Sur un sonos CONNECT ( modèle indiqué sur l’étiquette au dos de l’appareil ) à quoi servent les entrées Audio IN et les touches de volume ?What’s the of analog inputs and volume control on a Sonos CONNECT?
Hello EveryoneI have a Sonos Five, which is exactly two years old tomorrow. It has suddenly stopped working. I have performed factory reset (including with and without ethernet connection to router), the app recognises it and adds it to the S2 app and my system. It even performs Trueplay. However, when I try to play music or a radio station through it, I am getting “unable to connect. Try again later”. Please does anyone have any advice or tips on anything else to try please? Thanks for any suggestions.Mike
Alexa voice control disconnects from Sonos 1 and Beam on an almost daily basis. I have tried reconnecting from the app, resetting each speaker, changing names on Alexa app, but it still keeps happening. I have read there is a bug. Is there an update to stop this happening? Could it be that I have 4g internet connection which might not have constant IP address?
When I choose the Sonos Radio service from the Sonos app on my IPhone my screen says that my account access has expired and ask me to sign in.I sign in but the items are all greyed out. When I check my account it says it is “Active: Sonos Radio HD”When I click Content Services”, it does not open, but asks me to sign in (again) which does nothing.Any suggestions for how I can access Sonos Radio? Thanks
Hi everyone This is my first time posting for help, so apologize if the answer is somewhere already on here. I haven’t been able to find a solution that works so here I am…. I have a Beam and two One SL's which I used to create surround sound. My One SL's kept losing connection, so I tried to factory reset them with my Beam to try and set up a new system. Now nothing will connect to my WIFI. When setting them up, after it asks me to put in my WIFI password, I enter the correct password and then there's an error to say incorrect password. The error flashes up almost immediately, like it hasn’t even tried to connect. It is definitely the correct password as I copied it from the router. Even when I use an ethernet cable it’s asking for a password. It's not a frequency issue as I have many 2.4ghz products connected to my router. I know it’s not the network as everything use to connect fine to it. Kind of lost what to do as there’s no real help online that I can find, and I waited 50 minute
My Sonos beam (gen 2) is wall mounted. There doesn’t seem to be enough room behind the speaker for the hdmi cable to comfortably make the turn, therefore it kinks. Any remedies anyone have for this?
Moderator Edit: Google Translate- I installed the Radio France service on the Sonos app and when I ask Sonos “Play France Inter” It tells me that to add France Inter I have to add it to the Service. And the speaker starts playing a very unpleasant white noise. How to prevent the speaker from broadcasting this white noise Why is it not possible to use Radio France by voice command?
As title says, my Playbar powers off after a few seconds. Initially the led light is on then shuts off. This issued began a few years ago but I’m back to trying to fix it. anyone know a fix for this?I’ve tried different cords and outlets.
I have a Sonos Era 100 and I am trying to get it to receive audio from a bluetooth transmitter (Avantree Oasis B).ie basically the Sonos Era is going to be receiving an external audio source via bluetooth. Can anyone advise if / how this can work? When attempting to pair the devices, I cannot see anything in the Sonos app.Does the Era 100 even support this?My backup solution is to connect another third party bluetooth receiver to the Avantree, then send the signal via aux cable to the Line In on the Sonos Era.
Howdy y’all. I was wondering what the status is for using custom music services on the Android Sonos app? I have been using Airsonic-Advanced for many years now (Subsonic prior). Here is the documentation link if anyone is curious or needs more details on how this works: https://github.com/airsonic-advanced/airsonic-advanced/blob/master/SONOS.mdThis represents 99%+ of what I use my Sonos system for. I can’t seem to make sense of whether or not this is something that is on the roadmap for future fixing? I am assuming this is a result of the android app update a few months ago, since that is when it stopped working. I use this all day every day, so it was easy to notice. I can fully use my Airsonic-Advanced service with the Windows and iPad Sonos apps, so that is how I am currently getting by. Anyway, if anyone has any information that could at least inform me about this, I would be very appreciative of your time and effort. Thanks!
My wife and I have 2 x Spotify Premium Duo accounts - one each on our respective iPhones. Both accounts are connected accounts on our Sonos app, with my wife’s account as the primary (and selected) account. However when I leave the house and play spotify in the car or through my air pods, the Sonos playlist in the house stops playing. Is there a way to configure this to prevent that?
My Sonos Move is grouped but not playing music, although the app says it is playing, showing its volume control and all. It responds to voice commands, like “hey Sonos, play music”, and responds back like “awesome” or “good choice” and all grouped speakers starte playing except the Move. Again, the App shows it is playing with song name and everything. See below. This is extremely frustrating. Please help!
Hi everyone…I'm new & late to the party...I've already seen a few and helpful answers to the question I wanted to ask. That is, what sub should I get that's compatible with my GEN 2 BAR, recently acquired. Some helpful answers are about 1 year or so old now, so I thought I'll raise the question again, in case things have chenged since. Tech is restless & always on the go, however, if nothing much has changed, then I'll try and follow some of the advice already given by the community.Cheers everyone.Gidu

Hello, I read other topics. I verified my account is (and always has been) in the US. I'm not using a VPN. I've tried this on my phone (android) and an iPad, but there is no Sirius listed in the service listing. I've been trying to add it for like 8 months but finally got mad enough about it to make an account here.
I have great difficulty playing CDs through the port, and cannot play cds without the port. Does anybody have any suggestions? It is an old system Yamaha amp and Rotel CD player.
I have Play 1 speakers. System refuses, this morning, to connect to Prime Music content. Do I wait till Monday to call Tech support, or is there some fix, or issue I'm unaware of?
My first Beam2 worked beautifully until after 10 months it would no longer connect to the network. It was replaced in record time but the new one does not sound a good as the old. It seems to have resonant peaks which affect the clarity of some sounds mainly speech. I tried to use the Trueplay function on my iPhone to level the frequency response but that no longer works. Any ideas please?
Hi,Currently I have a Symfonisk table lamp of Gen 1. I want to get the Beam Gen 2 and another Symfonisk lamp to create a stereo pair and to get surround. At the moment I will only be able to buy the Symfonisk lamp Gen 2.So the question: will the Beam Gen 2 work with a Symfonisk lamp Gen 1 and a Gen 2 to create a stereo pair? Or will it only stereo pair with compatible Symfonisk Gen?Thanks in advance!
Can I pair my iPhone with my Sonos system?

Using Sonos Arc, Hisense U8 TV, 2 play1’s in surround speaker mode. I have Sonos HDMI 2.1 cable to TV earc. I have ARC enabled in Hisense and CEC. In audio out in Hisense, I do not get sound from my 2 play1 surround speakers in audio out passthrough or Dolby Digital. With passthrough marked Sonos app says Stereo. In Dolby Digital checked, Sonos app does say Dolby Digital plus but no sound from surround speakers. In auto out with Auto marked, I get sound from surround speakers but Sonos App says Dolby Digital multichannel 2.0. Any suggestions?
