Controllers and Music services

I have had my sonos s2 app updated on my android phone and tablet.  It now does not find my system.  The s1 app does, but I would need to downgrade the devices.  I am on the correct network. Any ideas?  My speakers are 10+ years old but not had problems before.  It works off my wife's apple device.

Following the most recent release of the SONOS app, I am now unable to run it on my mobile. However, initially the version for Wndows 10 functioned and allowed me to change the location of the Apple tunes database. However on reverting back to the original location, I have found that most of the Manage column is greyed out and there is absolutely no way of specifying any database address on my network.  The upshot is that I am now unable to run anything on what was originally a good  music setup.How can I make the greyed out part operate in the expected manner?

Just seen a new update for the Sonos app.  Updated my device, and seen that alarms are back on it!! now for all the other stuff they removed………

I cant edit the queue in the playlist im hearing  Theres no true play now in any of my products  Era 300 , 2 move 1 ,  2 roam.    

I cannot pin anything from Amazon music to the main screen of the app. For instance when you open amazon music you have options of playlist, albums, my music etc. I press to pin to the main screen which it states it has done, however, it goes in the wrong place, within Sonos favourites - even then when you click onto that screen to open it, nothing is there?Audible and BBC sounds let you pin to the main screen as the previous app didDoes anyone else have this issue or know if it’s coming back?

I am not able to connect my sonos products with the new app. I have play 1&3, playbase and move.not able to hear music anymore since I installed your iOS App version.please help me immediately

Hi, I just updated to the new app today and now all my Sonos playlists are missing?

For many years, we have enjoyed listening to local radio stations on Sonos via TuneIn.A few days ago, I clicked on one of those periodic links to update our Sonos app.  In doing so, I lost access to TuneIn via Sonos.Now, when I try to add TuneIn back to Sonos, TuneIn want to charge me $15.00 per month for its “premium” service.  Completely ridiculous.  I don’t want “premium” TuneIn service.  I am only interested in basic access to local radio stations.Is basic TuneIn still available, or is there another way to stream local radio through Sonos?

The new app crashes when I press the “remove stereo pair” button for a paired set of Five speakers.  Happens on iOS and iPadOS.

Regarding the ISO’s app update, Sonos has forgotten to include access to Sonos Playlists. Currently I have to use the Mac desktop application in order to play Sonos playlists, which I use often. No point of having the Sonos iphone app at all if I can’t access these playlists I have created. Please explain how to find Sonos Playlists if possible on the iOS app or please update to include this content on the app.regards, James

My Amazon won’t connect since new update

I have tried to ‘update ‘ my Roam. My phone, my tablet wont do the update and wont let me use the device. My pc won't do the update but it will at least allow me to use the Roam.Any help?

HelloAs the new version of the app was not working, I tried to install the sonos S1 controller instead. But it seems that it was not possible to do that. so that failed. Since then, the sonos app won’t open. It says that the speakers need to be updated but the update fails. I have tried to download again the sonos app and reboot my internet router. but nothing works… I have no idea what to do… Please help!!!Thank you for your helpDoes anyone know if my problem is because of the new update ? The TuneIn Radio Streaming does not appear to work with the latest release of SONOS for iOS. As a SONOS supporter for over 20 years and hold significant SONOS shares of stock I have been fully behind the SONOS product up until this latest release. Sub mini installation incomplete due to failed update and/or connecting it to account … however system sees it but would not play audio till updates or account pairing !

It looks like the Data Safety entry on Google PlayStore has not been updated to reflect the new app’s architecture.Yet more evidence that the new app was pushed out to us without proper preparation and planning.

The forum didn’t save my post - “Something went wrong.” - so this is the abbreviated version as I’m not typing that all out again.  TruePlay tuning on speakers is mismatched.  I select the stereo pair in the office (Era300) and the living pair triggers for TruePlay tuning.  This is consistent across rooms with the exception of the rooms with Move speakers. Prior to the latest update, this was not an issue having recently moved a speaker and performed the tuning process. I do not use any Home (AppleKit or Google) services, so there isn’t an override happening anywhere.  This morning after the update, the app could not find my speaker system - re-installed the app and restart phone.  It found the system but all setting were cleared out.  The app is not saving setting when closing it (ex. We've just moved and have a new Wi-Fi router, wifi name and password,  with a different provider.  I'm trying to set up our speakers on the Wi-Fi network in the new place and as far as I can see, the only way to do that is by doing a factory reset on all of the speakers (we have 5 speakers) which seems to means  losing all of our Sonos playlists.  Is there any way to set it up again on the new Wi-Fi, without loosing all of our playlists? It seems like a pretty major flaw to have to do a factory reset and loose years of playlists just to set it up in our new house.  Thanks!

My iPad updated automatically and I submitted a topic right away about no timers, no alarms and no queue editing. In short, the new app was very disappointing. But I still hand my iPhone on the previous version. I made sure I had automatic updates turned off so I could use the features that were important ro me and not have the. Ew version installed. Overnight, my app updated and now I’m frustrated with both controllers and have to wait for the missing features to come back. How can this happen?   

Before the Android app upgrade I received today, I used to be able to increase/decrease the volume on all my speakers at once with one slider. That feature is now gone, and it appears I need to adjust each speaker separately. I am hoping there is a solution to this nagging issue. Thanks
