I’ve had my Sonos Ace headphones since launch (although these are actually my *second* ones, as the first were replaced due to the right-ear buzz problem many people suffered), and can’t get them to *reliably* connect to my LG C3 OLED 4K TV.

No problem at all with connecting to my iPhone, but endless issues with the TV connection.

Initial connection after a factory reset will be fine - usually - but if I then try and connect again later on, they completely refuse to do so. It looks like they’re trying to and then give up.

I have tried unpairing and repairing, multipoint on, multipoint off, factory reset (of the Ace)...

Hi @Tezcatlipoca

Thanks for your post! And, apologies for the delay.

Sorry to hear of the issue you’ve been having with pairing your Ace headphones to your LG TV, but I think you will have a better experience overall (surround sound, for a start) if you link your Sonos Ace headphones to your Beam (Gen 2) soundbar instead. Please see our Listen to home theater audio on Sonos Ace with TV Audio Swap help page for details.

I hope this helps.
