I have a sonos full surround system which is the arc the base and 2 one SL speakers, is it so possible to add in ceiling speakers to this system or that is all I can add to the surround system?

That is all. The ARC has upfiring speakers which are Atmos capable, which simulate ceiling speakers.
You could add a second Sub for a 5.2.2 setup. You could also upgrade your One SLs to Fives, but this is overkill for most room setups.
