hello, I would like to make a request for the ability to use YouVersion Bible with my Sonos One google assistant. I am able to ask my google mini, but not with the Sonos One. please enable this. thank you 

Tried setting an alarm up on my SONOS one sl in my bedroom but when I go to select the music to go with the alarm there is nothing there. All the headings are there i.e. Sonos Radio, etc but when you select any of these headings there is nothing behind them...all missing any selectable content. Not sure why?? 

Sonos desktop app keeps popping up on my screen with each new song played. This is quite annoying when you have other windows open, doing work and it pops up forcing you to close it. Is there a setting I'm not seeing?

Hi,2 days ago, I clicked on the Sonos 1 icon on my laptop (Windows 10) and I got a setup assistant menu displayed showing a list of languages. This menu was frozen i.e. I couldn’t select anything and then it all disappeared. The result is that it is now impossible to run Sonos on my laptop.  Anyone got an answer on this?

I successfully listen to Libby library audio books through Sonos.  Thank you.  When I stop, then start the book later, it starts at the beginning.   I tried syncing again and setting Libby bookmarks.   How to start a book where previously stopped through Sonos?

Does anyone know how I can get background nature sounds to play while doing guided meditation while using the Calm App on Sonos?  I can get background sounds to play while meditating when just using the app, but not when I’m listening on Sonos.  Any suggestions? 

 This has not been resolved. Sonos, please don’t ignore this and do your job. Fix this.

Is there any way to get total control to the speakers while I’m not on the network.  Is there any other speaker that I should use instead?

Sonos being an Amazing Company with Fantastic Speakers. I have Play Bar, Play 5, Play 3, Play 1 x3 and Connect. Whenever I have a Party or Gathering  with friends. Everyone always says to me ... can you play this Song or Mix on YouTube through my Sonos Speakers and I have to say NO unless I download and convert it and then move it to my Tablet so that I can go to Play What's On This Device. By far the biggest downfall...

It seems like a missed opportunity not to have included a nice 10 band equaliser in the software. 

Hi. I am having trouble getting S2 windows app to work. When I select the installed app icon a orange Sonos logo appears in the middle of the screen ± 500x500 pixels. Then disappears without the controller loading.  I have tried: Uninstalling, removing from recycle bin, deleting the downloaded file. Re-downloaded and installed, with restarting the PC inbetween. Made sure the windows firewall allowed all the Sonos apps and options (private and public) Switched off my anti virus totally. Uninstalled and reinstalled while off.   None of the above seemed to work.   Please help guys, this is really frustrating. Am also struggling with support as I am from South Africa and we don't have any proprietary support here. The time difference makes it difficult to contact the US support team.

We play music and kids’ stories served from a windows server. This worked fine for years. After disabling SMB1 because it was 2020 and failing to get the http service to work (with or without firewall) I set up windows media streaming over what looks like RTSP.We use the Sonos Android app (12.2.2), and also the Windows one, less often. Navigating the metadata works as expected, but this is not generally how we use the app. It isn’t really feasible to browse, or even search, tens of thousands of objects, made up of four or five distinct collections, as a flat list. The way to do that is to use folders. But navigating by folder does not work as expected: the app browses and finds the content, but it does not treat the folder as a potential playlist. In contrast with other sources (I’m thinking SMB folders, Spotify, Amazon) it does not associate play/add functionality with the list it has found. There aren’t any buttons. Click on a track and it dutifully plays that track and then stops. I

We have the S2 app. Both my wife and I have our own YouTube playlists.  But we can not share(or see) one another's playlist.  How can this be arranged?

Hello,when I search a track in Sonos, wherever i start from (my music, deezer, my artists) the result is not limited to my tracks (favourites or belonging to playlist) but all tracks from deezer are shien. how should I do to search my favourites from my Deezer playlist ?Hope this was clear enough,thanks

2020-12-10 12:29:13I am trying to add the Music folder on my DS720+ to my Sonos application and get error message that says "Sonos was unable to add the music folder". According to Sonos "To use a NAS drive with Sonos, the NAS must support the SMB(v1)/CIFS file-sharing protocol.".I cannot find anything on the 720+ that shows that particular file-sharing protocol.Help please.Hi, Sonos uses SMB 1. Please check that SMB1 is the Minimum file transfer protocol on your NAS.  Go to Control Panel > File Services > SMB > click on the Advanced Settings button > then change the SMB protocol and hit Apply.   ______________________________________________________________AWESOME! I have music stored on an sd card on my s20 fe 5g phone.A few of the artists/albums are shown in music on this device tab..but like10%..these are stored in the same way, on the sd card.How do I get sonos s2 app to see all the rest? 

In the sonos app I can no longer find sonos playlists on my iPad, but see them fine on my phone.  I can add songs to them, but cannot see them, I can even add a new playlist but they are never displayed.  Were playlists moved somewhere or removed for some reason?  Again, show up on phone but not iPad.  

You keep doing updates for stupid little tweaks nobody Really cares about and screwing up our systems every time. Once again I just spent over an hour uninstalling and reinstalling your app, unplugging and replugging in all 6 of my speakers. Disabling Sonos in alexa, re-enabling Sonos. Searching for speakers in the Sonos app. Once again I have everything working. Next week you will tweak some other setting and there goes the whole system again. Wait until you actually have an update people care about. 

Having had a Spotify Premium account for many years now and never been entirely happy that I was getting the most out of the speakers in my listening room I took advantage of the Tidal subscription offer and did a month’s trial of their HiFi subscription over Christmas. My initial findings are below and I’d be very interested if anyone else has carried out a similar exercise.Executive Summary:To save you reading all of the below, my conclusions and findings are as follows:Tidal HiFi > FLAC >> Spotify Premium but only on high-end set ups. Arcam’s 15 year old DACs are noticeably better than the DAC in Sonos’ Port Tidal & Sonos is unstable for large (greater than 3 Zone set ups)As a result of point three above, and the fact that it only offered an advantage in 1/8th of my set up I shall not be renewing my Tidal subscription as it does not offer (me) sufficient value for money.System:8 Sonos Zones on S2 consisting of: Play:1, 2x One SL (paired), One (2nd Gen), Play:3, Five, Mo

HiWhen saving a song from Apple Music within Sonos there are a couple of options. Save to playlist is good and I can see the music in the playlist selected. Another option is save to my Sonos. I can’t seem to find the music after selecting this option. Where is the music saved to? I don’t necessarily want to add to a playlist all the time.cheersrob

Hi,I recently got a Sonos One SL that i love very much.I discovered the Radio option and i used it for days. I was really happy with it because I had small “commercials” and small history facts about the bands in English. But since today, I get longer commercials in Dutch (I am living in Belgium and it is an official language) as well. I get that it is a free service and commercials is the way they fund it but is there a reason that it suddenly changed? And is it possible to get it back as it was before?Thank you in advance,Alex

Have (2) moves that I love but would love even more if you guys can help.  I pair them for stereo and have tried to play them via wifi / Sonus App and Airplay with the Movie from the MAC on wifi and it works but not in stereo / both speakers.  It drops to one speaker only.  Any help on how to make it work?
