HiI have the Sonos Amp, a Beam and a couple of Sonos Ones. I want to connect them in a way to get the best sound output from my TV, Music( Streamed on Wifi through the Spotify app) and my turntable. What will be best way to connect them so achieve this. As if now, the Amp is connected to the TV through the HDMI ARC, the Ones are connected as surrounds with the Beam and while watching TV or listening to music, I am grouping both the Amp and the Beam group to get sound. Not sure if this is the ideal way to about it. Thanks

Arc not connecting to wifi or ethernet. Signed in multiple times and system will still not update. This is right out of the box after weeks of waiting for delivery so very disappointing. I have reset, unplugged, and turned off my breakers but still the same error 1101 after several resets of arc, modem and router. Might have a lemon but if anyone has suggestions please feel free to share. 

I have an LGb9 and Sonos Arc sound bar, for about 4 months there was no issue, the b9 and Arc sound bar functioned fine connected via eArc hdmi port (2). Then suddenly audio stopped working through the sound bar, suddenly 2 days later it worked again with no explanation and unable to replicate the results.After that it was fine for about 2 months and this morning I turned on my TV and again no audio coming out of the Sonos Arc, but alexa and all other functionality is fine. I've factory reset both the TV and the Sonos Arc, re-set up and when I attempt to connect the arc to the TV via the app I get the following message(pictured below) . I've tried multiple hdmi cables to no avail. It feels like the same issue I suddenly encountered the first time, but I've no idea if it'll 'randomly start working in 2 days' again like it did before. £1100 TV and £700, feels like it's wasting my time and wallet at the moment.  Any solutions?  Sean 

Just added a Sonos Sub to two paired Ones and a Beam. I also successfully ran Trueplay. The sub is virtually non-audible except when set at the highest level. Even at that level, the base is unimpressive. I tried removing the sub and re-adding it to no discernible effect. Any ideas?

I have a new LG CX tv and the Sonos Arc arrived today. I have connected it with the HDMI cable to the eARC HDMI on the tv and chnaged the audio setting to eARC. However I am getting no sound from the ARC speaker. The Sonos App simply tells me that ARC Mode is not connected. What do I do next?

Hello everyone, I am setting up a home theatre and looking for advice. I have a gen 3 sub and gen 2 ones, but looking to put a playbar attached to the tv. I’d like to use the system as a home theatre but I also want to stream airplay from my phone. Will the play playbar work for this as the other components are airplay compatible? My tv isn’t a smart tv so I can’t stream to it.  I read about separating into groups, but would like it to work for both tv as well as streaming without loosing sound/speakers

Greetings Sono community.  I have had the Playbar for several months now, recently added the Move and just got my AMP last night. So I am trying to get the most out of the set up, I am seeking guidance in making that happen. I have the TV (big Samsung) hooked up to the Playbar via optical.  HDMI ARC from TV to AMP. I’ve got the Move in another room. And will be hooking up my outdoor speakers via banana plugs to the amp soon. (when I have tiiiime).  I also added the LP-120 turntable via Line In. Here is my current issue. I do not know how to use the Playbar independently via the Amp without the TV on.  Example: fire up some music and stream via Amp to PB, and Move in the other room with the TV Off.  Playbar - set up as ‘living room’AMP - set up as “Main Room”Move - set up as ‘Kitchen’Full disclosure, I have not yet connected either the PB or Amp to ethernet.  Th

Hi guys, first post here.I have ordered the Arc and just got the shipment notification, very excited about it. I plan to wall mount  using the Sonos wall mount and will use it together with a LG CX, which I will also mount on the wall when the Arc arrives.I would like to hide all cables, for the TV and Arc, in-wall. Do you have any recommandations for best suitable product/s to get for that? For the Arc it would have to fit/work together with the Sonos wall mount and (preferably) be invisible/hidden behind the Arc. Also I live in Sweden so it would have to be suitable for use here (and with European 2-pin electrical plug type, if applicable)If you guys have any recommendations for what I should get for this, I would really appreciate it. Well the problems continue.I went from the arc not working properly on the optical outlet on the TV, as the TV's book never mentioned that it actually has an arc hdmi outlet.Fortunately someone on this forum pointed out that it had, so I swapped over, and hey presto, joy at long last, it was working, that did not last.I am back to the thing turning itself off if I channel surf, and quite often if I mute it.Hitting the button on the top sometimes doesn't even turn it back on, so it's back to getting the phone accessing the app blah blah blah.I think this product should be recalled.

