Allof my components are S1 running on S1 system except a Move. I upgraded my S1 play5 pair to the new s2 5s and nothing works together now.
This may have been answered elsewhere but I can’t seem to find it. My problem is when we turn on the TV all the sonos speakers go on and the sound is weird because it’s coming from other rooms and creates almost an echo sound. I have to go into my sonos app and deactivate the other speakers to let us hear just the playbar. Then later when I want to listen to music I have to go into the Sonos app and reactivate the other speakers. It’s cumbersome - I’m sure there’s another way. What I’d really like is for the playbar to activate when the tv is on and only the playbar. The other sonos speakers should activiate separately when I want to listen to music. How do I separate them?
How do I connect Sonos model PLAY:5 to my iPhone 15 Pro Max
I have an audio device plugged in to the line in port on my Era 100. How can I change the autoplay settings for this line in source? The Sonos support pages say that this setting should be available for all line in devices, but I’m not seeing it in the settings for the device it’s plugged into. I’m wondering if this was something that is no longer available on the updated app?
Would Australian Sonos speakers including Play1, 3, 5, Playbar & Sub be able to be used in the US if power adapters for the US are acquired?
Why doesn't my gen 3 subwoofer and sl speakers connect/pair using my sonos app I've tried everything wifi is working properly my phone is working properly what's the main problem with the app finding my speakers
Je suis découragé! Le volume ne répond plus ! Sur mes sonos!!que faut-il faire pour régler le problème? Moderator Edit: Google Translate- I am discouraged! The volume no longer responds! On my sound systems!!what should be done to resolve the problem?
We just purchased the Sonos Ray soundbar, during setup and update, we are getting error code 1014 through the cell phone and error code 30 with the laptop. I got cut off during chat and sending diagnostics and then lost my live chat. I’ve rebooted the Ray, router, 5 times. It hooked up by ethernet cable to the router which is right next to the speaker at the moment. We have the eero Pro 6E mesh system. How do I get this to go through so we can use the speaker? about to return it and get a different product. We sent in diagnostics twice now.
Hello there. we are thinking of buying a used Play 5 gen 1 - will this work with our current set up? S2 app, Beam Gen 1, with 2 x Play:1 Gen 1 as surrounds, plus 2 x Play:1 in another room. Thanks.
What is the difference between the Sub and Sub Gen3
I have a couple of devices I want to give my daughter for her new house - a Play:3 and Play:1. Is this sufficient for a system or do I need a controller such as a port?
Since I updated Sonos software I have a totally unstable system…tech support told me it was router issue. I spent the time and money to install a new mesh network and this has not helped. Speakers cut in and out of service, streaming starts and stops and app volume controls and speaker selection doesn’t usually work.Even with a hard wired Ethernet the system can’t be counted on.Anyone know if these issues are going to be fixed soon? Old software version was very stable.
I have two Roam speakers and want to play the same music through both. This should be an easy process (click on the multi-room/system icon, select both speakers, click apply, and voila) but since a recent app update all I get is "can't connect, please try later" This happens whether I start with one speaker or the other. I've hard rebooted both speakers. Still no joy. Any ideas?
I have a stereo pair of Play:5 gen2 that I cannot add a minisub to it. Is it supported?According to this link, it should be supported: https://support.sonos.com/en-au/article/sonos-products-that-support-sub-miniIt does not specify if in stereo pair mode is supported. The Sub mini pairs with 300, Five and One speakers with no problem.
Hello everyone , The problem I have a sub gen 3, and the L Shape rubber feet have gone missing? Ive only moved it for cleaning purposes but just noticed only one of the rubber L shaped feet is left on, Can anyone help me please? The sub comes with them of course built in I thought but obviously they are just rubber stickers and they have dropped off and I had no idea and I cant find them, only one remains? Is this normal?I assumed the sub would be one fixed part with fixed feet and not flimsy stuck on feet at this price point? What do you guys think? Should I make a template and use a normal furniture floor foam pad? Or can I buy them anywhere? A few of my searches revealed that other customers contacted Sonos by email and got sent the round pads free, but they sit on the side of the unit when laying horizontally. I only have the CEO address from the APP? Obviously that gets ignored! And the phone is a few hours wait or I can speak with a Bot? Does anyone know the contact email for r
Hi - I have a Sonos One A100 model s13. I am trying to find a second hand product to add to my system. Is the Sonos One SL the same product? many thanks for any help.
For 3 days now my sonos one (2. Gen) buttons (Volume Up/down, microphone) don't work any more. It's still connented to my network, so I can play Music via internet, but I cannot use any button. I also disconnected and reconnected it to the power-supply several times. After that the Sonos white light flashes a couple of times...but after that all ist black (no lights in the box).I had some network problems within the last days, but since yesterday the connection is fine. My other two Sonos one work fine, but the one in the kitchen has the problems mentioned above. Does anybody have a clue what I can do?
Hi, I've reset 2 play ones , the app can find them but when the speaker plays a chime it won't connect, says check your mic ? Tried on another phone to rule out mic issues System gone crazy after the new app was released
I changed my WiFi password and now I can’t connect my play:1 to WiFi anymore. The Sonos app can’t set the WiFi password because that is not supported for this model (what???) I can connect it by cable but that is not what I want. The Sonos s1 app can’t connect to it because it says the system is S2. It tells me to downgrade but that option is unavailable in the Sonos app.I’m stuck!
I’ve moved home and so internet. After lots of various factory resets and trying everything I can find on the internet, I have finally got my Sonos products (one and beam) to work and with Alexa. HOWEVER only when the One is plugged into the router with an Ethernet cable. As soon as I unplug it then it stops working.
I have the GEN 1 Sub as part of a whole house of Sonos products. The Sub is intermittent when playing. I drops out during music playing.I’ve disconnected it and re connected it to the system but no change.Any thought s would be gratefully received.
I have 2 Wi-Fi connections available in my house, I want to change the router my Sonos One and Sonos Move connect to. I can’t seem to do this easily as they are connected to one of the networks already. does anyone know how I can change the network they are connected to when the current one is still active?
Morning All First post Got a new hub from BT and went to set up my system found both items Play one and Beam but not showing in the app, when i ask to join existing system it shows my my hub and says nothing on the system. I then ask it to join a new speaker finds the speaker via the app but when going through the set up it says to join a sonos wifi then it fails same with the beam, tried with ethernet cable again finds the two items but still not showing on the app. when i can get it to show on the app via ethernet it says for me to log in as the user so i can add it which i am logged in now really confused, oh and alexa doesn’t work either thanks in advance
i âm using 4 Pair 3 speakers that are all connected to same Network. but for some reason one or more of the speakers seems to disconnect from the network and for no apparent reason. the system has become fragile and i don’t know why or what i can do to improve the set up
Hi all,I have recently moved house but retained by existing internet (same company, router, wifi password etc). The airplay mode was working fine but I wanted to set up my Sonos One to ring when my Blink doorbell was pressed so entered the app to add this functionality. The Sonos was missing so I went to set up the product again.Despite numerous attempts, including multiple factory resets, factory reset of router, using an ethernet cable, updating network setting etc, nothing is working. I have spoken with Customer Support and they were unable to help. All other wifi/LAN connected products in the house are working fine - its only the Sonos that refuses to connect. The Sonos sound quality is excellent, but the functionality and app are unbelievably bad.I would appreciate any guidance or advice you may have,BRChris
