Nothing works anymore after the latest update. I can not change the volume on my TV or listen to Spotify. It says all my products are not connected to the app since I made the update. I have a Samsung S20.

Latest update (24-05-25) broke my iphone Sonos ap. PC ap still worked until today. Now it won’t open or update music library without update. Updates should not be forced (full stop!). I called support line. They said they were preorder support. Transferred me to tech support and infinite hold. Phone system says they are working on search and other update problems. DO NOT FORCE UPDATE OF WORKING SYSTEM!!! Sonos are you listening?