I got an Arc for the TV and two Fives one to each side of the Arc. I use the Fives for music and the Arc for TV but I have now added the two Fives as surround to the Arc and Trueplay the lot. The question: is it ok to have the two Fives as surround to the Arc but placed to each side of the Arc? not really surround as they seat at the same level as the Arc but would that affect the sound quality of music or the TV?thanks J

I recently setup both an Arc and Beam and connected them to TV’s in two separate rooms.  We had just moved into a new home without WiFi, so I used my hotspot on my cell phone to setup both the Arc and Beam using the Sonos App.We now have internet at the home, and I want to change the setup to connect to the home network.I reviewed the information on how to change Networks, and attempted to follow these instructions:Open the Sonos app for iOS or Android and wait while it searches for your Sonos system. Note that this process cannot be completed using the Sonos app for Mac or PC. When you see the message "Unable to connect to Sonos," tap Learn More. Tap Changed router or WiFi settings?I did receive the “Unable to connect to Sonos”; however after 10 minutes of waiting, it never provided a Learn More tab.I then attempted to use my Hotspot and access the Network Settings through the Sonos Ap

Hi, I recently purchased an installed the Sonos Arc and we hearing random chimes coming out of it. We do not have any voice assistants installed. There’s no apparent words that spark this chime.  Any ideas how to stop this before i go mad?

I get this error message that tells me to unplug and plug back in to finish setup.  Happens on all 5 of my speakers

Hi All of a sudden my Sonos beam is making a loud bass distortion noise, I've turned bass down to see if its that and re done the true play. Also turned off and on, the distortion is not all the time but as soon as there is large amount of bass on a program it is really loud and lasts for a few minutes after the loud bass. Any Ideas?

I bought 3 Sonos One’s and the Arc in December. At first I had a massive headache setting Arc up with my TV, just didn’t connect to it and then randomly one day it connected. I tried all the TV settings possible, to no avail. It kept saying “connect tv speakers”. I have an LG 65 inch tv, don’t know the exact product model. Everythiing is up to date etc. Okay, got it working but I have to remove all other HDMI devices before I can connect the Arc again. Note that I have to reconnect the Arc every time I shut the TV off. Incredibly annoying. I’ve spent over 10 hours trying to configure it to work better. I’ve been reading forums and tried every solution, even bought the CEC less adapter for my tv box, so it wouldn’t interfere with the Arc. BUT MAGICALLY I AM BACK AT THE “CONNECT TV SPEAKERS” SCENARIO AND I CAN’T EVEN CONNECT THE DEVICE TO THE TV. I’m technically experienced enough to say that it should not be like this. 

Hello!I have the following problem:I want my ARC (with SUB and 2x One SL) to play Multichannel PCM in games over my PC (RTX3080).I have my PC plugged into my TV (LGC9) over HDMI 2.1 and I cant get my Sonos Setup to play 5.1 / 7.1 (only stereo).I tried every possible setting on my TV and I know that it should be Passthrough with Bitstream selected.  What am I doing wrong?Can someone please help me?  Kind regards Some pics of my settings: 

I’ve just tried to setup my new Playbar. It seems there’s a discrepancy between the password on my Sonos App Account, and the one on my Sonos Account. Despite several attempts at resetting via the link emailed to me, it does not cross over to the App. This prevents me from completing the setup of the Playbar. How can I start both afresh to try & match passwords and end this incredible frustration?Please help!!!!

Afternoon I've got a Panasonic TX-43FX550B Aside from being a rubbish TV, my Beam stopped working when I changed routers I can connect the Beam to my Sonos app but when I try to connect to the TV the app tells me to switch Viera link on. There is no option to do this ok my TV, so I assume my TV does not have it So I can't progress with adding the BeamNote: this has worked before, and I've actually gone back to the router that was fine, so I've no idea why this Viera link issue would occur now Any suggestions gratefully received    

I'm not able to add my surrounds to the beam. All devices are listed in my system but when I try to add anything to the beam I get an error "there was a problem adding your surrounds. Check the network connection and make sure your products are powered on".I've tried factory resetting just the SL surrounds and then all devices, but that has not helped.  Not sure what else to try, please help

I was told I could connect a pair of One SLs with my Beam as remote stereo but can only find an option for Surround.

No sound at all after set up. Sonos app saying set up is ok. Settings ”flashing” on tv. When hdmi disconnected from arc tv sound works ok. 

Hello,  I recently purchased the ARC and after some thought decided to purchase the GEN 3 Subwoofer from Bestbuy.  Was excited to try it out but after one hour it stopped working.  Could not keep it connected.  Did all the trouble shooting, followed all the directions but no connection.  Spent over an hour with SONOS tech support but never solved the issue and upon his recommendation, it was returned.Without the subwoofer I find the system a little underwhelming and am considering returning the ARC and looking at Samsung or Sony instead.  With the cost of this system I should not be having this problem.  Makes me wonder what will it be like when the warranty is expired.My question, particularly for those that have gone through similar issue, should I try again with another sub or should I just return while I can and try a different sound bar.  It has been very frustrating to spend that kind of money and then spend virtually hours trying to sort out. Your feedbac

Hi! After the 12.2.2 update, my arc is gone from my app. I can see my Sub, but not the arc. I cannot configure either of them, and I cannot get the arc to use the wired connection instead of the wireless. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I just received my sonos beam and for 3 days it worked perfectly fine today it no longer is playing the TV sound it only plays music from the sonos app. Why is it no longer connecting and what are my options on a return?
