My Sono arc sound bar keeps make a sound like a water drop. How do I fix this?

So I really can’t use a button to mute music/calls 1.5 years into the lifecycle? This makes me sad/mad. You guys are the gold standard.be better (please).

I recently purchased a stereo pair of Fives, and a couple months back a stereo pair of Era 100s.   I first noticed the issue on the Fives that Trueplay had turned off (not by me and I am the only one using the app, etc) and the EQ settings had gone to 0 and loudness off also.  Then I noticed this was also happening on the Era 100s., but no other speakers throughout the house, and there are a few.  At a suggestion by someone on reddit, I factory reset the Fives and set everything back up again yesterday (set the two as stereo pair, performed trueplay, set the eq and turned loudness on).  Today, the same issue occurred.  Trueplay was off, EQ back to 0, and loudness off.  WTH!?  Kind of annoying.  Is anyone else having this issue?, because to me it seems like an issue with the app,. and I really, really hope not a hardware issue since, of course, I dropped a good buck for these speakers.

Suddenly the SONOS S2 app on MAC OS Sequoia 15.7.3 when it starts it spends 5 - 6 seconds searching for the sonos network. Then announces my Firewall settings need changing. Funny as the firewall is turned off on this particular laptop. Anyway it eventually gets past this and then announces the app needs an update. Hit the search for updates button, funny as there are no updates. What the hell is going on with this piece of junk? Maybe unrelated but when playing across multiple devices, some devices go quiet for upto a minute then continues. No indication of issues and at least one device continues playing without issue.  

It is time for iOS Widgets to be part of the Sonos App. Widgets have come to be part of the norm for many high-end applications on iOS. Being able to have a fixed or active widget populate when you get home and join the Sonos network to quickly and seamlessly start your favorite music would be outstanding. I have been using LYD, but unfortunately find it a little slow and clunky since it is not native to Sonos. I want to be able to have quick access to sound and selection of music. The Sonos app as it stands is clunky to navigate, with too many swipe down and taps to change locations. Also, I would like to see the ability to set preferred locations in the app when connected to the network. For those that have physical Sonos speakers around the house, this might not be as important, but for those of us that have invested heavily into Sonos Amps along with the new and exciting Sonos Amp Multi, we don’t have play/pause and volume buttons

Hi guys, I probably felt into trap I totally do not expect. I decided to go full Sonos, so spent like 4k on the speakers and accessories, but had no idea, that even these days, someone will build the device with one input.So - do you have any experience with automated HDMI splitter? Or at least some remote / home assistant integradable? My setup is:One side of room: Panasonic UB9000 Apple TV PS5 Sonos Arc Ultra15m HDMI cables running inside the walls into ceiling mounted projector JVC DLA-NZ7Until now I was using like 15 years old 2+1 system with many inputs, so I was able to sent video into projector and audio into amp. Was would be your suggestion, to keep get the max from the Arc? 

Is anyone else having an issue with the SiriusXM not showing up as an available service within the Sonos app? I have IPhone 16 and all apps/iOS are updated. I have also noticed that others services like “I Heart” and “Pandora” aren’t on there either. Not really caring about those, but would like to be able to not have to AirPlay it. 

I have Play1 and Playbar in my livingroom, the speakers are not Bluetooth. When I start up my working pc from my job, the are 4 high sound in the speakers. I dont have any Sonos on the computer because It's a work computer, and the noise comes even before the computer itself has started up, it comes as soon as I turn it on. It could also be some smart home thing messing around, but I've tried everything.

i’ve had a roam for a few years now (i have a number of other sonos products that i love) and it has been a real disappointment: constantly disconnecting; alexa stops working; battery saver stops working and will die if i don’t turn it off; sound is sometimes good, sometimes bad. I’m sure it has heard profanity more than it has heard instructions… i’ve contacted customer support a few times, but at this point, it takes so long to go through all of the resetting and adding it back again, and then a few months later it’s doing something again. at this point i might just give up. anyone else with their roam acting like a lemon?

