HejHar idag köpt en Beam en Subwoofer gen.3 samt två st One-högtalare. Har tidigare en One och en Play 5, som inte kan användas med S2. Tänker uppgradera mi S1 till S2. Undrar om jag kan få uppgraderingsrabatt 30% på min gamla Play 5 senare då ekonomin tillåter köp av en ny S2-kompatibel. Undrar också om mina spellistor mm, som jag nu har på S1 följer med vid uppgraderingen till S2.mvh

They are a horrible shipping service. They are always late. I want to file a complaint and I hope this goes to head of management. I would rather have you guys go with UPS, who is a much more qualified shipping option. Gosh, I would even rather go USPS over FEDEX. Can someone please give me a response because I’m seriously livid with how crappy FEDEX is! Just please give me my damn package and stop updating incorrect information for the status package and when I call for more information and updates, don’t hang up on me all the time. FEDEX is crap!

Hi everyone, this is my first post because I usually get the best help through the customer service line, but this time I am stuck! I am fully invested in Sonos. I have 5 connect amps hardwired to 3rd party speakers, the sub, the beam, and the play bar. I recently bought the beam which I love and I added to the sub through the home theater setting. My issue is, I want to add a connect amp for the surround sound. I have the connect amp hard wired to the router and another ethernet wire to the beam, but when I click add surround I get this message- “ Two compatible speakers are required to add surrounds. Make sure your products are powered and connected to wifi”. I called customer support and they recommended I disable wifi on the connect amp an the beam so it just feeds off the ethernet wire, but it did not work. After min of trying they said, “well we have had issues with the S2 update and adding surround so you have to wait for us to fix it”. I am having trouble accepting this as a re

Hi,I recently picked up a Sonos One to use in the bedroom as a music/radio player at night. Mainly this will be getting used in the evening, which leads me to want to use the sleep timer-function. However, when I use the sleep timer, setting it in the app on iOS, a green LED is lighting up the room whenever the timer is running out (even though the lights have been turned off in the settings). This seems quite counterintuitive to me since I would expect a sleep timer/mode to avoid any unnecessary light being turned on.Is there a setting that I am missing that one could use to turn off this functionality or will there always be a flashing light whenever the sleep timer is used? If anyone has any suggestions/thoughts - do let me know! Any help is very much appreciated! Cheers 

Hi. I have a sonos system with sonos amp in it,I have it from mid  June and since I first hooked it it imdetaly played the sound from my Samsung TV .I hooked a hdmi cable frome my tv arc/hdmi 2 channel to the sonos amp/Each time i turned on the tv, it worked smoothly. the amp recognized the tv, the led light blinked in green and the amp switch to play the tv. until a week ago when it stoped playing the sound from the tv.i tried a few simple actions to fix it and bring the amp to play the tv sound back again.a. I tried to use a different hdmi cableb. I reset the amp and hooked it back to my system.c. I  connected an apple tv  to the arc/hdmi-2 input on my tv , just to make sure that the hdmi connector on the tv is ok. and it did work finewhat am I issing here?one other simptome goes like thismy tv hdmi-2  input channel which also serves as the arc channel  and is connected to the amp used to display a curved shapes  (see attached photo)but since the amp stopped to play the  sound of the

I have the Playbar and I have two issues. 1. Our Roku works to control volume, but the first time I click volume up or down, the bar gives off a high pitched noise and it is very annoying. 2. I am unable to sync my 2018 Samsung QLED tv remote to control the volume. Any tricks to try and get this resolved? 

I have a tv room which has my Sonos playbar and 2 x Sonos Play:1 setup as a 3:1 surround system... I’ve just been given 2 x Sonos One SL - I wanted to use these as the front surround but the app won’t let me add them to the same room. I can group them with the TV room but the audio is horrible and the sound isn’t controlled by the TV remote.Am I doing something dumb or have I hit a limitation of the Sonos system? Thanks in advance

I have been unable to find any answer to this question anywhere.  So far not able to connect my Sony Walkman NW-A55 or audia-tecnica AT-LP120XBT-USB turntable to my Sonos Move speaker.  I was able to connect them to my Klipsch Groove speaker with no issue.  Can’t be a problem with my devices which is what I was told by Sonos Support.I have the bluetooth on my phone and laptop turned off when I try.Very frustrating since this is why I got the speaker to begin with.

