On this weeks iOS (April 26)  update the A-Z listing down the left hand side of the screen  for “Songs” has disappeared (from Local Library)It’s still there for Artists and Albums

I can’t get my sub to hold the setting I set it to. Each time it defaults to zero for cross over. And regardless of what I set. It does not sound any better.  I have unplugged and powered my amp up. I have done the same to my sub.  I have run true play again. All the equipment is up to date and has most recent updates   

My Samsung TV eARC hdmi connection is currently in my cinema processor, allowing theatre sound.I don’t use it all the time and I’m not happy with the standalone TV sound so I want to add an Arc Ultra.To get Atmos from the Arc I need to use a eARC connection from the TV.How do I get my TV eARC connection to feed BOTH the cinema processor and the Arc soundbar?Looking for solutions that work for others who have encountered this type of issue.

I've been chatting and speaking with Sonos technical support for the past four hours and am about to have my issue escalated for the sixth time. The one thing that not one of the technicians has tried is to recreate the issue on their own Sonos speaker.Voice Control will NOT connect to KUSC - Classical California: The station is in my “Favorites” and the app will connect to it - but Voice Control either fails to respond or connects to a channel named “Blue Mood” - which plays orchestral light jazz with commercials. Could someone, please, try to get Sonos to play KUSC using Voice Control and let me know the result? Thanks!

I have several alarms setup to wake up, they can be activated and deactivated with a toggle. They worked great forever, suddenly now it’s a huge effort to get them to deactivate or activate them. It’s either reboot the whole system, or phone, refresh the connection that seems to get it to respond. Or just doing it, several times. Why is it so hard to make it work?  This seems to have changed in the last 6 months, so whatever update was performed has made it extremely difficult to accomplish a simple task. 

I’m getting a message on my MacBook that the Sonos app will soon need to be upgraded because support for apps built for the Intel processors are being phased out. I have Sonos app version 17.2 and MacOS 26.4.1. Is a newer version of the Sonos app available?

My sonos one keeps dropping from the app.  LED is flashing red I re-assign using rj45 connection   ther wireless way wount work at all. it will be fine for a day .. then back to flashing red

Hi,I have disabled sonoNET on my arc ultra but a wifi scan still shows it is intermittent activity on channel 165 in 5Ghz rangechecking status directly on the arc shows HT AP Mode is ON. Hi,since the last update Sonos Voice Assistant’s volume is fixed to a constant unintelligible low, one is unable to hear it nor is it possible to set it via the master volume. Would it be possible to give the users a separate Assistant volume control? Thank you.

I have two sonos 5 2nd gen paired with my victrola turntable (sonos compatable).  Everything worked great until my cleaning lady unplugged the table.  Now my stereo sound is weak.  Like im only getting one channel.  My Jimi Hendrix cuts out depending on the panning.  Any thoughts?

My TV is a Sony XBR-55X850D  i cannot get 5.1 surround sound with my Sonos Arc with my Sony TV.  Only Stereo. I tried everything. help!!! thanks in advance 

On Beam Gen 2 (which is set up with Sub Mini and 2 x Play:1 surrounds), when I ask Alexa to “Play 6 Music”, halfway during the response “Now Playing BBC 6 Music” the volume increases and the station music sounds much louder than I want it.Does anyone else get this and what can I do to stop it happening. It really is ridiculously loud when the volume increases.

I have a turntable currently using the Sonos port. I recently purchased the Sonos ace headphones and a BTA 30 is it possible to listen to my vinyls on my Sonos ace headphones? If so, can anyone help me? I can’t seem to get this to work

I have a Sonos Arc Ultra in a group with a sub and two Sonos One speakers. If I bought a Sonos Amp, could I add that to the group to play two more speakers, which are not Sonos speakers?I have heard this could lead to a TV audio delay of about 75 milliseconds? If this is true, can I adjust for this in the Arc Ultra's settings?

I have a new (~3 weeks) Sonos Era 100 that has developed a digital ‘scratch’ sound when waking up the voice assistant. Whenever I say “Alexa…” I’ll get the chime and what sounds like a short scratch/static sound. The rest of audio playback is fine, music is unaffected, and I’ve not heard this same sound aside from using the wake word.Restarting the speaker didn’t do anything and I’m not sure if this is something I should initiate a return for, or if its a known issue with a fix.Ideas are welcome. 

