I’ve spent 4 days reconnecting 2 play ones to playbar to create surround sound, it’s been frustrating to put it mildly!. Now my tv isn’t connected and I’m losing the will to carry on. I don’t want to lose what I’ve already done but how can II connect up to tv (Hisense) please??

I currently have a Beam 2, and my tv I have doesn’t support Dolby Atmos.Iv seen that the Amazon fire stick 4K max supports Dolby Atmos.  so my question is how would I set it up so that I can use the fire stick and beam to have Dolby Atmos. Do I need to get something to connect between the 2. Iv seen that Dolby Atmos doesn’t work with Bluetooth and just plugging them both into the tv, brings me back to square one.I have not bought the fire stick, so any other suggestions would be appreciated. Other than buying a new tv.   

Have Samsung tv that supports Dolby atmos. Made changes to the tv settings to not use PCM and send the raw audio to the home theatre system that includes arc, mini sub and 2 era 300s. Arc connected via hdmi eARC. Video on Apple TV supports Dolby atmos. Still the audio in shows empty and the status says HDMI and PCM2.0. What should I do? 

Today morning the sosos system disappeared - on arc I can see white dot and that it. I reset it and it is not connecting to tv room. It is not connecting to tv. What to do? 

Sonos newbie here...have ultimate immersive set (arc/sub3 and 2x era 300s) connected to tv via arc/hdmi.  Everything is connected in Sonos app and working together as specific room setup.  I’ve also separately been able to conf bluetooth pairing on each of the era 300s to other bt devices. I’m hoping there is a way to (some other device like Sonos connect or port?) to connect other devices (pc/laptop/phone) to output sound to the entire immersive set?  Hopefully something which allows bluetooth stream inputs which then would output to the entire immersive set? Thanks! 

When playing TV audio, our playbar is skipping audio probably 5-10x an hour. Samsung TV which I have rebooted several times by killing power. I have also cycled power on the playbar.  It has two surrounds, but the skipping seems to be the bar, not thr surrounds. The bar is connected to network via wired cable and serves as the system anchor. We have had this thing for 10 years, never had a problem.

Hi, I cannot connect Sub Mini to Beam Gen2 according to the instructions. How can I make sure that sub is connected with my wifi correctly? When I update my network in settings of Sonos app everything goes well and got confirmation that sub has been connected.

Hi I am looking to buy the home theater package with era300 speakers and Arc. One thing that's important to me is being able to switch from home theater setup connected to TV and then listening to music in stereo via the app with just the two era300 speakers (via the Sonos app on phone) with ease.  Is this easily. Hi,I have been so much struggling with connecting my BEAM.I got this in 2020 and have not used since 2022 until last month.On the app, BEAM was not shown.So I tried to connect via apo, but it keeps failing to do so and asks me to reset the product.(Doing this at least 10 times over and over again.) So I went through the customer service over the phone, which made me wait for 80 minutes, and the technician told me that because I have not used BEAM for past 2 years, the firmware must be outdated, causing a trouble to connect. He gave me a controversy like below. To connect BEAM, I need to have UpToDate firmware.To update the firmware, I need to connect BEAM to the app. I really have no idea what this guy said and just felt ridiculous about the situation that I can’t use my legit product just because they put me in the hole that never allows me get out of. I have 5 more SONOS products than BEAM but this is truly frustrating situation. It seems that they scarifies their quality for their p

I currently have a Sonos Arc sound bar and gen 3 sub connected to my TV for sound and it is working great. If I wanted to enhance the home theater experience, should I be adding 2 Era 100 speakers to this setup?

I have an old Samsung un46c7000 tv and hooked up the arc and sub gen 3 and plays music great but I cannot get any sound out of the arc while watching tv. I've switched to external speaker through the Samsung menu and still nothing...

Hi there!I’ve been using Sonos for a few years, almost exclusively to play music. I don’t own a tv, but I have a macbook that I play movies and tv shows off of (netflix, apple tv and other streaming services. I don’t watch cable tv and don’t intend to). For sound, I often use my Sonos Roam SL because it connects via bluetooth and there is no lag between the image on the laptop and the sound on the speaker.  Now, I recently made 2 purchases: a XGIMI mogo2 pro projector, and a Sonos Ray. I’m now trying to see if and how it would be possible to play movies over my projector, using my Sonos living room set up (2 x One SL, Ray) to supply the sound. Is there any possibility to connect my Sonos living room set up to my projector to create a home theater? I know very little about these things, so please assume I know nothing! Any advice would be hugely appreciated. PSIf there is no way to connect these things - please note I bought the Sonos Ray on a bit of a whim, because it was on discount.

In the new Sonos app, when you navigate to Settings>Room with TV/Playbar, the TV Settings allowing you to connect remote and others only shows up some of the time. Products and Sound headings always show up but I have attempted to connect a TV remote only to not find the menu the next time I open the same app window. 

I have a Sony OLED 55 connected to a Sonos Beam, it has been functioning fine for months suddenly cannot find arc.. not sure if firmware update has broken connection.. I have switched off eARC and also tried turning on/ off Bravia sync. I have factory reset Beam, still no luck. Powered down everything then just connected beam only still nothing. Any assistance would be appreciated. 

I have three sound bars in three separate rooms.  Arc (family room), Beam (attic), Beam (master bedroom).The Arc and the Beam in the attic room have a linked volume, but they are not grouped and are not playing the same media. For example:  If I am listening to music on one, and someone is watching TV on the other, the volumes raise and lower together as each user changes the volumes for their media in their room. This does not happen with the other Beam in the bedroom.  Any ideas what's up, or how to fix this issue?  I have tried grouping with other rooms, ungrouping, etc. Thanks!  

I bought a beam in 2020 and have just bought the sub gen3 and 2 x One SL speakers to get sound surround. I can’t connect the sun or speakers to the beam? Can anyone help please?

I have my own preamp that switches between phono and TV. This feeds the line input of a Port. This setup enables synchronized sound in three adjoining rooms. This works well, but I want to add a soundbar for enhanced dialog from the TV. The problem is getting everything to synch. Another problem might configuring Sonos to understand the three channel setup.

Bonjour, J’ai voulu reconfigurer mes Sonos dans l’app car ils avaient disparu. ( 2 sonos five, 1 sub et la barre Arc)les 2 fives et le sub ont été configurés avec succès. Mais la configuration de la barre a été un échec. Lors de la configuration de la barre (clignote vert),aucun  « carillons sonore » n’est émit de la barre.Ensuite L’app me demande de se connecte au réseau du sonos mais un message d’erreur survient « impossible de se connecter … » puis « un problème est servenu lors de la configuration ».la barre est bien câblée, fonctionnait avant la reconfiguration. Sonos Arc loses network connection daily and sub won't connect at all.  Says "needs update" on the app and then won't complete the update with just "something went wrong' message.