I have a Play1 and a Play5 up until today they worked ok on S1 my wife used it today and it appears to have updated the Play1 to S2 now the system is incompatible can I downgrade to Play1 back to S1

If I’m playing a playlist or maybe an ‘artist radio’, how can I tell what playlist/radio is playing? Sometimes I might have chosen it a day ago or someone else chose it. There’s no playlist name shown on the controllers, that I can see. Can anyone help?Thanks

I have just upgraded from a playbar to an Arc, connected via hdmi to a Sony 65ag8 oled tv.Since conecting this, I find that my tv is turned off (from standby) overnight. If I unplug the ARC,  the tv stays in standby.I have checked all the settings on the tv and arc, but can't find anything about switching off overnight.Anyone else found this, or can offer a solution

As per the topic started by @KenOuf , I find that updating the Sonos controller app on Windows 10 also does the same thing, it simply restarts my PC without asking; this morning leaving me with a lot of lost work.  It seems to do it every time a Sonos controller update is required and is definitely the cause of the restart as I requested the update to version 12.2 during Windows’ active hours, perhaps naively expecting to be prompted before a system restart as per most other software.  Please provide a prompt if you’re going to restart my PC.  Screenshot of Event Viewer showing Sonos initiating a restart below...  

Play 1 stopped working. Tried resetting it, tried connecting via Ethernet cable still does work. I have tried another play 1 and that still does not work. Checked the forums and cannot see anything to help! Do these just give up after a while? 

Ive read the BBc website explaining how to listen to BBC sounds on a sonos speaker, howevr when I play the programme and tap the Airplay button the only option I get is my i phone, how would I get my sonos speaker to show up?

Just purchased a beam and wondering about optimal setup.I have a Samsung TV which has 3 x Hdmi (one is ARC) and an optical connection. I already have the 3 hdmi bring used by sky qxboxnvidea shield so I have made use of the optical connection for the Beam.  Am wondering if anyone can tell me if this is the optimal setup for my devices please? (I realise the most common connection for beam would be hdmi-arc) Also if I don’t use the hdmi arc for the beam is one of my other devices better suited to that particular connection?  thanks 

Can I use the Sonos Sub am together with a wired 3rd party sub with the Sonos AMP/Connect AMP?

Hi All,I have just ordered a Sony Bravia Oled TV, the sonos arc and a 3 tier TV stand.The Sony Bravia TV sits quite low so the arc cannot be placed in front of it.My idea was therefore to put it on the middle shelf, as near to the end as I can. However, will the upward firing speakers then simply just hit the shelf where the TV sits, therefore not giving Dolby Atmos OR are they at a slight angle so I will be ok? Thanks 

Hi all, I have a Sonos Five, I have a question about placing it. I have it on my desk where I work on my laptop close to it. I just wanted to know if it would be fine keeping the speaker next to electronic devices such as laptop, TV etc.  Also, I am planning to get another Five for a stereo setup for my TV. I am not sure if I should invest in another sonos or get a Sub. I am not sure if two Five would be able to compensate for the bass. I don’t want heavy bass but still reasonable. Making a stereo pair makes more sense but then I want some opinions.  Thanks,SB 

I just set up a new Sonos subwoofer with two Sonos one speakers set up as a stereo unit. Is the Sonos one in the system compatible with airplay 2?

Hi,My parents are looking for a speaker which they can take to a farmhouse they own, and it needs to be able to stream music from a phone + connect a CD player or a cassette deck player.A few questions regarding the Sonos Five: with the line in on the Sonos Five, you can plug in any 3rd party tape deck or CD player into it, correct? And it should play whatever is on that cassette or CD player? The farmhouse doesn't have wifi. We have unlimited data with 100GB cap per cellular line, so we were gonna hotspot anything we needed WiFi wise. How would they go about streaming something from an iPhone to the Sonos Five without an extra router? Would 1 of the iPhones have to be turned into a hotspot, then use the other iPhone to connect to that hotspot, and then connect the Sonos that way? Or can you connect from iPhone to Sonos 5 via bluetooth?