I am at a loss trying to find information.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have a multiple Sonos products in my house (no group set-up FYI), and I also have multiple Echo Dot speakers.  Alexa works on all devices both Sonos and Alexa Echo Dots.  There is one skill imparticular that is not working over the last month is Sleep Jar through Voice Commands on Sonos products, but does work on Echo products?  When I give the voice command to play or launch a particular sound on any Sonos device - the response I get is “Having Trouble accessing skill”.  This particular skill is linked in my Alexa app settings.  Since it works on Echo devices no problem - my thought is this is a Sonos issue and I downloaded the latest upgrade.  Is advice on how to fix -- my only work around has been to Airplay on the Sonos speakers, but only my phone to access not voice.

We have an ARC Ultra installed along with a SUB and AMP.  The ARC, every now and then, lowers its volume by itself to 15. We don't have a control system, just the TV. Has anyone seen this before? 

how to change the administrator on a Sonos product

I've gone through all the universal control settings on my LG TV and selected optical and Sonos as the manufacturer. I've turned off SIMPLINK (LOL btw) and auto device detection. I've successfully gone through the remote control setup (TV had to be off to get that to work) on the Sonos app. The LG "magic remote" just refuses to work when the TV is on. Why would LG make it specific to the point you can select Sonos as the manufacturer if it just reverts back to RF/WIFI or whatever when the TV is on? I found some trick that if you hold the back and home button for 5 seconds it disconnects the remote smart features, at which point it does actually change the Sonos volume, but then the remote just reconnects when you hit okay. Am i doing something wrong or is this just a lost cause?

Just read a very helpful thread on ERA300’s ceiling mount Vs In ceiling ….. I have the same issue. Probably easier than the OP on that thread. We have a rectangular room. But with a large triangular corner in glass. Long story, looks nice etc but not ideal for placing speakers.The front viewing wall is perfectly symetrical and has just been rewired so TV, sound bar and other components are perfectly centered as is the viewing settee. The viewing settee has a left hand and right hand 2 seater settee perpendicular to the main viewing settee.So everything is front is peachy. But the rear means the ERA 300 RHS would be over the arm if wall mounted. Not ideal. The LHS one not a problem. Can use floor stands but I’m thinking ceiling mounted on a Flexson and use SW in app to invert the sound? The flexson appears have a long reach such that it could be in a proper position in line with the Arc Ultra.This is the Flexson ceiling mount in question. not the prettiest but maybe works.Install is no

I can't add Imported Playlists to the queue in the Android app from my Music Library.  This was working previously in the Android app.  Doing the same Imported Playlist in the Windows version of Sonos app is working without issue so it is not an issue with the Playlist.The Android app can see the tracks in the playlist, but if I click on the play or shuffle icon it just spins away doing nothing. If I try to add or replace the queue with the tracks from the playlist it just spins.If I click on the three dots next to.the track and select Play Now, the track plays.This is broken for even Imported Playlists with 1 track.Is this a known issue that's been broken in a recent app update? I have searched but can't see anything about imported playlists broken on Android recently.Android App Version:  83.01.9

Hi,Since update 85.00.31 (Android) of the app, content from Pocket Casts service is not shown in playlists containing it. Here is the playlist list from my system. The playlist Podkassos currently contains only podcast episodes from the same podcast. The picture generated for the playlist is correctly using the pictures from the episodes.Playlist list When I look at the content of that playlist, the message says there is no content.No content shown in the sonos app The same content shown in the alternative app noson correctly show the content of the playlist.playlist not empty in noson The playlist can be enqueued and played. Hi all, I currently own the Sonos Arc Ultra and I am looking to add rears and sub to my living room set up.I mainly watch Anime, Netflix original series and amazon prime movies. I will play music occasionally.For the rears, I am torn between the Era 100s and 300s as my room layout is asymmetrical (one side is closer to the wall and the other leads to the hallway and rest of the house). My sofa is against the wall as well because my living room is small.For the sub, I am torn between the Sub 4 and the Sub mini.Assuming budget is not a concern, which set-up would give me the best audio experience (clear sounds and dialogue etc)?
