My Sonos appears to be playing but there is no sound

I get that all the time now - especially when they are grouped. One by one, the grouped speakers stop playing and I have to remove them and re-add them to the group.
SONOS is such a POS system now. Pretty awesome for years, now just a bug-fest. Anyone thinking all this gets fixed in a month or so is dreaming.

agreed, a terrible system and really poor support. Called support and waiting time was 85min, then tried online support, answered a few questions then to be told that online support not currently available. I certainly won’t purchase any other Sonos products and will warn anyone I know who is looking to purchase to stay well away
