What streaming service is this station provided on? Or are you trying to connect it via the setting up an internet radio station FAQ? If so, what is the link you’re trying to add to Sonos? It may be in a format that Sonos can’t ‘read’.
Interesting. Have you contacted myTuner’s CS to see why? All Sonos does is reach out to the location designated by myTuner to get data, so Sonos would be an unlikely point to answer why one specific station isn’t working. They’d be more likely to be able to respond if ‘all’ myTuner stations weren’t responding, if their pointer to the myTuner servers was broken.
Alternately, I wonder if that particular station has removed their feed from myTuner, and myTuner hasn’t corrected their data. Have you also checked with the radio station themselves, to see what platforms they are represented on? I know some of my stations switched from TuneIn to iHeart radio a while back, and it took a while for the data to change at TuneIn.
Have you tried searching the station (011.fm) on “Sonos Radio” instead of selecting it from your favorites or from “myTuner Radio”? I have seen previously where the old connections to favorited radio stations or from “myTuner Radio” need refreshing and each try just stops and starts when trying to play them. I am in Canada and I am able to play this station without issue. Some screenshots below (my apologies in advance on how big they are :-( ). If it works, great, then go ahead and remove your previous favorite on this station and create a new favorite and this time it will point to Sonos Radio.
