ARC has become unreliable

I currently have a Sonos Arc, Roam, and a Boost - all of which worked seamlessly and consistently priori to the big app update last summer.

The Arc has become particularly unreliable, and I’m hoping that this community may have a process to put it through which will resolve my issues.

Note, I have troubleshot with Sonos team members and removed, and re-added the Arc multiple times.

  1. Sometimes, the Arc will simply not appear in my system. seems to be random, and resolve itself randomly as well
  2. Songs will stop playing from the Arc, but also when also playing from both the Arc and the Roam - however when playing the Roam alone, it never suffers from these issues
  3. The assistant listening mode will happen without anyone saying the hot word prompt. I’ve even disabled the mic in hopes to resolve this issue, but the listening mode still happens

Lots of issues here - could all be related or just individual items to resolve.
