Hey all,I’ve recently purchased a Beam and have it set up to my Samsung TV via HDMI ARC.  The reason why I got the Beam was because of the integrated AirPlay2 and Chromecast features. Playing music with the tv kept OFF is fine. However, the problem arises when I decide to watch TV and the the Beam doesn’t produce any output. Even after ensuring the TV has the Beam as its output source, no sound from the TV. If I try to play music via Airplay or Chromecast at this point in time, there IS music from the sound bar and it gives me that warning in the Sonos app that it will stop audio from the TV.  I’ve checked that TV auto play is ON, switched to TV in the Sonos S2 app (music notes > TV). Is there a way to get this to work properly without having to power cycle both the TV and sound bar? Super annoying as it takes 5 extra minutes before I can start watching TV.I can see that there are a few others who have experienced the same but the solutions didn’t work for me. Any help would be appr

I work in IT for a company that has 6 locations with 10+ Sonos Ones in each location and lately we’ve been having an issue with the “Unable to play ‘song name’ - the connection to Spotify was lost”. This has been an ongoing issue for the last few weeks and I’ve seen reports of there being an issue between Sonos and Spotify and to just keep the speakers updated. We’ve been able to solve the issue with pulling the plug and it will bring us back online for a couple of days but unplugging this many speakers to Spotify working is a bit of a pain. Nothing being blocked in the firewall, and Spotify seems to be the only thing effected. Diag code 1086376900

Diagnostics confirmation number 1623634040 For the past few days I can hardly use Sonos for streaming Spotify. In most cases it will say ‘connection lost’. Yesterday morning it did not work, yestarday afternoon it worked, and right now it is not working again. I have tried the following:remove and re-add Spotify uninstall and re-install both Apps, Sonos and Spotify restart routerCould someone please point me in the right direction…?  Thank you

Sonos soundbar is connected to wifi which is about 5m away but cant be connected via a cable. Sound works fine when turning on for about 3 mins and then starts cutting in and out. All other devices working fine on the same wifi connectionWifi speed is 50mbpsDiagnostic Number: 1697054384Can anyone at Sonos please help a dude out ! 

Hi all,I own three Sonos One and since about a month I’ve been experience some super annoying crackling sound on two of them. It happens when playing via Spotify from my PC and also using the Sonos app on android and iOS. I have tried everything some changing to 5ghz, 2.4ghz, setting up again the speakers, disabling true play, disabling loudness, disconnecting the devices from the power source for some minutes and nothing works.My diagnostic confirmation number are: 470077500 and 1054473763I would appreciate any help because this issue is ruining the audio experience and driving me crazy.Thanks,Cajcote

Hi,i have two Sonos One’s that are a stereo pair. And I have two Symfonisks that are a stereo pair. They work fine when I play music on either of the sets. However, when I group the Sonos and Symfonisks, only the right (or left) speakers of both pairs play sound. The other channel goes off.  Any tips? Grouping the speaker sets used to work fine, but has stopped working since we moved to a new place. Could it be a wifi signal issue? Thanks! Stefan

So I have the Sonos Connect. For some reason it keeps needing reset. I did a master reset and set it up again and it works fine. Then when i try to use the next day my app says “unable to connect to sonos lets fix it” So Ill go through and set up again and all is fine until the next time I go to use it. What is going on? Can the connect have gone bad? 

I have an album converted from FLAC to Apple Lossless that plays fine in the Music app but Sonos won’t play it. I have other converted albums that play fine through Sonos.  What might be different about this one album?

i  m unable to access bbc local radio on my sonos system This applies equally using tune in  or sonos radio. On trying to access i keep getting the loop message stating the programme is unavailable due to tecnical or contractual reasons.  i am aware of other users suffering the same issue.I look forward to any help available.kind regardsGeoff Flitton 

Sounds odd but I was reviewing the troubleshooting playlist. One of the items is to reboot all units. With almost 20 different Sonos products in my house I laughed in that their would be no way I would do that. So I am wondering if it’s possible to develop a feature that’s like a mass reboot or specific reboot signal that could just happen from the app. Just a thought.

