I recently updated my Play:1 to Sonos OS: S2 Version 12.0.3 both on my laptop and iPhone. Since then I am unable to access Spotify via the Browse tab on my phone Sonos app. I am able to use my Spotify service via the Search tab to find songs etc. and play them on my Play:1 but am unable to directly access in my phone app my curated Spotify self-created playlists, suggested playlists, etc. since I cannot access Spotify via the Browse tab. I have logged out of my Sonos account, relogged back in, removed my Spotify account, re-added it, re-authorized etc — all to no avail. Whenever I press on the Spotify tab in the Browse tab a “circling” waiting graphic pops up and the app becomes unresponsive if I try to press the back arrow or access the other tabs like Search while the “circling” waiting graphic is spinning. Eventually, after a few minutes the app screen changes from the waiting icon to a screen that states for me to re-authorize Spotify but pressing on the “re-authorize” shortcut but

Is there a way to add Radio Paradise to the Sonos menu anywhere in order to be able to have a shortcut to stream Radio Paradise?

Recently, SONOS announced that it was going to stop supporting playing music from "on this iPhone" in the near future and that Apple Music was an alternative. So, I created an Apple Music account and was able to upload the music from my iTunes app located on my PC to the Apple Music cloud. However, the playlists on iTunes have not been transferred to Apple Music. Is there a way of configuring iTunes and/or Apple Music so that I can create and edit playlists in one location (my PC) and then have it automatically synced to Apple Music? Thanks, Tom

I’ve just bought the Sonos One. How do I get Alexa to play my playlists from Apple Music? I can physically select music to play off Apple Music but when asking Alexa she won’t play, something about Amazon Music is mentioned

So I have had my sonos for over a year. I am using a play 5 gen 1 that has a stereo patch cable connecting it to the tv. I am an employee with a home integration company so it’s no where near my first time using this product. About 2 weeks ago I noticed that only the HBO GO apps sound quality has changed drastically since the last time I had used it. It used to be pretty clear, crackle and pop here or there but nothing crazy. All of the sudden it is muffled and I can hardly hear the words being spoken, I’ve tried adjusting the EQ, even going though my tv speakers on my Sony it doesn’t sound quite right. So I’m sure it’s something with the way HBO go formats it’s audio. I’ve eliminated the possibility that it’s an issue with my fire stick, I see there seem to be other issues with hbo go as well thought the forum. I’m just wondering if anyone has ran into this issue before, All I know is winter is coming and I hope to be able to hear it properly!

I've seen a lot of web articles from the normal tech sites talking annot Sonos Event that should have happened today. Everyone thought Sonos would be announcing new speakers during this 2 day even but I haven't heard or seen anything at all.

Sonos holds a two day press briefing in New York and not a snippet of news about the event anywhere. Anybody have any intel on the event?

Hi all, Up until HomePod appeared I had multiple sonos players in my home for years. From connects to play 5s and play 1s. When HomePod came out I got one and sold all my sonos stuff. Despite this I was never really happy with the HomePod sound. (It replaced a play 5 2nd gen) I thought a software update might help and eventually it did, with Apple altering the original sound signature. But this didn’t end the list of things I didn’t like. For starters this “place HomePod anywhere and it will sound great” is rubbish! Despite adjusting to its location, it’s still highly temperamental in its placement. The sound curve changes dramatically based on where it’s placed. The last straw was last week I bought a third one to stereo pair with the one in the lounge room. It didn’t work correctly. Even after the room correction stuff the right speaker was clearly louder than the left but the left had a higher overall bass response. Nothing I did fixes it. Even reversing the physical positi

Never Received CR100 Voucher/s. I submitted my CR100 serial/s and do you think I received the voucher/s.........NOPE!! Extremely disappointed. This is very poor, considering that I have my own AV Installation company and over the past 12 months we have spent just under $82k on Sonos products for our clients. Not to mention those clients who purchase the product themselves and we only provide the installation service for them. Thanks Sonos....!!!

I'm having trouble connecting to Virgin Radio UK through Tune-in. I live in France. Does anybody know if this is possible? I can connect to just about every other radio station in the UK just not Virgin!

Can others recommend any of a list of their favorite reggae internet radio stations? Ideally, I was looking for ones that play more of the old school artists like: Yellowman, Steel Pulse, Eek a Mouse, Burning Spear, King Tubby, Third World, Linton Kwesi Johnson, Mikey Dread, Sugar Minor, Culture,Israel Vibration; Gregory Issacs , Black Uhuru, etc. However, any feedback or recommendation would be welcome.
