Howdy,Currently, I have an Audio Technica AT-LP40WN turntable (with integrated pre-amp) connected to a couple of Fives set up as a stereo pair (all up-to-date. 13.1, S2, Build 63289050). I’ve had them since November and until about a week ago, they were flawless. Now, when I try to play a record, it no longer autoplays. I have to either select the input in the app, unplug the line-in connection at the speaker and plug it back in, or turn the whole turntable off to get the audio to play.Previously, I just had the needle drop and it started, regardless of whatever else I was streaming at the time. I have made no changes to the set up. I’m using the same connector cord, the turntable is set to line, I haven’t changed any hardware component, and the autoplay settings are the same (autoplay to the stereo pair only, no autoplay volume, source level 10, and low audio delay). Here’s a brief history of the issue:A couple weeks ago, again not correlated with any system changes because I had made
I have been using our move for months without Amy problem. Now I have had installed 5 Ubituiti Wifi access points and the move has disappeared from the Sonos app.I have tried re-booting it and it is still missing, very frustrating. Kindly help. Many thanks

Last weekend I redownloaded my iTunes/Apple Music music library to improve the quality of the tracks I had saved. Everything is showing up fine in Sonos, except my playlists are either old or truncated. Did the location of the files move? I had tried every permutation for the path for the Music Library in Sonos and I either end up with no playlists or incomplete ones. Any ideas? Thanks.
For the last few days I have been unable to control my Sonos Move via the Sonos App. After several months of working without issue, the Sonos App reports my Move as being “Offline” however, I can use Apple AirPlay to stream music with the Move and it still plays the TuneIn radio station I have set as a daily alarm in the Sonos App. Have tried turning off and on but no luck so far. Any ideas before I do factory reset? I have other Sonos speakers on the same network and they are working fine….
I have songs throughout the house, my daughters have a play 1 in each of there rooms. 1 works fine but the other which is closer to the router stops intermittently.Anyone any ideas please.Alan
I have a track set up as an alarm and as white noise whilst going to sleep (I have tried several al have the same issue). I have them set to repeat 🔂 , but instead of playing the whole track before it repeats it loops back to the beginning every 15 seconds.
We have been experiencing a problem with the Sonos spontaneously stops working then reappearing (sometimes). After many hours of looking at routers WiFi etc etc we think we found the problem.I have 2021 iPad Air, my partner has the older iPad we only have the issue when using my iPad iPadOS 14.4.2. No issues with older iOS 12.5.2so before you pull your hair out with WiFi settings etc this may solve your issue.equ- Play 5 1st generation And Connect to my amp.Sonos - please sort thanks.
I’ve been using Sonos with Spotify for many years now, and have always been able to play different songs in different rooms without any problems. However, after receiving and setting up my Roam earlier today, this is no longer the case… :-(Every time I try to start playing one song in one room, and then start another in another room, the first room stops playing, and the Sonos App (S2) says the following:«Playback stopped in XXX. The Spotify account is beeing used elsewhere» (May not be 100% correct, as it is loosely translated from norwegian, but anyway)And yes, before anyone suggest the limitations related to Alexa/Google etc; this is using the native Sonos App only. No Spotify Connect involved either ;-)If there has been made any changes to the terms and conditions, and/or how the integration with Spotify (and other services) works, and this is the case, I cannot recall being «warned» about this. The ability to play different content in different rooms with one (1) Spotify-account has
hey ! Playbar PSU dead, anyone who has a Diagram? My technician friend says he need in order to figure out what component needs to be replaced.
Folks,Sonos plays my Pandora albums (so it does connect to Pandora and can fetch music from it) but does not play my Pandora stations. It says “No music selected”.However, on the PC controller, under the speakers I selected it shows the name of the station I am trying to play.Anyone seen this?
