2 Move speakers will connect via WiFi to an iPhone but cannot raise volume very much. I turn it up but it turns itself down. This just started happening. Recharged them overnight but problem continues.

Try rebooting the Moves by following these steps:
- Take Move off of the charging base.
- Hold the power button for at least 5 seconds, or until the status light turns off.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Press the power button or place Move back onto its charging base.
