je ne trouve pas le podcast de “la conversation scientifique” (sur France Culture), dans la liste des podcast de France Culture qui me sont proposés sur mon appli Sonos. Est-ce que la liste Sonos des podcast est limitée ? Moderator Edit - Translation by Google:I can't find the "La conversation scientifique" podcast (from France Culture) in the list of France Culture podcasts shown on my Sonos app. Is the Sonos podcast list limited?
I’m having an issue with my headphones when using them with my Sonos setup. The headphones initially connect and play audio normally, but after switching between different audio sources, the headphone connection sometimes drops and the audio stops. Reconnecting the headphones usually brings the audio back, but the problem can happen again after another source change.A few things I’ve noticed:Headphones work normally when first connected. The problem appears after changing the audio source. Audio may stop even though the Sonos system still appears connected. Reconnecting the headphones usually restores playback. The issue is intermittent rather than happening every time. Other Sonos playback continues normally when the headphones disconnect.I’ve tried restarting the headphones and reconnecting them, but I’m still seeing the same behavior occasionally. Has anyone experienced headphones disconnecting or losing audio specifically after switching sources on Sonos? I’d like to know whether t
Subject: Arc Ultra mounted BELOW a 10-inch-deep fireplace mantel. How much sound quality will I lose?I’m building a custom media wall with a 65-inch TCL television, a Dimplex electric fireplace and a 10-inch-deep wooden mantel.I’m considering purchasing an Arc Ultra with a Sub 4. My preferred design is to wall-mount the Arc Ultra directly beneath the mantel, with the soundbar projecting approximately 4.5 inches from the finished wall. This would leave approximately 5.5 inches of mantel overhang beyond the front of the soundbar.I understand this would likely interfere with the upward-firing Dolby Atmos speakers, but my biggest priorities are dialogue clarity, music and overall sound quality. I also wear hearing aids and sometimes have difficulty understanding certain voices. I do not want to mount it on top of the mantel as my wife wants to use it for display items. My questions:If the upward-firing speakers are obstructed, will the Arc Ultra still provide better overall sound and dialogu
I’m unable to find my ikea symfonisk lamp in the app. I have updated my iOS on my phone, updated the app. Factory reset the lamp, and am able to find it, connect to it and update it, but it still doesn’t show up in the app or in my Spotify. Anyone got any tips? Have also tried connecting with Ethernet cable, but still unable to make it visible in the app 😫😫
I have tried various paths, forward \ and backward slashes /Nothing works. I have confirmed that the Umbrel2.local uses SMB version 4.22.8. I use the share username and the long password. Have anyone had success with mapping to an umbrel os?
AAC/M4A files play at near-inaudible volume on a Play:1 stereo pair running software 17.2.7 (build 861080260). Same files play normally on current-firmware speakers (One SL, Era 100, both 18.8) in the same system, and FLAC is unaffected on all speaker. Confirmed same-controller, same-file, only-destination-differs test. Confirmed with multiple aac files - all play at usual volume on later model speaker and almost inaudible on my Play 1 stereo pair. I suspect this started after the latest OS update. Anyone else experiencing this??
Factory reset Sonos beam
Have a customer with 15 sonos amps and 21 pairs of sonos speakers. All speakers and amps sound great besides 1 amp and 1 pair in his pool house. The amp is located in the main house rack. We ran a CAT6 through conduit from the rack to the pool house and installed OREI ARC converters over cat6, ARC-EX300-K. The total length of the run is 241’ which is still under the limits for the converters. We have done the whole thing with sonos tech support and they have RMA’d the amp one time. The other times we’ll send them the diagnostics report and they will see nothing wrong or they will throw the blame on OREI. The speakers will work fine playing sound through the TV after we reboot the amp but then after a week they go back to cutting in and out. Streaming music through airplay/sonos app works perfectly fine though, only when it is played through the TV it has issues. Has anyone ran into this & have a fix? I have a video showing the issue: Speaker Cut out
move 2 will not turn on- is there any other way to power it up besides the charge unit that comes with iy
I’ve read on the Sonos website that with the latest software, Move 2 speakers can now be used as surround speakers for a Beam 2. I have a new Beam Gen 2 and two Move 2s, all on the latest software. All three microphones are enabled. The Move 2s are set up as separate rooms, powered on over Wi-Fi, in the same physical room with line of sight to the Beam. When I select Set Up Surrounds on the Beam, the app only offers my Sonos Amp (which is in a completely different area of the house) and does not detect either Move 2. I also unplugged the Amp and retried.I have gone through all of the checklist items on the Sonos website, some of them multiple times. I’m not sure what to do at this point.
