Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

I recently purchased a pair of Sonos Era 300’s to use as my surround sound. I had been using Sonos Ones as my surround sound. I reset the Sonos Ones to factory setup and sold them. My app keeps showing the Sonos Ones as Not Connected. How do I remove them entirely from my app/account? In trying to research this, I came across a post that said to select “Forget Current System”, but will this remove all my speakers from my app/account? If it will, can someone please tell me how to just remove the Sonos One’s? Thanks

Just got a rays sound bar and plugged it in ran through normal setup with no issues. App said it needed an update and ran the update. Now the speaker is acting like it has no power. I’ve attempted factory reset different outlets etc and no lights will turn on the sound bar. Anyone had this issue? We have several Sonos products and have never had one turn to a brick with an update 

Where on Sonos 2 do I press the button when the app says ”Make sure the light on your Move 2 is flashing white and green, then press the buttons on it to continue.” Another user asked this same question months ago, but there was no clear answer - only a link to User Guides I had already reviewed.   WHERE is the button?

On IPhone, the Sonos app connects and plays its own built in stations just fine.   The other apps on the phone such as Music, Safari, do not connect.   Confirmed both are on the same network, and that the speakers are selected.  I rebooted the router, too.     

I am trying to add move 2 into my existing sonos network.I have move 2 on the chargerI open the sonos app (ios)Wait for it to identify the speaker and nothing happensI then try Add speaker and app does not see my fully charged move 2HELP HELP this process is so aggregating 

should I quick tune my 2 sonos era 100s before I add them as surrounds to my beam? I do not have any apple products to use true play 

Hi. I’ve decided to create my new home theatre with Beam 2, 2 Sonos 100s and Sub mini. My audio and video sources is AppleTv 4k and I use FHD projector. So obviously my Beam is on on side of the room where the projector is casting the image and the projector is on the outset side (circa 7 m / 22 ft away). Im to make it all work I read and watched few suggestions that I must use an HDMI matrix/splitter as my projector won’t allow me to use eARC. So I bought devices like EZCoo Model：EZ-SP22H2EARCO or its brother EZ-SW21H21A-EO. The challenge I see is while I connect it all together to test with short (eg 2-3 meter HDMI like the white one from Sonos box) it does play Dolby Atmos movies and music from AppleTv. When I then connect it all as it should be with a long HDMI cable (15 m/50 ft) across the room it doesn’t recognize the signal (I guess as eARC) and plays only Dolby Digital or Multichannel PCM. So I know that now with new iOS 18.x you can Airplay 2 with Dolby Atmos too. nie I wonder

Hi,every time I turn on the TV the volume on the Arc Ultra starts at 10. I have tried lowering it from the app before turning on the TV, but it always starts at volume 10. Sometimes at night it is a bit loud and I wanted to know if there is a possibility to "remember" the previous volume or set it to a lower volume by default when the TV is turned on.

I’ve been looking on here for months now, and I still see no sight or sound of a resolution to two essential problem with this new? (7 months old!) app. First, all my compilation albums appear as single tracks; second, I can no longer queue anything as the function has disappeared. Usual comments about significant investment building a system over some years. Are there any answers to these two fundamental problems? I have tried all the suggested solutions using advanced settings and still no joy. Will someone from Sonos reply, or is it left to some other poor user who has had to struggle through the problems caused by this app upgrade?

m having an issue with the Sonos app where I’m not able to control the volume for certain speakers. The volume slide control is just blank for some speakers. 

I’m playing music to my “wired” Play 5, from my local “Music Library” located on a Synology NAS (also wired) and every few songs the music ends abruptly about 5-10 seconds before the song finishes.  It’s really jarring and has only recently started occurring.  My system is up to date and I’m predominantly using the Desktop App.

