Sorry to hear of the issue you have been having in trying to add your Sub to your Sonos system.

First, please go to the app store for your phone and ensure you have the latest version of the Sonos app.

I recommend that you try a reboot of the device running the Sonos app, as well as of your router (please switch it off for at least 30 seconds).

If neither of these steps help with setting up your Sub, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