Hi all, we have Sonos speakers we use at work. They are all wirelessly connected to our network. For a few months now one or two of the speakers will quit playing music but the others will keep playing. It happens for 10-60 seconds and then it works fine but does it consistently, many times a day. I have submitted my diagnostic report confirmation code: 1793268462
I have Sonos Amp running my outdoor speakers and it shows up in Sonos but not when I use AirPlay. I also have 2 Sonos One speakers inside that do show up and work fine with AirPlay. Any suggestions/help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
My Bluetooth cuts out on both my speakers at different locations I am using Apple iPhone and Apple Music but also Radio apps
Over the last few months we have been unable to play Spotify through our Sonos Play 1 & 3, occasionally a track will start to play but will then stop and we get the error message that has been referred to in many previous posts “sonos unable to play ... connection to spotify was lost”. I’ve been on the phone to a Sonos technician today who tried to resolve the issue, but was struggling to find a solution. We have a Linksys Velop with 1 additional node. It was suggested that we change the channels to 6, but I am struggling to do this as I cannot seem to access the Wireless tab when logging into the Router. I will persist with this issue via my ISP, but don’t understand why Sonos Radio plays absolutely fine, but Spotify won’t if it’s a channel issue. Any help answering this last question would be gratefully received.
Alright - these things are an absolute nightmare to reconnect. Good lord do I not need all these dumb bells and whistles I just want to watch tv with some sound. had a power surge and lost power the other night and now everytime I turn on the tv the soundboard is dead/off. I have to unplug it everytime to get sound. Everytime I open the app it’s just a spinning wheel of reloading until it tells me they can’t detect the device. I’m on the correct wifi channel, I’ve restarted the modem the router I’ve moved the Ethernet port of the Sonos base or whatever absurd name it is for basically just being a signal booster and I’ve restarted the sound bar. The closest I get to reconnecting every time is when the app asks me to join the “Sonos WiFi” and shockingly since there is no Sonos wifi the connection fails. I’ve tried to factory reset and get to this point again. I’ve deleted and redownload the app and still get to this point. I just want to watch tv. I’m one day away from unplugging this t
Regardless how we power off our Move, when not in use, it fully discharges in a few days.
Hi,I recently purchased the Sonos new amp to replace my old Sonos amp due to app issues. The setup is to power 2 x Bowers & Wilkins am1 outdoor speakers. The previous setup has been running fine for 3 years with no issues. On switch over of the amp the sound quality is appalling. Nothing in the setup has changed bar the amp switchover and the speakers almost sound like the music is being played through someone’s mobile phone. Any immediate advice? thanks
I’m about to try one last thing - rebooting my phone but so far nothing has worked and I’ve tried everything else. My devices didn’t show up in Sonos either. I had to reboot one and then after that the others showed up magically! I’ve reported problems like this before and Sonos customer support is hopeless. I’ve made due with the quirks but tonight my Sonos “system” learned a new trick! Airplay doesn’t work! It worked earlier today but for some reason it stopped. So I went to use AirPlay but it didn’t work. My Sonos devices dropped weren’t showing up in the app so I figured they dropped off the network for some reason ( oh and for the record, they were still connected to the wifi and router I could ping them) Well now they are in the Sonos app but still can’t air play to them! I’m going to reboot my phone but this is pretty annoying Usually getting them back in the Sonos app fixes the problem… Anyone else having this problem? Oh and this website blows on a phone. This week 3 of my 12 or so Sonos speakers have started disappearing. I have done the usual turn off, then on, then restart the router. Here’s the weird thing - when I am using the “find missing speakers” function on my app, and I restart the router, the app “finds” the speakers every time. HOWEVER, on our other devices (other iPhones, other iPads) the speakers are still missing. Even when I am actually playing music on these speakers, the other devices cannot find those same speakers. I have tried restarting the apps, restarting the devices, deleting the Sonos app and reinstalling it, and same result every time. If I run the “find missing speakers” function on another device, then that device will “find” the missing speakers, but then they will disappear from the device I previously used to “find” those same speakers. In other words, if I jump through the “restart speaker” and “restart router” hoops, only one device at a time will “find” these missing speakers. Also of note - the “missi

Hey all,I have a pair of sonos one’s that are connected to the boost’s network. I can verify this by seeing the WM: 0 status for both in the sonos app.I track wifi usage with my eeros set-up, however, and can still see both one’s actively downloading data from the wifi network when in use. I was under the impression they’d be off the wifi network and completely on the boost’s network. Is this normal behavior?
