Evidently the moderator or who ever runs this community page doesn’t review it often enough. I’ve seen this quite a bit lately.

This is a running sore for many years now; the problem is that the simple automated filters that can take care of this are not being implemented, for unknown reasons.
The spammers come and go. Usually the moderators pick it up, if the spam filter doesn’t, but I don’t think they work 24/7. Your best bet is to flag it for them, and they’ll be along to clean up.