I just returned a pair of era 100s to costco. I bought them in December 2024 and was unable to pair them. They showed up in the app as Optimo1’s. yep. The box said Era 100, and the label on the bottom. The build quality seemed inferior to my Ones. Have no idea why they would only show as “Optimo 1” In the app, other than guessing that they were originally built as Optimo and then re-labeled for sale as Era100? Was super disappointed, and, glad the return was so easy. And I'm going to stay very happy with Ones. Anyone else experienced this?

I have not used the WEB Player very much.  Today I opened it and one Sonos Room was missing.  That Room shows on all other apps including Sonos PC, Phonos Universal, SonoPhone, Phonos Plus & old “Orange” app.the WEB Player is a bit weak anyway: Have to sign in each visit. Can’t clear queue. Maybe more investigation required.Hope this WEB Player does not replace the Sonos PC app.  At least not until the WEB app gets tweaked.

We have a wall mounted TV connected to a Beam 2 with two era 100s and a sub in our lounge. We also have a Hisense C2 on a stand with wheels so we can move it between our master bedroom and the lounge. I was hoping to get a second Beam 2 and attach it to my projector stand and then drive the audio from which ever Beam we are playing through. If we are using the projector in the lounge, I was hoping to also use the sub and the era 100’s.I haven't added both beams to the same room as I don't want the lounge playing if we are using the projector in the bedroom.The challenge I have is if I try to play audio from the projector with its beam 2 in the lounge, the beam 2 connected to the tv with era 100’s seems to have a issues with lag and disconnecting. It wouldn't bother me if it was just lag as I could turn the volume on the beam 2 connected directly to the projector, but the flakey audio is an issue. It doesn't seem to have issues the other way around.Any ideas on how to solve this or do i

I access the Sonos app on Samsung tablet. I have a friend who sends me playlists, or did so a year ago or more. But now when he does, they show up in Apple Music but not on the Apple Music service I use through Sonos. I am hearing that this is a recent problem and that something in the code of the playlist is creating this problem. I don’t have an error message, the playlist doesn’t appear. 

My beam stopped working while in use and would not power up, I put it aside after a number of attempts to get it going. Some months later I decided to try again, it worked for about twenty minutes and has not worked since.Can it be repaired and if so is there a recommended repairer in New Zealand?

Trying to connect this sub to a Sonos amp and all I’m getting is a constant hum as for ceilings speakers play music but no audio through sub. Have played with all setting in app to match settings in back of sub but still a hum when I plug in both rca ports. Even tried another sub and still managed to hum so don’t believe it’s the cord or sub issue. I haven’t tried a ground loop yet and will have link below to what cord I am using but am just stuck. No issues with internet speed (consistently above Sonos requirements) no data limit issues either ans we consistently use only 50-60% of monthly allotment.  Only the ERA 300 speaker having connection issues.  Have an older Play speaker that is outside in a shop that works just fine where the wi-fi signal has to pass through grarage walls and shop walls.  The SL speaker is connected by ethernet to ISP router.  ERA 300 is “ganged” with the SL speaker as it had been constantly disconnecting from wi-fi.  No walls between SL and ERA 300.  ERA 300 shows green light.  App shows the speaker is connected and streaming…. but no audio.  I see that wi-fi extenders are not supported by Sonos.  Looking for a solution to ERA 300 connection issues.

Hello,All of my speakers except my Sonos Move are showing not connected. I went through and re-added each speaker but was having delay issues so I restarted the app and all speakers went "Not Connected" again. This is the same on multiple controllers. Help. 

This is my first time using Sonus and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I can't connect Qobuz, my preferred streaming service, and then I find out that I can't install Spotify either.  Absolute shambles of a product. Disgrace. 

why when using NAPSTER in SONOS - most of the PINK FLOYD lps are not available in SONOS_- but are available on NAPSTER??

I cannot find my playbar in my speakers after a router upgrade 

I am adding soundcloud to Sonos. It worked yesterday but today its all gone. I tried activate to sonos several times. But cant find anything from soundcloud. It only says try activate.. going crazy here
