I have a Sonos Connect, Play3, Move and two Play 1’sAll works perfectly well until we have the occasional Power Cut. Once this happens all the products power up and reconnect to WiFi Network except for the older Play1’sWhen happened previously Sonos support have assisted but never solved. I’ve sent diagnostic reports in and they can find nothing wrong with Network setup Tried all the usual Add Product and Find Missing Product methods With the other Sonos products all reconnecting fine I assume my Network setup is fine and it’s an issue with Play1’sIs this a common problem ? Assumption is Sonos will do little to fix as clearly want people to upgrade even though a loyal and long term user 

It’s been a month since I installed my SONOS port, installation was fairly easy. My problem is with your app/software updates. After updating my IOS app, I was unable to connect to my port. It had been disconnected and had to reinstall it.If I have to go through this every time there’s an update, I might as well return it to the store.P.S. Instead of sending email advertisement, perhaps a notice that a software update is available would more appreciated.  

There's SIX microphones in it. Why can't it just listen like the Roam does?Seems like it should be a free software update for better sound?-I realize there is TruePlay using an iPhone devices only. I use Android.It’s a major oversight to not provide a fallback onto the internal microphones and/or Also Android devices. It also clearly shows how the company does not care about the customer’s experience in this regard.

Hi everybody.I like sympa radio. How can I see the name of the song that is playing? For example, listen to the radio and others.

I unlike songs playing on Deezer, 5 minutes later the song plays again.  Multiple times a day, every day.  I’ve unliked literally hundreds of times with no success.  Anyone else have this problem?

Since getting my 2 Sonos Play 5’s,Sub and Roam(which I use for a rear ambience speaker...to great effect…. I’m thinking my old conventional audio equip,though rather high end,has been totally obsoleted.I sold my stuff a while back to fund my daughter’s weddding and admit to having missed it dearly,but not since I’ve gotten this amazing Sonos set up!I mean,even the newest high quality earbuds,coupled with a great music server,sounds so good,who is going to put up with all the space needed,tweaking hassles and heat generation of conventional stuff?….Don’t even go there regarding cost!Not to mention dealing with multiple manufacturers,of which some offer poor support.As I become more and more aware of what the better Tech companies offer and at so much lower prices than the conventional mfgrs. it just seems obvious that those guys are not overly happy these days…..Yes,they have their market,but it’s shrinking at an alarming rate me’thinks.I can only imagine how superb the Tech/Music produ

 Hello, can you help. I have two sonos set ups, one at the office and one at home.Im assuming the playlists you create sit with the main speaker on a system as,for example my Sonos playlist at the office disappears when at home and vis versa.Is it possible to create one playlist to play across more than one system?? Over to you guys, thanks in advance.

This morning I’ve had repeated interruption of BBC Radio 4’s Today Programme, “due to rights restrictions this part of the programme cannot be played”. Once was during a feature about the Euros, the next was in the middle of an interview with a government minister. So no music or anything particularly sensitive. Anyone had this before or know how to prevent it? The first instance lasted about 10 minutes.

it’s so disfunctional that you have to go to your computer to pause your music from Sonos 2 on iphone (latest version) and Ipad Air, recent version. Let’s quit pretending there is a pause button on the iphone to turn off your music. THERE ISN’T. Yes, I am shouting!

Has anyone been having problems with Mixcloud? Any new shows or mixes comes up as “Unable to connect to Mixcloud” this happened about six months ago also

I have not been able to connect to the Sonos app in over a week now. I have tried calling customer service but they are only open 10 am - 5 pm M- F!  Help!!  I miss playing music inmy house 

Hi,It Was my fault to do not check  before to buy, the more I test the product ( SYMFONISK  Ikea-Sonos) the more I am disapointed with the product. I plan to use the device as Home assistant message system first, and second task as music airplay device, second task is very disappointing outside of the “SONOS world”, some way it remembers me apple practices.Poor to Standard sound quality. ( its price is right.) Unsafe SMBv1 protocol ( if you plan to use Sonos with  your home music store Nas Synology or any device with “modern version” of SMB protocol , forget Sonos device, not recommended at all ) Static IP not allowed for sonos SYMFONISK, only configurable in your router side (mac-address IP reservation) not like this one. AirPlay protocol  is restricted (or bug) to media players as synology DS Audio etc. doesn´t work, you are not free to use your personal media player in your smartphone and send your music to Sonos device throught AirPlay wireless service. Hi Guys, I wanted to know, if anyone has used fives as studio monitors? Do you guys think, we can use 2 Fives as left and right channels on a studio monitoring sound interface? I would also like to know, fi using 3..5 mm jack to connect to a computer to use 2 Fives as Studio monitor is okay vs. using a 6 mm.? As such Fives don't have a 6.4 mm jack....so I will have to use an adapter and I am fine with that as long as the sound quality does not get affected. Thanks. 

