Hi Community,

I’m not able to pair the remote controller of my new TCL 55 C721 with the Playbar. I tried a lot of time but it seems the infrared signal is not recognized by the playbar.

 

Can anyone help me?

Are you sure the TCL remote uses IR? Or does it use Bluetooth/WiFi? If it’s the latter, it will not work with the Playbar.

Have you gone through the Remote Control Setup in the Sonos app?

Yes, I’m sure. I’ve tested with the phone camera.
I tried from the Sonos app to configure the remote controller but when I push + (as asked by the app), the command is not intercepted by the playbar
