When will I be able to play my ace with my Sonos sound bar?
Is there a way to mute the microphone during below calls? Phone Call Teams Call Zoom Call
Hi, I hope anyone has a similar issues or noticed the same thing on their ACE (I’m hoping it’s a software issue and not hardware). Basically after testing my Sonos Ace today I’ve noticed that in my right ear (when on noise cancelling) there’s a static or buzzing sound almost like the mics for noise cancelling are not working properly (just a theory). I know it has nothing to do with my hearing as if I swap ears the disturbance can be heard in my left ear. So it’s defo a problem with the headphones. has anyone noticed this on their pair? I’m hoping it’s a software issue and maybe others have also noticed it so I don’t need to return my pair. I tried to call Support today but after I was transferred to the technical team I was left on a queue for over 50min and I gave up. please if anyone else has this issue and it’s not my pair being faulty then let me know!
Hello! anyone else still having the problem with the headphones not charging even after the uppdate that was supposed to fix the issue? Only way for me to charge is to factory reset the headphones.. I even bought a new usb-c 15w adapter to see if my other adapter was the problem but that didnt fix it.. frustrating as hell..
Can anyone tell me if they see any visual indication that content is being played in Dolby Atmos on Sonos Ace in the Sonos app? I’m used to seeing an icon for Dolby Atmos content in the app for Arc, but can’t see anything for Ace if using TV Swap or playing Dolby Atmos content (from Apple Music) with an iPhone.
As I understand it, the Ace can only be connected to my Sonos system through a soundbar. While I have a Ray soundbar that may eventually be supported, this isn't useful to me. I need the Ace to be connectable as if it were just another Sonos speaker. Until then, no sale!
So first off Sonos really needs to be better at their advertising. Whoever is in charge is either very unexperienced or just trying to trick people into buying a new product. This “Pair” clearly says you can Share the home theater experience with someone. How in the world can you share 1 pair of headphones? Their “chat” persons are just as bad. I was assured my existing setup would work with the ACE headphones. I get them and they do not work. I am told the were never meant to work with the Beam. So we had to buy an ARC. Ok, time for an upgrade, $1600 for a set of head phones to work with your home entertainment system seems a bit steep, but I really wanted to keep the Sonos ecosystem going. I told the rep I wanted to use both headsets, I told them we had a hearing impaired family ,ember that would need to listen via headphones while the rest could listen normally. So I seen the $$ and the new ARC arrives. Guess what? Yeah, I was lied to AGAIN. Apparently the ARC cannot do 2 headsets a
Bonjour,Est-ce possible d’être prévenu quand le casque audio Ace sera compatible avec la barre de son Beam Gen1 pour le transfert de son de la TV ?
Can you please make the Sonos Ace headphones fully passive with the new firmware? It is possible?ThanksDavid
Hi guysI have the sonos ace headphones.whenever I enter a game, 10-20 seconds after I've started playing it, the sound disappear, I can see the sound is still there via the windows sound settings (the bar which show if theres sounds or not, is moving) as soon as I exit the game, the sound works again. I have the newest update for the headphonseAny advice? Thanks
Sonos pushed this out to the headphones today but without release notes. Anybody tell a difference?
I am located in Sydney, Australia, and it’s nearly impossible to get support here, so I’m reaching out for help. My ACE device is less than three months old, and there are what appear to be palm print marks on the exterior case that cannot be wiped off. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m really upset that such an expensive purchase has such poor build quality.
Not clear if I have got this… but if I purchase a pair of Sonos Ace headphones, hidden away in FAQ is the comment “Sonos Ace does not group in the same way your other Sonos speakers group”. Are they saying that you can’t use Sonos Ace headset to listen to your Sonos Music library? If that is true it seem inconceivable. Is the expectation that headphone users listen to a different music library? Using a different App?I don’t have the Arc soundbar, but does the TV Swap for the Arc allow music from Sonos library to be played on the headphones. I have a Beam, so it seem this might work in the future but sounds clumsy. As always any insights appreciated.
Hello everyone, unfortunately, I observe some marks on my headphone because of the case. I’m afraid that it becomes even worser.do you have the same problem ?
Hi everyone,I’ve been attempting to use the longer 3.5mm to USB-C cable, which is the one supplied for audio, with my Sonos Ace headphones. However, it doesn’t work for audio transmission with my DAP. The short USB-C to USB-C cable, meant for charging, is the one that successfully transmits audio. Has anyone else had this issue?
I ordered the Ace head phone over 400$ since the 19th of July 2024 it is now the 25 and the tracking says it still has not been picked up by shipper. I bought them beliving I would receive them before my vacation 28th. Customer service is in the Phillipines, what a nightmare..never ordering direct from Sonos again.
When will the beam 2 be compatible with the ace sound system?
Hi, I received my pair of ACE yesterday and have noticed a crackling sound that follows the rhythm of the music when playing at high volume. Compared to my Bose Quiet Comfort, which can handle the same music and volume without any problems, is there something wrong with the ACE or do they have a volume limitation? I tested and discovered that it has to do with the treble settings. Lowering it makes the problem disappear, but at the same time, it loses the same crispness in the sound. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
My Sonos Ace is not found by my Samsung TV and cannot connect through bluetooth? What am I missing?
Before I updated the Sonos Ace headphones when I first received them, there was a sound indicating they were on or off when holding the power button. But since I updated, I don’t hear any sound making it hard to know if the headphones are on or off. I have to open the Sonos app to see if the device is connected which is a bit annoying. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
If you're in the market for over-the-ear headphones and are an Apple user, you may be torn between the AirPods Max and Sonos Ace. As a devoted Sonos fan, I was excited to try out the Ace after losing my AirPods Pro. While the sound quality was impressive, I was disappointed to discover that the Ace did not work with the Sonos controller, which was a major selling point for me. Additionally, the inability to mute/unmute Teams from the headset proved frustrating. When I used the Ace as a headset with my phone, I realized just how dependent I am on the "Hey Siri" command and missed having Siri read off text messages. In comparison, the AirPods Max provided the seamless integration into the Apple ecosystem that I was missing with the Ace. While the sound quality was comparable, the Max's ability to work perfectly with other Apple products, including Siri and Apple TV, was a game-changer.Both headphones have their advantages and disadvantages. The Ace is lighter and comes with a great case,
When can I connect my beam and headphones
Got my ACE headphones today, they sound great but they’re not charging. Stuck at 53%. Tried different cables and power adapter that work with other devices. Feel like I’m doing something stupid. No orange or green lights to indicate charging status. Blue light comes on ok when connected via Bluetooth. Is there reboot / reset option of some description I could try??? Thanks
As the title says, I’m interested in them as an alternative to the Apple Headphones which are too much for headphones that are several years old.But for headphones, I want to listen to them before I’d consider paying for them. Is it sold at retail so I can try without buying them?
Hello Sonos TeamDo Sonos headphones work with Microsoft Teams? Are Sonos headphones certified by Microsoft Teams? Thanks and best RegardsMatthias
