Sub Gen 3 connectivity issues

I just recently upgraded to the LG C5 and my soundbar works fine but I can’t seem to get my subwoofer working properly. It’s in the same room and nothing has changed. Has anyone else had this issue?

What kind of signal does Sonos think it is getting?
