I am trying to stream from the Apple Classical app on my iPhone via AirPlay to Sonos Connect. Doesn’t work at all.

I thought all the Apple Music playback issues are resolved since the meltdown. But apparently not. New install of Beam Gen2, when playing back from Apple Music playlist, every 4th song or so it will loose the connection be quiet for 10s and then reconnect and pickup the rest of the song or skip to the next one. Quiet annoying.Beam is connected to very good Enterprise WiFi network, and the TV it’s connected to has no network issues.Is this a latency issue, since I’m not US based? Maybe device trying to use US cloud back-end needlessly? Or something else that isn’t well engineered.Quit disappointed.

 Hi,Came back from 3 weeks vacation and wanted to listen to some nice music while unpacking. But my Sonos app did not show any of my speakers. I had to reboot the router and reinstall the app to make it work again.But: a day later same problem, all speakers gone.What is going on here?

Is there a plan to improve the volume control on app?

As of a couple days ago I can no longer connect to PLEX.   I get“Something went wrong. Try Again” when click on artists from my favoritesand“No content items available” when clicking on Plex iconI can cast to my sonos speakers from the Plex app (not plexamp) on my computer.If gone through all the suggested steps I could find from the internet.  I guess my question is to see if anyone else is experiencing it or if it's just me (and for how long).  If its everyone, then hopefully its (another) screw up and they’ll get around to fixing it eventually. super frustrating that something that has worked for years just stopped working especially when its the reason I went with Sonos.

I am unable to play my Spotify “liked” songs through the Sonos ap to my Sonos speakers. I can play all other Spotify features.  I saw other posts on this - with no real answer. Is this just a bug?  Is it because my liked songs list is 400+ or something else?  Thanks 

Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to play sound through the Sonos Arc and the Sonos Ace at the same time. My friend likes louder sound so he’d like to listen using the headphones while I would listen using the soundbar.

For almost 20 years, I have enjoyed the convenience and quality of a Sonos system.However I am now looking to play vinyl again  as I am now 65 and have a little time to properly savour the experience. I have a ATLP120USB deck purchased ten years ago for my wife to play her record collection and help her transfer her records to digital stoage. Unfortunately, she passed away before she was able to get much use out of it. I would like now to play her records (and a few of my own) giving as much audiophile justice as my 65-year-old ears will allow.Since I am so fully invested in the Sonos system, my initial plan was to play records using this deck with a FosiX2 preamp (bought to test signal path) and line in to Port or Sonos 5 speaker (as part of stereo pair.)The sound is good, but it doesn’t quite match up to my memory of the sound from my Rega Planar/NAD/Kef separates 40 years ago.So my questions areAm I fundamentally limited by the A2D conversion in Sonos? I’m having issues whereby nothing in the Sonos Pocketcast plugin is syncing too or from my Pocketcast app / account. I see this was a problem previously but threads have been closed for comment, but a quick search of the internet shows this is still a problem for other users also. Is there a solution?

I wanted to gauge from the community as to whether or not people are experiencing bad sound quality through their arc ultra speakers as I have had two units and both have produced a slightly distorted/fuzzy sound specifically from the right side of the speaker. I don’t know if it’s bad luck or not but wanted to check with others to see if they’re also experiencing this and what they did to fix it? My arc ultra is connected to my Samsung tv through the eARC port with the cable provided and use my Apple TV 4K Gen 1 to watch content. The fuzzy noise is present when watching any kind of media through the Apple TV as well as when I’m streaming music through the Sonos app and even when adding the product to my system through the chime it plays as well as during the trueplay tuning. I have even changed the settings on the Samsung tv such that sound is output via pass through rather than automaticAny help would be much appreciated, I will try get the product replaced but wanted to see if this

Hi I've had this issue for a few weeks whereby every now and then - and I cannot put my finger on how often it occurs, maybe once a day, where the sound reduces and the green light flashes for a few seconds (like it's updating or something) then comes back to normal. Is this normal? It's bloody annoying.  Thanks

The Bluetooth speakers after an hour disconnecting and stay silent.the only thing I must do is unplugged the WiFi and the power in order to connect again. 

Sonos should make a remote control for turning the volume up or down, pause, skip and rewindAs an iphone user the buttons don’t work on my iphone 16e. Would be nice that I didn’t have to go into the app to do those things

I currently have 2 Sonos Amps, 2 Beams and a Play One in my home and it was working just fine for years until recently, I’ve noticed I’m unable to control my system in the app. I can see each device but when I click play, it doesn’t actually start any music. I had a friend over who connected to my wifi network and was able to control it himself, no problems. I also logged in on my Windows PC and was able to control it, so it seems to just be my iPhone. I found if I unplugged the amps and plugged them back in, it seems to connect to my phone then but I’ve only tried that a couple of times otherwise I just don’t listen to music or find another device to control it. My Sonos app has always been up to date, along with all of my speakers/devices.Any suggestions?? 

