Dear Community and Sonos Customer Service,I have noticed the Arc does not transmit sound on the far left end of the product as it does on the right end. This is noticeable when playing from all streaming platforms and Spotify and very clearly when using the Dolby Atmos test sounds (https://download.dolby.com/us/en/test-tones/dolby-test-tones_5_1_2.mp4). Another way to test if this is happening for your Arc is to put your ear close to the end of the right side of the Arc and listen to how this sounds and then do the same on the left. The left side just does not play any significant sound as the right side does.Unfortunately this issue has a very noticeable effect when playing Dolby Atmos movies and really does change the experience of this great feature. For example sounds going off the screen to the right are reflected in the Arc but not as much when going to the left.Due to a fault I am now on my second Arc and the issue has been reflected in both.With my first Arc I used customer ser

Currently I have an ARC and two Gen 3 Subs and a pair of ERA 300 for the rear channel. I was looking at adding a pair of Sonos 5 speakers to the from channels of the surround system for more immersive ATMOS experience.  Is this something that will be possible in the future or and configuration that is possible currently that I am not aware of?

I have the Sonos Beam Gen 2, Sonos sub mini, Apple TV 4K 3rd gen, and a PS5. Whenever I play movies or video games that either have Dolby Atmos sound or LPCM sound, my Sonos Beam randomly reduces the volume then goes back to normal. This started with the previous Sonos Beam Gen 2 update.

I am looking to set my living room up with a 5.1.4 overhead speaker setuphttps://www.dolby.com/about/support/guide/speaker-setup-guides/5.1.4-overhead-speaker-setup-guide/ I plan to use sonos amp+arc+sub+2wall speaker either side of tele+2 wall speakers either side of sofa+ 4 ceiling speakers as per the dolby design. Amp will be in loft with eArc link to TV via hmdi/cat6aQuestion is if I can only have 3 pairs of speaker on the amp how do I connect the 4th pair so it is all in sync with the TV. Thanks

Is it possible to use my ARC / SUB3 and an AMP with in ceiling rear speakers for my rears?

I am looking for recommendations for a new sonos setup for my man cave. I have a nice TV/Audio arena.  I watch 4K TV streaming services and listen to XM Sirius and my CD collection.  My AV receiver got toasted and thought it might be time for a change.  I would like to start off with a minimal entry level system and expand/upgrade over time.  Thanks...

I have a Sonos One (gen 2). Will it group as surround sound with a Ray and Sonos One SL?

I have a Gen 1 Beam with the Sonos wall mount. If I upgrade to Gen 2 I’m presuming it will fit the existing wall mount. Is that right?

I’m using an Arc theater setup via 4k fire stick with a Wemax laser 4k projector. The setup has performed excellently for the past four months. Suddenly the theater speaker setup is no longer responding to this configuration. Sonos speakers will still continue to pair as normal to all other devices through the home

Hi there,I’m having an issue where my brand new Sonos beam will cut audio for a split second and return, like a pop, consistently whilst watching TV. The video doesn’t freeze frame or indicate that there is anything wrong with the stream or our internet  I’ve replaced the HDMI cable but that hasn’t helped.  I’ve seen other posts that seem to be discussing the same problem where no real solution is presented, if any exist I’d appreciate a link, if not is there anything I can do to solve this problem as it’s very frustrating. 

I would like to have the option to run our Samsung Frame TV sound through our Sonos ceiling speakers/Play 5. Our Sonos ceiling speakers are set up via amps in the basement and I zero technical ability, trying to hard wire anything is out of the question for me. Is it absolutely ridiculous to get a Sonos Beam and put it in the niche behind our Samsung Frame TV to allow me to set up the sound to come through the speakers? Will the Sonos Beam be totally useless behind the TV (I could in theory pull the TV away from the wall if I want to hear the sound a bit)? I cannot find any other work arounds for what I am hoping to do. 

 My setup is a LG B2 OLED, Apple TV, a Beam connected to the TV via eARC, and 2 Era 100s connected to the Beam as surrounds in the Sonos app.The last few months Ive had this setup, its worked great. I usually use it for watching YouTube/Netflix/Spotify through my Apple TV. However, about a week ago, my issue started happening - Now when listening to YouTube or Spotify on Apple TV, the surround speakers do not play any audio. Again, they previously did before, and I changed no settings. I used to be able to go into the Sonos app in the surround audio section and adjust how much the Era100s would play vs the Beam, now regardless of whether they are set at 0 or +15, there is still no surround sound. I can airplay directly to the Sonos system with Spotify on my phone for example, but this is not ideal - I want the Eras to work as TV speakers for Youtube, which they have done before. I can even change the volume of YouTube through Apple TV that is coming out of the beam by using the touch c

Hi I am flying Singapore Airlines with Beam 2 sound bar can it be carried in the cabin baggage. Instead of check in luggage.  The dimensions are as given below. 

