Every day I have to shut down my playbase. Otherwise only one Speaker is playing. What can I do. is there a german support, I can contact? Moderator Edit - Fixed Typo

Got a sub gen 4 as a gift.  I have a Playbar (2018) and 2no Play ones set up as stereo set up. sub is compatible with the One’s but not playbar. There’s nothing wrong with the playbar and don’t really want to change it.  any recommendations on how to get the sub to work with the current setup.  I’ve tried grouping already. 

The other day one of my Era 300's started doing the strangest thing, beeping randomly and status light flashing all different colours. So just turned it off. Just reset it and selected the room where my Arc and other Era 300 and sub is but it just sets up the Lounge 2 and doesn't add the speaker to Lounge.I tried to change the room but then end up with 2 rooms called Lounge. Unable to connect stereo pair as it says no other speaker available. Hoping someone can help, surely this is a simple thing to fix, just can't seem to work it out. Thanks

Hello,while reading about the possibility to connect speakers to a video projector (via the HDMI of a computer), I understood that a built-in delay in the Sonos system would result in a gap between image and audio (about 70ms). I have 2 questions :Would adjusting the synchronisation video/audio in VLC by 70ms solve the problem ; basically delaying the video by the same 70ms ? That issue affects only the speakers 100, 300 and Five, or is  it the same with the Arc ?thank you very much for your inputSébastien

The Bean 2 comes with a HDMI cable from factory. Can I use an 8K high speed cable instead knowing the quality has to be better?

Hi,I have a question I have a Sonos Arc in the living room and a Sonos Beam in another room; now the first one is showed in my router with ip address but the second (Beam) is not showed.The soundbar it seems to work but, even rebooting the router, it is not showing in the router address table.Can you please advise why this happens?Thank you

I have a Sonos Beam Gen.2 hooked to an LG TV and I use an nVidia TV Shield Pro for streaming. Everything works perfectly when I’m watching regular TV or playing on the Playstation 5. I can see in the Sonos mobile app various TV channels operating in Dolby Digital 2.0 or Dolby Digital 5.1. On the PS5 the sound is DTS Surround 5.1. Both TV and Playstation sound work flawlessly. The problem starts when I watch Netflix, Prime Video or Plex from the nVidia TV Shield. Occasionally, about once or twice per hour, the sound just stops working out of the blue while the video keeps running. The temporary fix I found is to cycle the sound output of the TV back to internal TV speakers, then after 1 sec of sound on speakers, the TV switches automatically back to Audio Out (Optical/HDMI ARC) and, magically, the Beam sound works again. If i have a splitter earc and arc i can have a home cinema from sonos with tower speakers.Dual subs and eras 300 and arc ultra, but with the sonos amp i can have towers programed in front home cinema? or i need to create a home thetaer in the app with era 300 as back speakers surround and amp with towers fronts? 

I had my system for several years.  Has been working fine.  I had to replace my router and had to reset all speakers except Move and player 5.  These works fine not in the surround sound system of Sonos.  After resetting and installing play bar, sub and two rear speakers, 2 player 3s, now only sound comes from the playbar but none of the other speakers: 2 player 3 and sub. They are connected to a tv which was not changed.any ideas I can try?

I have a Beam gen 2 and 2 One speakers. I used to configure them as a surround system, Beam connected to my TV via HDMI ARC.Then I found the two Ones are mostly idle as I don't play enough surround-sound content. So I recently removed the surround setup, and grouped the speakers, hoping to listen to the same sounds from different speakers, immersive in a different way. I found a way in the Sonos app to configure the TV output to all speakers there, which is great.The problem is when I change the volume on my AppleTV remote control, only the volume of the Beam got changed, Ones' volume stay the same unless I use the touch buttons on the speakers or use the app. Is there any way to sync the volume control across all speakers?

Setup new insignia fire tv and Sonos beam 2 is not finding tv. HDMI’s cable is connected to hdmi1 (ARC). Mot finding. I can use the speaker to stream music from phone. any suggestions?