I was an early Sonos fan, had several S1 products and everything worked great. Now, Sonos has split into S1 and S2 (don’t get me started) and I’ve divorced and my ex-wife who never really liked it decided to dump the old S1 Connect and Connect:Amp products back on me. In the meantime I have since bought my own S2 products and set up a new S2 system.I’d love to use the two Connect products and the Connect:Amp product to get an upgrade discount on a new Amp for some outdoor speakers, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do it. I tried doing a factory reset on the connect units (worked fine), setting up a new S1 system (also fine), and then going to the website (new components show up under my account, system). It sounds like there should be an “upgrade” tab somewhere, but going to this URLUpgrade | Sonosleads to a page that says “Don’t see your speaker? Check to see if it is plugged in.” I know that the components are there because the “System” page on the website sees them just fine. 

Any idea what this update, available evening (UK) on the of 6th Jan is all about? Same target hardware as mid December updating to 92.0.72171 with others (Port/Five/Move) on 92.0.71170. Nothing on release page...

Hello Sonos Team and Community,I own multiple Sonos speakers (including One SL) and have been a loyal user for years. Recently, I can no longer play Radio Rock (Finland) on Sonos. Instead of the station, I only get “Welcome to TuneIn” and ads looping endlessly.Here’s what I’ve tried:Removed and re-added TuneIn (New) in the Sonos app Logged in with my TuneIn account and added Radio Rock as a favorite Rebooted speakers, reset network, cleared cache Tried Sonos desktop app and mobile app Verified that the station works in TuneIn’s own appNothing works. Previously, I could add a custom stream URL to Sonos and bypass TuneIn issues, but Sonos removed that feature in recent updates. This leaves me with no way to listen to a major Finnish radio station on a multi-thousand-euro system.This is unacceptable. Please:Fix TuneIn integration for Radio Rock and similar stations OR restore the ability to add custom radio stream URLs in the Sonos appMany users in Finland and other regions face the same

Hi All, I have an extremely frustrating situation with a new Arc Ultra - when watching content from my Shield via the Brava e-ARC the status light will turn on white (I have it set to off) then the volume will jump up and down for a minute or two. Sometimes it stops and the light goes out again, sometimes the power needs to be pulled. I’ve spoken to support, been through troubleshooting (reboot, update, disabled IR and touch controls etc etc) but this is an intermittent issue and it will go away after a reboot/reset for a few hours, or even days so hard to get in touch with support when the fault is occurring. It is driving me mad - and sounds very similar to the issue here so I’m starting to wonder if there is a hardware issue: Anyone out there got any good ideas? Thanks.

I have recently switched from Amazon Music to Tidal. I have linked the Tidal service in the Sonos app and can control using the Sonos app, I just can’t get Sonos to play Tidal music using voice commands (Sonos), I get the following back:“Sorry, Sonos voice control isn’t available for Tidal yet”.Can anyone help, or is just a limitation I have to live with?ThanksLee

every time I connect my play base to the Internet and when I disconnect it, it does not appear in my app

I have a Sonos system consisting of 2 x Era 100s, 1 x Beam, 1 x Roam and a Connect. I have had all for a while, but over the last month have had difficulties using Alexa to control them. Alexa works fine to check weather, add stuff to a list, but when asking her to play music from either Amazon, or BBC Sounds, or Pocket Casts, she responds, tells me she is going to do it, and then does nothing. A reboot of the speaker gets her responding again, but this only lasts a short while. I have spent hours on the chat with Sonos, and a 2 hour phone call with them and my ISP this morning. Sonos blame the ISP, the ISP blame Sonos.

I am facing an issue where I cannot add a factory reset  play:1 & play:3 to my existing system. When I go to add the play:3 I get this message:We couldn’t find any Sonos products on {WI-FI Name} so we can’t set up your Play:3. Try again later This is very weird because There is a Ray, Sonos Roam and 2x One’s and an existing Play:3 already registered on the WiFi network. What might cause this? I’ve tried multiple resets, power cycles, wifi & direct ethernet connection. Another post suggested that it would be best to forget the wifi network and update it. So powered off all registered products and wired the existing Play:3 to my router. I powered on all the speakers and updated the network first through the Roam then the Ray (the ones are grouped to the Ray for surrounds). The app shows the “Add your Play:3” banner, but when I try to set it up the error in quotes happens. I’ve tried multiple android devices (Pixel 6, My old P20 pro and a Lenovo Tablet) - all have the same issue.

I have very old Play 3 and Play 5 and brought them out of storage. Can they connect to wifi? If so: how?not tech savvy

Hello,,,I’m noticing lots of issues playing Amazon Music through Sonos speakers, anybody else experiencing this or know if it’s a known (and accepted issue by Sonos)? Issues with shuffle; constantly cycles through a small selection of songs in a playlists.Refusal to play songs later in a playlist; I manually select a songs but each and every time, the first song of the playlist plays, not the song selected. Regards Ted
