Watching the green light flashing, still not able to connect and set up. I’ve had system for several years and set up multiple times and always experienced hassles.power went out and system disappeared… app picks up our Roam at least but not happy.any help is appreciated

Beam gen 2 pair with 2 Era 300?

Hello sonos user,does anyone testing the beam gen 2 with the Era 300 as surround speaker? I own the beam gen 2 which is supporting dolby atmos. And i ask me how it sounds with 2x Era 300 as surrounds. I know it would be better with the Arc but i am interested how it sounds with the beam gen 2.i have the beam gen2+ sub(gen2) + 2x play 1 (5.1)

eArc connection between Samsung QN85B and Sonos Beam Gen 2 drops frequently

I have had my Samsung 65” QLED (QN85B) TV connected to my Sonos Beam Gen 2 via eArc for over a year. In the last month, when I turn on the TV, the two units connection is lost. This happens frequently (once a week or so). To resolve, I must turn off the Samsung TV, unplug the Sonos, wait 10 seconds, plug in the Sonos, wait for lights to stop blinking, turn on the TV. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

SAMSUNG AND BEAM CONNECTION PROBLEM

I hope you can help.  I have my Sonos Beam (gen 2) hooked up to my Samsung TV. It has been working great for many months until now every time I turn off my TV and put it back on later the Sonos does not work and only the TV sound works. If I unplug the Sonos and plug it back in when the TV is on, it will find it and start working until I turn it off the tv again.What can I do? I called Sonos and they told me to call Samsung. No one can help.

Why can't I use my amp for surround + sub?

I understand and see it very clearly stated in the documents (of course after I just saved a bunch of money to buy this thing).Note that the subwoofer output is disabled when Amp is being used to power surround speakers for a Sonos home theater product.I bought this specifically to add 2 speakers and a sub to finish my home theater setup. So why can’t we do this? Is my only option to buy a Sonos sub to complete this? This is a real bummer.

Sonos Beam G2 + SYMFONISK / DIRIGERA

Hello,I’m new here and I need advice regarding the combination mentioned in the subject line.First one is if this combination works reliably? I intend to use the Bem G2 exclusively for radio listening in bedroom. Second and most important one is if its possible to switch off the Beam with the Symfonisk remote control? Third, not so important is, if its possible to change radio stations with the Symfonisk, but this is really not important as 90% of the time I listen the same station. Fourth - Thank you advices!P.S. I want to use the Beam due its shape, no place for “classical” speakers.

feature request - audio visualizer

How do I make a feature request? I have been trying to do it myself for some time using my PC. Would be awesome if Sonos had this feature built it. When playing music though my arc I noticed the arc has some fancy patterns that show on the TV. These are static images. There should be a way to display an audio visualizer on the tv when listening to music through the connected Sonos speakers. Anything to boost the atmosphere.

is there a solution for combining the playbar with 2 sonos era 100 speakers? Can we synchronize 2 systems, one with the playbar and subwoofer and the other with the 2 Era 100 speakers? And the cherry on the cake, can we have them in surround?

Hello. So I recently got four in ceiling speakers for my den. I didn't quite understand the concept behind surround sound but I do now. Am I correct in saying that to achieve a surround sound experience, I'll need a central speaker and a sub woofer? And if that's the case would any of the sonos soundbars work in conjunction with my in ceiling speakers or would it just end up overriding those? Thank you for your time and I hope people can excuse my surround sound ignorance!

Arc/Firestick conflict? Issues since S2 15.10 update. (Now on 15.11)

A bit of background  Received our Arc March 2023. Setup is Arc, Play 1’s surround, gen1 sub, Samsung OLED 77 A2PUA. Arc connected to Ethernet. Current gen Firestick for content (dislike Samsung native). System worked/sounded great, no issues. 8 months.  Following the November 16 15.10 update I started getting very loud over-driven-speaker sound blasts. Not “pops” that this update was supposed to fix. Plus garbled, echoey, reverb-like audio from the surrounds.  Came here to the forum and posted this very loud blast of sound when TV turne on (not having completed any research 🧐). Followed advice given, contacted Sonos support and opened a ticket. The tech looked at the diagnostic, told me “it’s a known issue” and initiated the return process. That is a whole other story, see here if interested, DITTO: “HELP! I am trying to return a faulty Arc”…sonos support is terrible so far! So, received a refurbished Arc and…same problems. Sent 2 diagnostics, opened a ticket, was told nothing is wron

beam gen 2 connect era 100 surround

Hi, I’ve just purchased beam gen 2 and 2x era 100. I can set up the beam to my tv no problem and the 2 era 100’s not the same network 2.4ghz. Whenever I try to set the era 100’s as surrounds I can’t get them to connect. The app just says trying to connect and won’t connect?

Sonos Arc disconnects from TV randomly

I searched the forum before posting here and there are similar queries but nothing that answers my question. I have a samsung tv, 3 years old, i have a sonos arc and a sub gen 3. 3 times now in 6 months we turn the tv off at night and when we get up the next morning and turn the tv on, the hdmi-earc doesnt come on the TV speaker does. The only solution we have found is to unplug the tv and unplug the arc and start over which is a pain. So my question is why is this doing this. The first time it happened everyone said it was a bad HDMI cable so we listened and bought a new cable well it obviously isnt the issue. It is so frustrating and inconvenient to keep having this happen. I am hoping someone can give me some insight. Is it the TV is it the arc itself, what causes this issue.