.: Hello, I have a Sonos Arc soundbar and 2 Sonos One SL speakers in my living room. They can receive sound from my OLED flatscreen tv. I’ve had the One SL speakers for >1 year, and have never had a problem with them until now. Simply put, they will not broadcast any sound. I’ve tried all the “solutions” found on various Sonos Help Pages, and nothing has worked, I have rebooted my router, I have unplugged and plugged in each SL speakers, and I have deleted the speakers from my Sonos App and then reintroduced them, complete with having to walk around my living room, moving my arm up and down, as the speakers played the repeating pulsing sound until the growing circular line on the app was complete. The SL speakers were working and wereloud during the setup with that repeating pulsing sound, but haven’t made any noise since. On the app page that shows my “rooms,” there are three llisted: Living Room (TV), Living Room (Line In - Audio Component,) and Pro-Ject Turntable

Good afternoon.  I’m trying to ad a radio.co (.co, not .com) station to the sonos system without any luck. The streaming address is https://s4.radio.co/s7e7b6c165/listen  On Macos, I add it trough “Manage > Add Radio Station” . There is no feedback from the interface on submit, and the station is nowhere to be found. How to fix this? Thank you. 

With the latest update I was pleasantly surprised that my stereo pairs had individual set for each speaker.  When I hit the volume bar a second set of bars appeared that provided the ability to set the each member of the pair. It’s now gone. What happened and how do I get this function back?  Thanks. 

Evening all,Some three or four days ago my single Sonos Era 100 simply stopped working. Important info :I have a flashing green light on the speaker.My phone cannot see the Speaker at all using Bluetooth.My Sonos app now says ‘’Your mobiles devices OS doesnt support all features’’ and cannot see the speaker. My Samsung S8 is Android 9 so should perform basic tasks.When I touch the bluetooth button at the back I no longer have a chime.I cannot play from my external CD player using the InLine adaptor.Any advice is much appreciated.Thanks all,Andrew

Since updating my Macbook Air to Tahoe [now at 26.3.1]  the SONOS app fails to find SONOS on my local network until i open  System Setting>Privacy & Security>Local Network  and then turn the SONOS app setting off and back on. This situation as occurred in with past updates and was eventually patched, but this time it seems to be taking a long time. Any suggestions for something I’m missing on my end? 

Is there a glitch in the app that is causing all my speakers to be set based on one speakers volume level- I do not have them paired .  Also when I open the app it takes minutes for the speakers to appear.  

Anyone else finding their products dropping in and out since March 31st update? Our play:1's have been intermittent all weekend and today- 6th April, all products refuse to play any streaming services including BBC sounds and Spotify.I have tried a full system restart of both my hub and sonos products, but no dice.Anyone able to shed any light on this that doesn't involve me resetting/re-adding products etc. ive spent 3 hours on this today already. 

I have had a stereo pair of Sonos One SL speakers on my covered patio where they are protected.  They’ve been out there for years.  All of a sudden they have been turning on and playing music spontaneously and disturbing my neighborhood.  I don’t want to have to unplug and replug them every time I want to listen.  But the speakers come on when nobody is home and the speakers play all day.   This is becoming a big issue.  Is there something I can do?  Sonos support has been no help.

I’ve had my Sonos units for some time - in those years I’ve had to go through the whole reboot router, system and all speakers maybe 3 or 4 times, which is a pain as I have them mounted near the ceiling in my warehouse, which means moving the ladder around and climbing up and down, holding some combination of controls, unplugging/plugging, etc.  Today I opened the Sonos app on my Mac, and it can’t find any of my speakers - I’ve updated the app, no joy -  The speakers are all present in my airplay selector, so maybe that's the best to use them. But I just discovered that the Sonos web interface has all my speakers and favorites and works great - but not the app (again) - which tells me that they are all working, and everything necessary to operate them exists somewhere. Why is this so hard? It’s the main reason I steer friends away from Sonos - 

I just upgraded my TV to a new Samsung and wanted to connect my older Playbar.  New TV does not have optical audio, so I needed an E-ARC > Optical extractor to convert the TV audio to a signal the Playbar can read.  I searched for info but was unable to find much. Any links to converters were UK Amazon links and unavailable US. My controls on my Sonos app is not working. I cannot hit the Play button on any of my speakers to play music. I updated my app and Sonos app on my computer. The only speaker to come back is Move. The other 9, the Play button is grayed out, unable to play anything. Do I need to go to each speaker and unplug & plug back in to reset them?

When paired with the subwoofer, the bass is actually worse than it was with the Beam 2. It seems like the crossover is poorly calibrated out of the box. There is too big of a gap between the soundbar and the sub. With the Beam, everything was much more balanced. For such an expensive setup, the sound quality is not satisfactory.