I have a Playbar and a Play:1.If I add another play:1 and a Sub will it work fine as a hifi syatem? Please suggest what combination of the old sonos can I do to have a better hifi music system starting from my set up. Also, is it possible to purchase the old speakers? Good morning allI have I’ve recently purchased Sonos Arc, mini sub and Ikea Symfonisk (2 speakers). (I have connected all speakers in TV room setup along with surround sounds) I have connected the Sonos Arc with Ethernet cable and others  through Home wife. I have two WiFi routers placed side by side and I have only connected Sonos to 2.4 ghz my question is if I turn off the surround by mistake why does it take so much time to get connected to the system again? (Sonos app is also very slow in responding, I’ve to close the app numerous times and open it.) Does have having two routers create any interference? since buying the Sonos I enjoy the sound but it’s a nightmare when someone in home turns off the Sonos speakers by mistake and I cannot connect it back that easily.  I will be obliged if someone can help in addressing the problem, so that I can find where am I wrong. I’ve just updated to Apple tvOS18 and now my 5.1 movies are only outputting on my Sonos Arc in Stereo PCM. Atmos movies are still playing in Atmos. Is this a bug with the new software?

I would like to know what would be best EQ settings for combination of Sonos arc and Sub Mini. I have medium sized room with 9 feet ceiling.I also wanted to know what is the right place for placing sub mini.currently I have following setting Arc: Bass is 0 , Treble is 3 with speech enhancement  and loudness both OnHeight is 7Sub Mini - Bass is 4 placed next by seating position  ( opposite to arc ).With this setup I feel sometimes good and sometimes underwhelming  - I don’t feel enveloping  soundhave done true play alsokindly  suggest right settings . 

I received my new Arc Ultra today and I was looking forward to switching from Arc to Arc Ultra. But after one hour of fruitless attempts I gave up. Yes, I have a brand new Ultra sitting in its package in my living room and for the life of me I couldn’t get it to work with my setup (Sub3, 2 x Era 300 surround speakers). The current system works flawlessly, is connected to my wifi and works fine. The moment I try to hook up the Ultra I’m unable to get it to work with my current wifi. The network pops up sometimes, most of the times none of my wifi connections can be seen. Consequently, the Ultra winks out and the usual suggestions for repairing the wifi pop up. Since my wifi works flawlessly with my Arc I see the problem more on the side of the Ultra. After having gone through the same hassles with the Ace and the ongoing problems with the app, I was hoping that the installation this time round should be a straightforward five minute job. I have a arc/sub and 2x play 1s.when I record programmes or watch something that can watch from the start-if I pause or fast forward sound is lost. If I turn the tv off and on quickly-sound is back…any ideas on what I would need to change?it’s a Sony a8 tvlatest virgin box. All good cables and no play stations etc attachedthanks!

Hello, I sold my Sonos Gen1 to buy the Gen2. I have two PlayOne surround. Since I made the generation change, I no longer see my two PlayOne. No more way to configure them. Is it normal or do you force me to have to buy two Era 100? Too bad, until now I was very happy with Sonos. I also have a One with a microphone. As much as I look at the Bluesound side as I have a Node... 

Other than turn off the surround speakers, how to stop surround speakers from fluttering when playing music from the phone app with ARC Ultra and Era 300 Surround speakers? I know this question has been ask before, but I have not found a good solution.

My Arc is connected to a Philips TV and has been working flawlessly until about a week ago. Since then, there is no sound when i turn on the TV (no settings changed on the TV). I have to disconnect the HDMI cable and then plug it back in to get sound. Anyone has an idea what could be wrong? Was there a recent firmware update? 

Hi, I read around a month ago that inverting the era 300 was not fully supported in the software yet, was looking for some info on this topic, is it fully supported yet? If not when is it likely? and also can anyone explain what not fully supported actually means.

I can't get my Telus remote programmed to control the volume or mute on my soundbar. The tech tried a few programming codes with no luck. is anyone aware of more codes to try. 885 didn't  work. Thanks 

Samsung QD OLED 4K 55S95D (2024)Sonos beam Not connecting 

I have recently added the Sonos arc ultra to my setup (sub gen 3 and 2x ones in surround. When I use streaming services Netflix / Plex it sounds great, but for some reason sky movies have to have the volume turned up and surround sound isn’t great. I am running the tv to the arc via HDMI earc. I also have all Sky settings at Dolby digital?
