Where is the sleep timer on the new app. I use it regularly.

I know that the “associated product” is the first speaker that responds when starting a controller.  I’m simply expressing some frustration at how rudimentary that process is and how annoying it can be when you have a lot of Sonos products that you’ve accumulated for about a decade.  I have a mix of about a dozen speakers, with my oldest being ten year old Play:1s and my newest being an Arc. I notice that my Sonos controllers (both desktop and Android) are much, much more responsive when the associated product is the Arc or the newer Five. However, my controllers seem to have a knack for finding one of the older Play:1s.  The phone and desktop controllers consistently find the oldest speakers in my system when starting up and they’ll be sluggish and the queue is harder to manage.  When the associated product is one of the speakers I’ve added within the last couple years, the controller is much more responsive.  It’s a stark contrast.Like I said, I know how the associated prod

How can I show recently added songs in a Spotify playlist that I created within the Sonos app? 

I’m trying to delete a duplicate account so I can change the email on my existing account. Can you do that?

As a custom integrator I feel very strongly that Sonos should have an app on the Apple TV device. I understand that Sonos wants to be able to manage every aspect of their ecosystem but since 99% of my installs has an Apple TV, I think Sonos should offer a paid app to stream directly from the Apple TV. Some clients don’t want a universal remote and just want to use the Apple TV remote, and some control systems don’t work well with Sonos (I’m looking at you Control4). So to me it looks like a niche Sonos can profit from. Make it less than $50 per Apple TV device and I guarantee I can sell that as a line item in every bid. Make it possible for me to purchase licenses and install them in-app and we’ll be good to go. Maybe it’s too much to ask for or perhaps Sonos’ licensing deals with streaming services aren’t able to extend to a third-party device, but I’d be very happy to see this developed one day.

Scenario: I work in an agency where Sonos speakers are used in 3 areas. There are 4 Sonos One speakers in one area. 4 Sonos One speakers in another and 3 downstairs. We’ve even got a Sonos Five somewhere. These speakers are all on the same WiFi network but are grouped together in their respective areas, with individual speaker names and each area controlled independently of each other via 3x separate iPads.Problem: When listening to a Spotify playlist in one area, the music might change to one of the other areas choice and the volume spike to MAX. Even though no one has touched either iPad or speaker. We try to turn the music off or down and it just jumps straight back again. We’ve tried setting volume limits to ‘ON’ and at 40% on each speaker but although that seems at first to work, soon defaults to ‘OFF’ and back to maximum volume. I might be missing something, but I thought a key selling point of Sonos Radio HD was the lack of advertising. I detest adverts interrupting music and I’m usually happy to pay to avoid them. I’m currently listing to Rock Road Trip, offered specifically for Sonos, and I am hearing adverts - adverts for Sonos Radio HD! The irony is not lost on me.Is there an issue with how this works, or is this to be expected? If the latter then I’ll be unsubscribing. Thanks Jim 

Any idea if the S2 app will receive an update any time soon? Looks a bit dull and stuffed right now

Having recently obtained an Apple Watch, I found it surprising that there was no official Sonos control application tailored for this device. Considering SONOS's emphasis on connectivity via Wi-Fi, the absence of such an app seemed unexpected. Personally, I prefer relying on official apps rather than third-party solutions. I eagerly await your feedback on this matter.

Hi everybody,I'm new to Sonos systems and I'm planning to buy 2 Sonos Amps for my store. I want each Amp to play different music (each area will play a different type of music) and control both via PC App (so that someone else can control it for me when I'm not there).How can I set up and control both as mentioned above? Please help, I really appreciate everyone's advice.

I have a family account.  The primary family account is logged into the sonos.  Account 1.When any of the other family accounts (account 2) start to play music on their own device the sonos cuts out.Originally I thought it was because both family accounts were added to the sonos, but I've now ensured the sonos only has 1 and the other account is on a device. Surely it's possible to use sonos with a family account without everyone else with family accounts being blocked? 

