Hello. I have set up my arc and Gen3 sub using truplay.My problem is even though the bass is impressive it really hurts the ears, even at mid volume.Is there a way to set up the sub for the bass to be transmitted downwards so that it is felt more than heard. This is important especially when playing music.Any assistance?
I suddenly lost all contact with my play 3. No problems earlier. I have tried all the suggestions, also updated my app. Nothing works. Help!

I have three Sonos Playbar speakers in three different rooms, all hard wired (RJ45 Cat6E cables) to my router. There is a very distinct lag between the speakers which is annoying enough that I do not have any more than one on at any time. The reason I installed the Sonos system was to have matching sound throughout the house so I am wondering if there is some way to adjust the sound to match. I control it through my desktop Windows 10 computer, not through a cell phone. Any ideas please?
Why is it some of the Sonos speakers no longer connect to the system since the last update. It’s impossible to use easily since this update. It’s been terrible
Hi there, I already have entertainment system that includes (Arc, 2 x one SLs, sub, play:5 Gen2) which I use Sonos app for them.but I also have a Roam and Play:5 Gen1 in my garage but I can’t use the app and it doesn’t let me to use Sonos 1 app without forgetting my existing system. So how can I use the app??I just want to use Play5 in the garage if this helps making the problem less complicated as I know Roam is part of new product and most probably it doesn’t work with Pkay:5 Gen1
When I try to connect my play three to the internet, it comes up with a error and says unable to update try again later, I haven’t used it for a couple of years & just moved house.
Why does the app continually fail to recognize my system when the app first opens? I have to close the app completely and reopen it a few times before it sees my components.

My Sonos system that was working very well untill today has not decided on its own to delete all my setup and data and will not allow me to reset up it plainly has completely stopped functioning and is a brick I'd like to throw threw window of Sonos head office. I demand a complete refund, it fixed in next 24 hours or replacement that will work and I suggest otherwise a big joint lawsuits coming Sonos way!!! Someone with legal background pls start a lawsuits against this crooked incompetent company that's wasting all of our time and music enjoyment!!!! I'm in anyone else?!
I have ten Sonos speakers. Unreliable and piss poor sound. I just bought one Bose S-1 Pro. Never fails to connect and reliably plays from my source. The sound quality from one Bose speaker blows away all ten of my Sonos speakers. Again, I’ll highlight the pathetic unreliable connectivity issues with Sonos. I’ll happily drop $5k on some new audio equipment on a whim, but what I have here is $5k of Sonos pathetic crap. Dumpster soon. Thanks for being a pathetically substandard company. Grow up and copy Bose, maybe there’s some hope for you.
Just received my Era 100. Trying to group it to the rest of my Sonos system but getting unable to connect try again later. I’m using the line in by playing my record player. Is this normal? Are you having this issue?
Having purchased 2 SONOS ONE SL speakers recently is there a way to connect them via the new SONOS app. It appears to connect and then cannot be found.SONOS support suggests a “ chat” which forwards me to a phone number which hangs up after about 20 minutes .

I am so lost. I have 2 beam 2nd generation & 2 3rd gen subs located in different spaces that I would like to use separately. I have one space working with beam and sub. When attempting to add sub to other space it is asking if I’d like to “move” the sub. I don’t want to move it - I’d like to add a separate individual system in that space. can anyone assist me TIA

Please oh please can you get help from Sonos, every time I ring it says the wait time is 100 minutes. I try to chat online and always get no one is available to help. I feel so, so frustrated but hey ho I guess its 2024 and that is the help you get these days 😢
So ... I got my new era 300s today to use as surrounds. Buuut trueplay do not work? I cant set it up any more, gets stuck on the sast step before the sounds starts. Guess its the same for everyone now? And for som reason i cant turn of the mic on my arc after i reinstalled it in hopes of getting trueplay to work.
Does anyone know if Sonos plays on reimbursing customers for the amount I had to pay my home stereo contractors to come in and reconfigure and re-set up my system due to the new Sonos software and networking changes ?$300 to get it done and it is not something most people can do themselves.

Hi,first post.Just got the Sonos Ace today. Really nice pair of cans. Not mind blowing but certainly a bit of an upgrade on my Sony xm4s. Im away at the moment so set them up in the app. (But out of reach of my main system)Id like to know whether the app shows the content playing (whether it’s atmos or not specifically) I’m playing over Bluetooth so wonder if that’s even possible from my iPhone 15 pro.also if I connect via the usb c cable to my phone, the headphones don’t show in the Sonos app which is strange. hope you lot can help! thanks James
