I have loved our Move, but tonight around 2 hours playing time and the battery light is flashing. We keep it on the cradle so iit should be fully charged and last for hours longer. Has something changed? Any recommendations to fix?

I keep updating my Sonos products successfully and then I keep missing them completely from the list of products, empty.Repeated 4 times. Frustrated 4 times.

Hi I have recently update our router and cannot find the Ethernet cable for my Play 1 Sonos meaning I can’t get it to reconnect. Trying to do the connection via tge app doesn’t seem to work.Can anyone tell me what type of Ethernet cable I need to get please? I’m in the UK.Thank you. 

My products are added to my profile, but at the top of the profile in the app it says “not connected”. My phone is connected to the wifi, as is each product. But it seems my overall Sonos system is not… please help 

Hello,I had problems with my Sonos system so I reset the speakers, deleted the Sonos app and reinstalled it. I have added my Play 5 gen 2, my Sub and my playbar and it works fine. What does not work anymore is that it is not possible to adjust the volume on the playbar with the TV's remote control. It has always worked before. Playbar and TV are connected with optical audio cable. It works to regulate the volume with the Sonos app on the phone, but it is far too cumbersome. Can someone help me? Best / Frederick

Totally new to Sonos.. Had a ROAM supplied with a new caravan today  Got it home to connect to the Internet and the app says I need to do an update.OK... Go to "update" and get a message saying problem checking for updates. I cannot go back to the main dashboard.I have uninstalled the app.I have rebooted the intenet/wifi/app/speaker I cannot use it at all as I can't get passed the update problem.. 

My products atm cant be found, i have switched router, and it found my daughters ray, but it cant find my soundbar, sub and two speakers, been having trouble for 2 years, dont feel the company of sonos is all that helpful either.

I was using my Play 1s in a stereo pair under S1 App, they kept disappearing and twice I had to factory reset to get them to reappear. This happened again recently and I have been unable to add them back in.I had resisted moving to S2 App as I had an older Connect which was not S2 compatible. Having recently removed this and replaced with another (non-Sonos device) I decided maybe S2 would sort my Play 1 problem. How wrong could I be. Now I can get to a stage where I see there is a Play 1 device to configure and go through the steps until it tells me I need to update the device. (BTW it won’t connect via ethernet will only be seen if disconnected from wire network) I proceed and it askes to set up temp wireless connection and starts the update process, I can see from my phone that it is connected to a temp wireless network and uses 4G to connect to the Internet, Play 1 has flashing green light. Is there any way I can connect a bluetooth record player to my symfonisk speaker through the sonos app?

Hi everyone,I have in my house a system with a playbar in the living room and other Sonos connect amp, play 5 and Sonos one around the house. Controller all of them with the app Sonos S1. Today I bought 2 Sonos One (2nd generation) and a sub mini. The Sonos One can work with the Sonos app and the old Sonos S1 (like my old Sonos Playbar), and the sub mini works only with the Sonos app. So I had thought to use the Sonos app to set up a system only for the living room, for the home theatre, with my old Playbar and the new Sonos One and the sub mini. When I try to set up a new system it does not detect my playbar. Does it mean I have to delete from my existing system the playbar? I hoped I could keep it there. So I want to watch a movie I just start the new Sonos app. And If I want to synchronise music around the house, I just start the old Sonos S1 app and control the playbar and the new Sonos One. Can I do that?

Is it possible to connect a speaker from 1 gen like play 5, to a speaker of gen 2 like the Ikea lamp?

I am sure I am going to get the same answer from what I have read, but has anyone had any luck at all with a dead Gen 2 Play 5? I have 2 of them and neither will factor reset at all. Completely useless now. I can’t get them to connect at all. Wired or not. They are just gone and won’t reset. Has anyone had any luck fixing this or gotten any support from Sonos aside from their BS refurbished replacement? 

Hi! I teach yoga and we play music via Spotify during some classes over two Sonos 5 speakers. The music sounds great, but it’s a big room with a lot of hard surfaces and even though I try to project, speak slowly and articulate my words, I believe students sometimes have trouble hearing me. I am wondering if there might be a way to mic 🎤 my voice? I’ve read some of the threads and understand there are some issues with a delay. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you! 

Due to the disaster with the new app, I started looking into the recent Sonos developments. I was totally surprised to find out that there is a web interface that can control my boxes at home! Only protected with username password, no two factor auth. In the context of the software development skills that Sonos so publicly displayed, I lost all confidence, that Sonos can do proper web service development or even proper secure development. So in my eyes, the web service that exposes my boxes to the internet is to be considered totally insecure. It represents an unacceptable risk to my personal local network and data.With that I revoked internet access for my Sonos boxes and only use Airplay2. Now I want to sell my Sonos setup as long as the prices for used boxes are still ok but I do not know if I should update the boxes before I do.I was wondering if anyone has found any indication what firmware changes have been done after 78.1-52020 (my current firmware version). I run a,system of 3 x play 1 with sonos s2 app. All are connected to the same WiFi. All is good until one or two units stop working - the third is still on pumping music. On the app it shows that they are connected but no music comes out. Then they either start working alone, or I have to temper with the app hoping that something will do it. The thing is that it is not always the same. 

So with the new app when I want to combine several rooms of speakers I go to where it shows them and I pick the ones I want showing yellow dots. I hit apply and it states cannot connect. Try again later.  I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still nothing. Any ideas?

Hello, I am writing from Korea to inquire about the current situation.I purchased the IKEA SYMFONISK series but am unable to connect it using any method. I have tried using the audio PIN, the PIN on the back, and even connecting via an Ethernet cable, but nothing works.Suspecting an issue with the speakers themselves, I attempted to connect three different SYMFONISK speakers, but none worked. I also considered that the issue might be with the switches, so I tried two different Korean switches(iptime, netis), but they too failed to connect.Thinking it might be an issue with my mobile devices, I tried connecting with two Android phones, two iPhones, and an iPad, but none were successful.It seems to be an app issue; the older version of the app doesn’t even allow connection without an update. I’ve heard news about a new app update, but it seems the problem occurred after updating the app. Are there others experiencing similar issues with various devices not connecting? The volume of my era 300 goes down at 15% immediately , the level control is disabled 

With each new update, we lose previous music options and continue to get funneled towards more subscription based services. We invested heavily in Sonos products- have them in every room.  Now our local radio options disappeared. We can only access them through I <3 Radio and TuneIn, which offers a "90 day free trial". None of these services we are now allowed to play actually broadcast article, track or album info.  This follows the loss of being able to play local files from my phone.  I feel like Sonos has done a huge bait and switch. I regret purchasing the system.  It's great if you want to use it to stream Low res audio. Beyond that, just prepare to hook them up to your credit card and you're set.  I'm super irritated. This seems borderline illegal. 

I am genuinely wondering whether I should just return the Era 100 I bought recently. 1. Have to use the PIN to connect, just refuses to be found on the system.2. Will not connect Alexa Amazon voice service.3. Which I need because the Sonos voice service is dreadful, literally tells me it can't find BBC stations.4. Can't clear the queue, so basically I have to reset after playing ANYTHING/EVERYTHING.5. Customer service is a joke.Any thoughts? Unlucky and it's a faulty unit or is it really as terrible as this? Never had any of these problems with the Sonos One or the previous apps.

At work we use Sonos to play music around the shop. Since upgrading the app I cannot group the speakers. Each speaker can play the same radio station, but there are 6 different streams and different commercial breaks. How do i get the same thing to play in sync now?Also, if i try to update i get told to sign in, but i am already signed in.
