trueplay is still not available to these devices. We all know techinical difficulty is not that hard, so the question is - are Sonos and Apple’s relationship that bad now?

Bonjour, Je souhaite envoyer l'image de mon apple TV vers un projo via cable HDMI et envoyer le son vers une enceinte sonos Beam.l'enceinte sonos apparait bien dans la liste airplay de l'apple TV mais quand je clique dessus la connexion ne veut pas se faire (petit rond qui tourne et ne s'arrete jamais...)mon apple TV est de 2eme générationmon sonos beam est le gen 2est ce un probleme Airplay 1 ou 2 non compatible?je précise que j'ai également un naim muso sur lequel l'appel tv se connecte très bien merci de vos retours

Hi all,recently bought an Sony 65 inch X90J and are now looking to add a sound setup.Our TV-room is in the basement, height to ceiling is about 6,9 feet. The room is L-shaped and the TV is around the corner like the picture below. The distance from wall where tv stand to next wall where sofa is are about 10,5 feet. The totalt width is about 20 feet.Now we want a good all round setup without spending to much (ie sub, soundbar and rears). I am looking at either Arc alone, Beam gen 2 alone or Beam gen 2 with Ikea Symfonisk as rear. Given the room layout which option do you think will do best? 

Hi. To start, I have the full setup with the Arc paired with the two SL’s and the sub. I’ve had this setup for about two months now. While watching a movie last night I could have sworn I heard something funky in a left to right audio pan on a scene. Because of which I fired up channel/panning tests on YouTube and one Netflix. Every front left/right test is REVERSED! When left/right rear speaker tests run they are correct accordingly. I am absolutely baffled. I almost want to believe the left/right channels were wired reversed when being assembled in production. Seeing how there is no way to change the channels via software, what am I supposed to do?

Sonos Connect S2 devices (and I assume Port) seem to be down sampling all HD data to 44.1khz  (e.g. 24/48 khz local FLACs) through the digital out (e.g. Coaxial) to external DACs.  i.e. you cant get a HD digital signal out of your Sonos kit !!I cant see the bit-depth on my DAC, so unsure if this is also being downgraded to 16 bit (but assume 16/44.1).I assume this is the same for  streamed services also (e.g. Qobuz, Amazon HD etc.) being digitally downgraded to 16 / 44.1.Whats the point??!!!   This would be surprising in 2015 . . . . .   but 2021 !!!    I have had cheap Android STB for the last 10 years that digitally passthrough (up to 24/192, DSD files etc.).  Even services like HEOS etc. will send an untouched digital bit signal to the Receiver / DAC. Can this option please be added (I understand coax, optical are bandwidth limited - but even 24/192 Stereo should be OK).   i.e. digital pass-through, or sampling at the original source rate at least! Include it as an option please!

Hi. Sonos rocks. But I keep loosing wifi to my speaker while in my home bar. It’s not that far from the router but I can’t bring either any closer to each other. I’m fitting a mesh system to my house. Will the TP link deco M9 work ok with it. 

I intend to wall mount a 85 inch Samsung Frame TV into a large room with ceiling mounted Sonos front and rear speakers at an elevation of 11.5 feet. Obviously a clean look is what I am looking for so I would like to conceal a subwoofer if you recommend it . Any recommendations on ceiling mounted subwoofer or concealment as well as equipment and distances. TV viewing area is about 12 by 12 feet at a distance of about 10 feet from tv wall.

Hi all I have a Sonos Arc and subwoofer gen 3 and I paired my Play two Play 1s that I have had for several years as the 2 rear surrounds.  Am I shortchanging myself by not using the Sonos ones that are newer or will the sound be the same.  Additionally what would be a better sionos speaker back there short of Sonos 5 which is very expensive Thank you 

I have older Sonos speakers that aren’t compatible with the updated controller. I’ve figured out how to have the app on my phone stop asking me to update. But every time I open the controller on my laptop, I’m asked if I want to update the app/controller and I have to say “Not Now.” But I’d love to say, “Stop asking me about this because you’ve gone on and left me here with your old tech and when these speakers die, maybe I’ll buy new ones that are compatible with your update. But until then, my hands are tied. And you won’t shut up about it. And it’s making me hate you.” So… little help?

Hello all...looking in to buying the Sonos turntable and just wanting to know what I would need other than my speaker setup that I already have. My current setup is Beam, Sub, 3 1’s gen. 2 , roam and travel speakers. 

Bonjour à tous.Le système que j’ai trouvé et dont je suis très content est le suivant :Deux enceintes FIVE de part et d’autre de mon canapé, en stéréo Une enceinte MOVE devant moi Ce qui, quand je suis assis sur mon canapé, ou debout pour danser devant, forme un triangle très performant, dont on est soit sur le milieu du segment entre les deux FIVE, soit au milieuCette configuration me paraît parfaite pour chez moi, le son englobe toute la pièce et est comme je l’aime, profond et fin.Comme déjà évoqué sur ce forum, je souhaiterais acheter des platines vinyles et une table de mixage, mais je suis un peu embarrassé avec cette question du décalage de 75 ms entre l’émetteur (platine vinyle) et le récepteur (groupage Sonos), quand on les connecte en filaire. Auriez-vous une idée pour ne pas avoir ce décalage ? (Qui me semble impossible à tolérer dans une session mix, car on agit sur la machine et entend la modification sur le son en temps réel). I already have a pair of Bronze Audio 50 speakers hooked up to my sonos amp with the hdmi arc connected to my TV. I’m considering picking up a central speaker, the BA C150. Is it possible to connect this to the amp also, and can anyone see a benefit to the setup or drawbacks?

Since upgrading my iPhone to iOS 15 I am no longer able to control my Sonos S2 volume controls using the physical volume button on the phone. I have turned the option off and back on again in App Preferences with no success. Is this perhaps a known issue? Thanks.
