Ever since I set up my Beam last week, my TV turns off randomly every so often. I have tried a number of fixes that I have researched such as turning off auto play, Alexa, CEC, etc. None of these have any effect and the tv continues to turn itself off. The TV auto shut down is off and I never experienced this issue once before setting up the Beam. 

Disconnect the Beam completely, and test to see if the TV still turns off. 

Other things to try: update the TV’s software. Update the Sonos’ software. Check the cable connection at both ends. The next time it occurs, submit a  system diagnostic and call Sonos directly with the resulting diagnostic number.