I uninstalled the Sonos Controller from my iPhone and then reinstalled, so I presume have the latest build of it.I added 34 entries to a queue using the Add to end of queue and Add next options. When I click the queue button, the Queue page opens and never fully realizes--all I see is a grey list of items with no data in it. It does render the correct track count. See screen shot.I tried leaving the queue up for a while and it did not seem to render.I am loading tracks from a (large) personal library, though it seems like that should not matter. This feature does work on my MacOS controller on my MacBook Pro--I can see all of the songs just fine. This feature appears to have been broken for me since two years ago--so is it just me? I can’t fathom why such a major and fundamental feature would remain broken for everyone.
Any idea how I can remove it, I tried factory reset but it just shows as “Powered off” now? Surely it can’t be this difficult.
As Golden Gate is no longer in beta and is now a general release OS what is being done to address the connection issue? I continue to see updates as it’s still in beta and that’s no longer the current state.
Do ace headphones work in the same way as sonos speakers?
Why my Beam doesn't stay connected to the network while I'm outside? And why I couldn't reconnect it? How can it saved my network?
Moderator edit:Google Translate-I currently have a Sonos Arc Ultra, two Era 300s, and a Sub Mini.Since the latest update, my Sonos Sub Mini keeps disconnecting. I’ve already performed a factory reset and a router reboot, and reconnected it. It connects, but after a couple of days, it loses the connection again—it’s a constant cycle.I’ve used Denon, Bose, and KEF equipment all my life and never had any issues. It’s disappointing to buy a complete Sono
Hi all. I currently have a system in my living room which consists of an Arc Ultra, Sub Gen 4 and 2 x Era 300s. I use an Apple TV 4K and a 2021 Samsung Frame TV to watch all my content (through the Apple TV). Over the past 2 months I have been getting a very loud and rhythmic (almost like a heartbeat) thumping noise from my Sub Gen 4. It happens only when watching content (doesn't seem to happen when I listen to music through the app). When I pause the content on the TV, the thumping noise continues. I have tried removing the Sub from my system and re-adding it, done a factory reset, spoken to Sonos Support (who were nice but not very helpful) but the issue just won't go away. The issue has started a couple of months ago while before that I’ve been running the system just fine for about a year or so. Any help will be much much appreciated!
Why is the connection to DR lost (again)
Når jeg forsøger at tilføje kanaler fra DR LYD får jeg at vide at der ikke er nogen elementer at tilføje. Det er for øvrigt startet i dag.Tidligere havde jeg ikke problemer.
Hello apologies if this has been covered/questioned before.I have a bit of a collection and have recently changed my wifi to a new one after a while with no internet. Im happy to individually add my speakers back one by one but is there a way to save the updates for 1 mass update at the end. Currently im adding one play 3 waiting for the update, adding another, waiting for that to update, adding my era 300 waiting for that update, arc, sub, play 1, one, one, etc etc ideally id like to add all, have an option for ‘add more devices’ then once you’ve finished adding whatever you have you can ‘update all’ same goes for if you purchase a new bundle arc, plus surrounds etc does it not make sense to add them all to the network and then update altogether?
I have a stereo pair of Era 100 SLs in my living room that were previously linked to Spotify. It was great, I could seamlessly connect to my phone or computer to the Sonos and not have other audio come through, just whatever was playing in Spotify. Within the last 2 weeks, the Sonos speaker doesn’t show up under devices anymore. I have tried everything, and it’s driving me nuts that no matter what I do, I can’t get these speakers to show up under my devices in Spotify anymore. I don’t like connecting via bluetooth because then anything I look at on my phone with audio interrupts the music. And it’s also just extra steps to connect the speakers to bluetooth and then go back into Spotify and connect to the speakers via bluetooth. PLEASE help me fix this, I have tried literally everything from toggling on and off certain settings like Authentication or Local Networks within both the Sonos app and Spotify app, to factory resetting the Sonos app and my speakers and re-adding them as new. NO
when I’m playing music through Apple Music app that I installed on my Apple TV 4K third generation Sonos app keeps saying stereo PCM, even though the song that I’m playing is lossless on Apple music app. I went to my Apple TV 4K settings under audio and video and disabled/turned off continuous audio connection. I restarted in my Apple TV 4K. My Apple TV 4K is connected to my tv via HDMI to 4K at 120 Hz sport which is HDMI 2.1 port, my Sonos arc is connected to earc port on my LGBXOLED. I have error 300 as surrounds. I recently updated to TvOS 27.0 but no luck.
I would like to know if the Ace Sidetone will work Bluetooth/USBC/3.5mm and connected to a Win 11 PC or a current Mac (I do work on PCs).
I need to replace some components in my Sonos Five and Sonos One speakers, specifically the woofers, tweeters, and the cable connection/input ports.Have you ever carried out this type of repair or component replacement?I would prefer to rely on authorized Sonos service and would like to know whether these repairs can be carried out and how I should proceed.
I have managed to using Sonos connect to have Sonos system of output to include hi-fi speakers at the same time. However, I haven’t worked out how to do the opposite whereby I play a vinyl record or cassette and the output goes to the hi-fi speakers and Sonos speakers at the same time using Sonos connect. I have a Denon receiver. any ideas?