Equipment: Sonos Arc, Sonos Sub, 2x Era 300’s, Roku Ultra, LG TV. Connections: Roku Ultra to LG TV; HDMI Arc from LG TV to Sonos Arc Soundbar. All 4 Sonos speakers are working together when playing music thru Sonos via Sonos S2. With TV running, sound is coming thru the Sonos Arc. I am able to control volume and play/pause of the whole system from the Sonos Era’s. But no sound is coming from the sub or the Era’s.When playing music thru Sonos all is happily working.  The Roku is new. When I was using an Apple TV Gen 1, all was working together. 

Hello, ive got 4x Sono One SL’s from a good friend, and my question is:Can i use all 4 without anything else to make surround sound for my tv setup? do i need something else to use all 4 as surround ? or only 1 extra bar and 2 one sl’s can i use 2x or 4x sl’S with another bar? got a teufel cinedeck atm, can i pair those ? i want to make the best usage for the 4 one sl’s ive got and i dont know how i can use them as best, i only want 1 setup for 1 tv, so i want to use all 4 if possible and try a good setup :) 

I created a group with ARC and pair of Move 2 but after turning off TV and turning back on I have to reconnect the PairWhat am I not doing correctly 

I’ve learned my lesson.  Don’t update multiple devices and software on the same day.  Don’t be an early adopter.I can’t determine where the issue is, the Sonos App, or my AppleTV.Updated AppleTV to TvOS17.2.Updated Sonos to 15.11.I have a Sony x950h.  Arc, Sub Gen3, two OneSL’s, all connected via eARC HDMI.Everything was working great, after these updates, everything went haywire. Volume control via the Apple TV Remote stopped working.AppleTV no longer detects Audio System via eARC (only lists TV Speakers as an option)Sonos app cannot recognize any remotes. Strangely, with all these issues, I am still getting sound out of the Arc, 5.1 and Atmos.  I just can’t control the volume with any remotes.  I have tried resetting the Apple TV Remote (by holding Down Volume and TV button), I have also tried to relearn the remote on the Apple TV.  While trying these options, I attempted to teach the Sonos App a different remote, and no remotes are being recognized.  I have tried a Firestick remote,

I am looking at purchasing a Beam or Arc for my TV. There are times when I need to listen with Bluetooth headphones in another room while people are watching the TV (e.g. news). But my TV doesn't support simultaneous output to both Bluetooth and Arc or Optical.Is it possible to output audio to my Beam or Arc and connect Bluetooth headphones to it?

The only way to reset the sound is to unplug Arc and TV, or as I do as my 75 in is mounted high on the wall, I go to the circuit breaker and turn on/off.i contacted both Sonos and Samsung. Sonos last week said their software worked fine and I should contact Samsung. Samsung admitted last week that there is a glitch, put me on hold and went into my tv and fixed it. It happened again yesterday so I went to Samsung. He suggested that he would reset the tv (like a brand new tv!!) I said yes only to find out that I had to reinstall all apps, sound bar etc. I was PEEVED! Plus afterward the eArc still did not work.I poured myself a scotch, went down to the fuse box and turn the circuit on and off. Arrived upstairs and the eArc worked.Then early this morning, I turned the system on and kept hitting the lower volume button so as not to wake my wife. Hi everyone!I would like to ask a question regarding the setup of the SONOS arc + 2 eras 300 + sub. I have connected such system together with a Lg OLED EVO and it works great. However, I used to have a Panasonic system that had two standing boxes (now substituted with the eras 300). The difference between the older Panasonic system and this new SONOS system is that the voice of the people speaking on the TV can just be heard from the SONOS ARC in the front, instead of being heard from the eras 300 too. From the eras 300 I can just hear the music of the films, so the soundtrack. In the other system I use to hear everything from the stranding boxes I had.So my question is wether it is possibile to change such thing in the way that the voice is hearable from each era 300 too.Thank you

I have a Sonos Arc, Gen 3 Sub, & two SL Ones hooked up to my Samsung QN90B TV.  I can see my settings are correct and Dolby Atmos is turned on.  When I play Amazon movies or shows that have Dolby Atmos I can only see Dolby Multichannel PCM 5.1 in my Sonos app.  I spent over 2 hours with Samsung and they told me that my settings are correct and that Dolby Multichannel PCM 5.1 is just a name coming from the TV and that if my Dolby Atmos is on and I am using the HDMI eArc port, the sound is in Dolby Atmos.  Is this correct?  

I have a Playbar + Sub mini + 2 Play 1’s. I am not in the market for the Arc yet, but thinking of replacing the Play 1s with the Era 100. Would this make a substantial difference given my current system? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have a sonos arc and a subwoofer that I wanted to move to another wireless network in my network. Same hardware, same access point same firewall same switch just a new wireless network. To make sure I had the password correct I connected my cell phone and it connected OK and then I moved six Alexa devices and nine other devices to this network without a hitch. I go to change the Wi-Fi network on my Sonos and six times. I’ve tried six times I get an error that it cannot connect to the network. What’s even pissing me off? Moore is now I can’t go back to the original network because it says that it can’t connect to it either. I hoping somebody here can give me some insight without a flood of misdirection because this is the stupidest bunch of bull I’ve ever seen. I’ve even tried moving my cell phone to the same network that I’m trying to add the Sonos to and that also didn’t work.