Jusque là tout est beau sauf qu’auparavant j’avais ajouté un haut parleur Sonos play 1 et celui-ci est complètement disparu de mon application sur mon Ipad.Comme j’ai un Ipad Apple qui date de quelques années avec la dernière version de 10.3.3 et que l’ajout d’un haut parleur Sonos demande une version 12 ou supérieure.Existe-t-il un moyen de récupérer l’application pour ajouter mon haut-parleur Sonos play 1 qui fonctionnait super bien avant qu’il ne disparaisse de l’application Sonos que j’ai sur mon Ipad. Merci !!! 

I have many fitness studio locations that use the sonos port and as of last week every single sonos is disconnecting all day every day. The only way to get it to come back is to power cycle the unit. Was there an update that is causing this? Is there a solution? We have turned off all 2.4ghz frequencies in each studio without any resolve. We have changed it to channel 1, 6, and 11 and it still happens. I dont think this matters as the port is hard wired. Is anyone else having this issue?

Used to listen to www.247MusicMix.comvia Sonos on MyTunerNow suddenly it won’t work. Works fine on the MyTuner app - station haven’t changed anything either.Also it’s listed on radio.net but not seen on Sonos via radio.net 

When I select a song to repeat in the Sonos app, it will play through the first time then on the second time around it only plays the first 10-15 seconds and then restarts. It keeps doing this until i deselect repeat and move on to another song. Seems this has been an issue with others. Diagnostic # 87898677

Hi,I have discovered that my Moves never used USB C port has some green blueish corrosion in it! Battery is charging with the charging dock and the Move is working perfectly. I have used my Move outside by the pool and it have had some minor splash on it. Is there any way to clean it or replace the USB C port before the Move is damaged?Thanks in advanced!

Tried to call 800-852-6105 from Singapore from 17:00 - 23:00 based on (https://support.sonos.com/s/contact?language=en_US) for 2 days and was greeted by a voice message suggesting the line is closed.  Does anyone knows how else i can reach sonos support?  via Email is also good.  Thanks!

Hi, I have read all the threads about this issue but can't seem to find the solution for my new laptop. I have run the Sonos S1 controller app with no issues with my former Windows 10 laptop. I just acquired a new laptop and tried installing the app but keep running into the same error message.The app installs with no problem but when trying to launch it, I get the following error message: "Unable to load pcdcr.dll. Hello! I bought a symfonisk bookshelf speaker to use mainly as an alarm system, streaming music from a windows 10 pc shared folder over LAN.However on some occasions, the alarm doesn’t play, in spite of the playlist loading into the system. It just shows as paused on 0:00 on the first track. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to why this happens, for example this morning it happened for the first alarm, but the backup Chime alarm worked fine.The system is currently wired via powerline ethernet, but I’ve had this same issue on wifi as well. I can’t see any obvious pattern to when this is happening either, either in the timings or the specific music that refuses to play.

Hi,I really hope someone can help. We have a Sonos system in the house set up with 10 rooms and a variety of speakers in each room. Everything is running on S2 app. For the first time yesterday I tried to have music streaming through the whole house and garden. Streaming a radio station works fine (eg BBC Radio 1, Classic FM), all the speakers play the same music at the same time, no drop outs or loss of signal. However, as soon as I try to stream music via Amazon music it is awful, constant random rooms dropping out or the volume decreases significantly then tracks skip or don’t play, the whole system stops and the app won’t respond. Switch back to BBC Radio 1 and it all works seamlessly again. I can stream music to a single room no problem, works perfectly, as soon as you get to 3 or more rooms, it starts to happen again.I’ve tried switching everything off, re-booting, switching wi-fi off and starting again, but it continues to be an issue. Hi,I am having issues hard resetting my speaker. It was working as surrounds with my Beam but all of a sudden my left speaker didn’t work.  I have tried a hard reset several times but cannot get it to change to the orange and then green light, it stays on white. I have tried several times but to no avail.  Any ideas please?thanks
