Hey all! Excited to be here.
I recently had an issue which my sub (gen3) stopped working, even tho it was connected to Wifi (Checked the router’s clients) and the light was solid white.
I did few restart (took it off the power and back on), and I even tried to factory reset and re adding it to my system, after doing it the app said that it might not be seeing in the app but all I need to do is turn of and on the sub again and it will be shown in the system setting which didn’t help.
Following this I decided to factory reset my Sonos beam and rebuilding the whole system, But the same thing happened, now I can’t even see the beam even tho I'm on the same wifi, and I can even connect to it to change the wifi. But generally looks like the app doesn’t recognize the Sonos beam also.
Any suggestions what to do?
My system is Sonos beam using ARC and the Sub
