Is there any way to get total control to the speakers while I’m not on the network.
Is there any other speaker that I should use instead?

This isn’t possible from the Sonos app. But I believe you can have some basic control if your Sonos system is connected to a smart hub like SmartThings or Amazon Alexa. You could also create an automation through these smart devices if you want certain music to play or stop at a certain time.