I am fairly new to multi channel music but enjoying my use of the Sonos Arc and Era 300.As I read other forums I note that some people state that their equipment can tell them how the music is being delivered. For instance 7.1.2, 5,1.0 etc There may be more info as well like modulation etc. It would be nice if I could see this info so I can learn more about what I am listening to Is there a way to obtain this info?I have looked around the Sonos app but not found anything TIA Steve

I am importing my music library from an external hard drive. For some reason, it maxes out and I get a message to clear or delete playlists. I then realized that the system is creating an automatic imported playlist on SOME of my imported library - but not all. I think SONOS is reading the playlist tunes and double counting the songs and then it creates the limit of items i can add. One - why is this happening. I called and spoke to a SONOS rep and was given some crap about iTunes. This is not an iTunes issue. iTunes isn’t even loaded on my laptop and this is music i downloaded or burned over the years. two - can i create more than one library to see if this can be avoided? I have most of my music transferred but it caps out for what I believe is this imported playlist issue  

Subject kinda sums it up. I have beam gen2 + sub mini and 2 era 100’s for surround. I am loving it. I was just curious if there is a quality difference playing spotify via my apple tv spotify app or changing from tv to music on my sonos app and listen spotify via sonos app? Thanks

My Sonos system won't play music because it is "Unable to play 'song' - connot connect to //[server name] because the server cannot be found." I have just updated my BT Router - I am based in the UK. Any ideas?

I’ve tried adding Rayo to my services on Sonos, to replace Planet Radio. I just get the message saying Check your network connection - if that’s ok try later (paraphrased). My network connection is fine and I can add other services.I have checked my location is Uk in my account. Also did the thing where you choose another country check for updates, change back, check for updates again, restarted, everything.

Hello, If all the speakers are connected in multiroom mode (TV & music), is it possible to play music on just one of them from time to time without disconnecting everything?When I watch TV, sound is played by the speakers, can I playl separately music on the one in the kitchen without disconnecting the multiform settings ? thanks for your help

Does anyone else find editing a song queue a bit painful?Pressing edit I would have would have thought you could tap on the negative symbol on the left and delete as many tracks as you want in one go. But, you can only delete them one at a time. Swiping left also deletes but again one at a time, and also after you have swiped or tapped edit the track reappears in the queue.

Sonos should introduce an “album of the week” to Sonos Radio - one album each week that’s available to stream front to back. The album can be of any genre and from any decade, it just has to be a classic.I’d personally love this feature as I love listening to albums but with music streaming today it can often be difficult to settle on what to listen. It would also be a great way to expand your listening to albums you’d otherwise have never listened to.Could be exclusive to Sonos Radio HD.

I use a perfectly serviceable Apple 5 phone and refuse to change it. Now I cannot configure my large collection of Sonos products because Sonos no longer support this devise.I get that is the case but come on Sonos why are you switching off functionality to old systems??I used to highly recommend Sonos but I’m not so inspired now. 

I won’t repeat what MANY have described in detail and (for years) regarding the Sonos app’s inability to shuffle >500 music service songs. My question is rather straightforward..what is Sonos doing to fix this long-standing issue? And why do Sonos support reps not understand this major software issue and are able to acknowledge it even without a fix? BTW and working in software myself, this feature gap seems something Sonos should prioritize. This is something one shouldn’t encounter with a premium brand. Frankly I’m a bit embarrassed having invested thousands of dollars outfitting my new home with 11 Sonos speakers. 

Long time Sonos user, Play 1’s, Play 5’s. Many years ago had issues, got them sorted out, stayed on S1 when S2 was released. Today when I opened the iOS app, got a “your system hasn’t been updated in 1 year, Sonos will not work until you update the app/system”. The system has been working fine largely because I haven’t installed any updates. Didn’t see anything in the forums, call Sonos Support & was “disconnected” when he was supposedly researching my question. How do I continue to use my Sonos system and the iOS app without being forced to install any updates ? Thanks 

How come YouSee suddenly stopped working in the app and how come you suddenly change my home country in my profile from Denmark where all my speakers are bought, to Netherlands?
