Songs Beam gen 2 sounds terrible

I recently purchased a Sonos Beam gen 2 and sub mini. The setup was easy but the Beam sounds terrible. There is very frequent low end distortion during the dialogue and in general it sounds bad. It is very low mid heavy and lacks detail.

I have run the Trueplay tuning multiple time using multiple different methods, all sound bad.

Has anybody had this problem and resolved it?
