New App issue?

Realised last night watching a film that my Era300’s were not acting as surrounds to my Arc and Sub. I have now tries over 10 times to add them but keep getting error message.

So fa I have tried:

unplugged and powered back up.
Factory reset both speakers, set back up on my system.

Rebooted router. Signed out of Sonos app on iPad and iPhone. 

deleted and reinstalled app.


I have the speakers on my system and can set up as a stereo pair but no joy as surrounds.

Help!

This is one of the really strange things about the app issues at the moment.  Different users in the same location have different issues or no issues at all.  Just checked my Era 300’s and still showing connected as surrounds to my Arc.  I’m trying not to change anything at present as I’m worried the system will just break and I’ll experience the same issues as others.  Others have reported issues ranging from their complete system is not recognised, to random dropouts of rooms.  I don’t think anyone on the forum will be able to assist, sorry.
