no audio on arc's surrounds

Have the arc and a sub and 2 wireless speakers. It's been working just fine until my wife unplugged 1 wireless speaker and now only the bar is working and I cant get it back in sync. 

How do I restart to get all connected again?

Unplug all of the speakers and wait about a minute before you plug them back in.

Did that and still does not work , any other suggestions?

Remove the Sub and surrounds from the Arc in the Sonos app. Then re-add the surrounds first. Then re-add the Sub.