I have found that the Apple TV 4K is not really compatible with sound bars. I can get stereo sound or PCM only. I called all the parties involved and I think the Apple TV 4K requires a firmware update possibly even Sonos needs one also. I am working with Apple and Sonos and hope to hear of a firmware update that will resolve this problem. It works fine with Roku.

Battery life is below expectation.  I have a JBL Charge that I bought for $99 six years ago which outlast the Roam hands down.  Very disappointed in the Roam product.

From the Sonos app, the quality of my life would be vastly improved if the ability to add a song to multiple playlists were to be developed. E.G. from Sonos app, add song to Spotify playlist and be able to select more than one playlist at a time before tapping “Done”. That would be great. Thanks. 

I live in Australia and have ZP100 and ZP80 units that I would like to upgrade to 4 Amps under Upgrade Program. I have an upgrade credit on Sonos.com, but when I try to buy products on Sonos.com shop it is designed for US purchasers only.I have now found out that there is an in-store upgrade program in Australia, but to take advantage of this, I have to reverse the credit on Sonos.com. How do I do this? Help please !! Thanks 

This is a very minor thing but given that it’s an icon that is always visible on the dock would be great to see addressed. The current Sonos S2 icon on Mac doesn’t fit in with the design aesthetic of the Apple ecosystem at all. It’s just an oversized square without rounded corners that in my opinion just doesn’t look very good. Here is what it looks like currently: Mac OS app icon It’s also a bit weird because it doesn’t even seem to match the icon design used on the website and other apps. Here is what it looks like when referenced on the Sonos website: Icon from Sonos website Sonos speakers are sleek and cool. I think attention to other little design details in the app would fit better with the brand image.

I enjoy Sonos radio.  How can I see the title of songs being played?  For example,  listen to FIP and others.

I love my sonos system and sound quality is still great even after years. BUT the APP really needs improvement: too slow and not at all user friendly

Ok, just got the Sonos Roam. Is the power button really this awful or do I have a bad unit? I’ve read some threads of same problems I am having. If this is normal, then it’s a fatal flaw. It’s just awful. Completely unresponsive and borderline useless.  I am legacy S1. I cannot try my Roam until I remove all my S1 products and upgrade to S2. However, my replacement speakers are on “back order “. So, cannot cut the S1 ones off just yet. The Roam sits on a shelf, useless.  my issue is, do I return it now so I don’t go beyond the return window while I wait my new speakers?  I am worried the Roam may not work at all. The power button has me really concerned. Spent the extra money to have a full Sonos system. But maybe I should just go JBL for the BT speaker. They are reliable . 

I bought a pair of Sonos Five and they were shipped with DHL. I waited all morning for the carrier without hearing the doorbell or a call. Suddenly I received an email and a sms saying that delivery had been attempted but that it was not at my address. My shipping address was missing the letter of the apartment. On my purchase receipt, and the DHL receipt, the letter doesn’t appear. Those kind of details that people who do things wrong don't care about, make customers lose whole days. I like Sonos, but there is a difference between the brand image they convey, and the price, and a ton of setbacks and heartaches they bury their customers with. Now I'm worried about whether the changes Apple is going to make to Airplay 2 will carry over to existing Sonos products, or force the purchase of a new generation of speakers. I’ve watched Sonos do shady things with their apps over the last decade.  It went from assuring users that there was no need to update the app -“We would never force anyone to update their app to allow their system to work” I was once told - to collecting user data, etc.  Then came the infamous recycle program.  Well, now it seems the nefarious nature of the first and second issues have merged to become one and Sonos looks to be forcing units off-line in order to force users to replace older units, even if the old unit was working just fine.My ZP-120 (which is the most-seldom used unit of my system) worked perfectly fine until I updated my app.  Then, suddenly “poof” it no longer would even power up.  I was on at least 5 phone calls with Sonos, and no one could figure it out.  While I was on hold for 20+ minutes, I started poking around to see how many others had this problem. IT WAS A LOT.  Not all of them seem tied to app upgrades, but the timing of my failure was beyond coincidental

I have 5 Sonos devices. All been working fine. Half way through the day, 4 disappear from the app. Managed to reconnect most, but my beam now won’t connect to the wifi. Wifi is fine, and the connected devices are working. This has happened a few times and is really annoying. Was considering more Sonos devices but not sure it’s worth it now
