Aggiornero in futuro.Spero di essere di aiuto ad altri utenti.

Hi all,I'm having a strange issue with Spotify Connect and wondered if anyone has experienced the same problem.I have three separate rooms in the current Sonos app:• Family Room – Sonos Arc• Living Room – Beam Gen 2 + two Sonos SL as surrounds + Sub• Kitchen – standalone Sonos OneAll three rooms appear normally in the Sonos app and work correctly. Spotify is added as a music service in Sonos and I can play Spotify music to any of the three rooms from within the Sonos app. However, in the Spotify Android app, the Sonos rooms generally don't appear under Connect to a device.Today I started Spotify playback and Family Room ARC suddenly appeared in Spotify Connect and I could control it from Spotify. The Living Room and Kitchen still don't appear as separate Spotify Connect devices. As a test, I grouped the other two rooms with the Family Room in the Sonos app. Spotify immediately changed to show “Family Room ARC +2” and successfully controlled all three rooms.I then ungrouped them again. All

Just unboxed my new ACE Ultra. Already they are so much better than the OG ones and I have not even played anything on them yet as they are just updating in the App. They are much more comfy on my ears as I am a glasses wearer and the colour is just lovely. They have a more premium feel too. I will update more once I start to use them.Oh and the zip on the case is much improved!

Unfortunately, my Beam Ultra arrived today. I'm not able to unpack it or install it for a couple of days; mega frustrating! How are other new owners finding theirs?

I want to use the era 100 as a speaker for my macbook. But the thing is that, my macbook only has USB-C. Is it an option?wireless connection is not very usefull

A while ago I created this post: This is still a problem. For several games, if not all games, the volume is not how it should be. In the game Metaphor, dialoge form the sides are much louder than from the center. In other games, certain sounds seem too loud. These problems are especially bad when using Dolby Atmos on PS5, but also a problem in Linear PCM, in some cases just as bad like with the Metaphor example. I have tried several combinations without luck. This is not an issue with the TV or PS5 because this is not an issue with the TV audio. I am using passthrough on the TV and device type soundbar on PS5, but tested multiple combinations. Do I have a faulty Arc Ultra? I’m only using the Arc Ultra with my LG C4 TV, no sub or other speakers. I find it odd I can’t find anyone else reporting this. Edit: I think the main problem is that the soundbar mixes up dialoge and music, so in Metaphor when characters are talking from the sides the volume is increased, but when it is from the ce

Hi all -I’m going a bit crazy trying to get this set up. I’ve got a turntable that runs through a Pro-Ject Tube Box S2 Amp to Kanto yu6 speakers. I’d like to set up so that I can either play purely through Sonos speakers via my Port, or through only the Kanto speakers. In order to do this I have a RCA splitter box that has one in, 2 out. My current setup is Amp → Splitter → Kanto (Option 1) OR Port (Option 2). On option 1, the Kanto Speakers work great. On Option 2 the Sonos speakers LOOK like they should be playing, but there’s no sound. I’ve checked the line in settings (set to AV component, volume limit off). When the Port is selected as Line in for speakers, I get the bouncing EQ bars that make it look like its playing, but even turned way up there is zero sound.I know the Port works because when I routed directly to the Port (no RCA splitter) the Sonos speakers worked just fine but in that setup I couldn’t get the Kanto speakers to work on their own.I’m several hours and attempted

When will Sonos integrate AI, such as Grok, into its software?

With Ace Ultra around the corner, the early feature list and reviews look genuinely strong. It seems like Sonos listened to feedback, and that deserves credit. But for those of us who bought the original Ace at or near full price, the launch leaves a sour taste. Ace Ultra is a clearly better product at the same price point, and resale value for the original Ace is already dropping fast. That's the nature of tech, and most of us accept it.Even harder to accept since it seems the original Ace isn't eligible for the Sonos trade-in program. Many of us bought in early, stuck with the product through its rough patches, and sent feedback that likely helped shape Ace Ultra. Being left out of the upgrade path makes it hard not to feel like we paid a premium to beta test.Just asking Sonos to recognize its early Ace customers, whether that's adding the original Ace to the trade-in program, offering a loyalty discount, or something else. It would go a long way toward keeping longtime fans like me i

I enjoy playing the music on my sound system but I don't know how to disconnect.   I can pause. But don't see an X to cancel

Good evening,So I own 4 Sonos speakers, 2x era 100, 1x era 100 sl and 1x Sonos one. I use them in separate rooms and stream music from Spotify via airplay.I was considering an upgrade and buying the Sonos beam and mini sub, and using the 2x era 100 for a surround sound setup. My question is, can I still use all 4 of my speakers to AirPlay Spotify, including the Sonos beam and mini sub, even though they are in a surround sound setup and connected to a tv?I want it all to work for both everyday casual music streaming via airplay and also to work with the tv to watch movies with surround sound, is that possible?Thank you all.

I’ve been a Sonos user since 2010. sometime around Covid, it’s been well publicized they have developed terrible software problems. I have spent countless hours on the phone. I have read reports of promises to resolve and of a new software rollout (Sonos 27) I’ve upgraded from 1 to 2 I’ve replaced old equipment, I’ve gone to a mesh router system, I’ve hardwired speakers and nothing, I mean nothing has solved the issues. What is going on with this company? Their tech was so solid and now it’s complete trash and they cannot fix it

The day has finally come!Imagine my elation when I noticed that the official sonos widget was back, and then despair when after adding it, it just says “not available” underneath the room name.Is this a known issue?I have been using a third party widget without much trouble in the meantime. Also I notice in the default 4x1 size format, it appears to have just three buttons (back/play/skip).We will be needing a volume button too! (like the old widget!)

I recently got the new 2026 portable PLAY speaker and I am regularly having issues with Alexa stopping working.  I can see it is still set up in the SONOS app, the mic is definitely on but there is no voice control. I am also still able to run the speaker through the SONOS app. It seems to happen when the speaker has been powered down and back on.  The only fix I can see is to uninstall it and reinstall each time this happens (and this is not acceptable)  Other important info.. I also have purchased a second PLAY portable and have set them up to use as surround speakers (this is a new feature just released) and this also seems to throw off the Alexa function some times.

I’ve tried reconnecting Apple Music to the app several times, but I keep getting the same "Something went wrong. Please try again" error. I’ve already uninstalled the app, removed the previous authorization, reinstalled it, and started over from scratch, yet the error persists. What else can I try?

My wma files, are no longer playing any sound.I have check the bit rate and Khz of my files 192kbps and 44.1KHz, which conform to Sonos guidelines but still wont play.I think this has happened since the last update. Is any one else having this problem again, I know it was any issue a while back.

Hi,I have BenQ 2150HT. I have ArcanaFury.I would like to connect that to Arc Ultra. I have tried all the advice on the Internet I could find. Am I doing something wrong or is this projector not compatible?ThanksK

Hello Group,I currently have an Arc Ultra, sub4 and 2 ERA100’s in our living room. During the day I have my desk setup near the TV facing our couch. I would like to be able to listen to just the ERA100’s and the sub4. Is there any way to have 2 different “presets” for a surround setup?

Hallo all. Sonos is great. Especially the round the house music. Question - can a setting be put on for auto switch off? Quite often I wake up in the morning and realise I didn’t switch it off. Laziness / forget about it in other room / fall asleep on sofa etc. The sleep timer is useful but don’t want to remember to set it every day. Would be easier to say ‘always switch off at midnight’. Automated smart house so would like that to fit in also! Many thanks!

TCL tv not connecting to soundbar 1st gen

I recently bought two era 300 in stéréo mode, guys you did a super great job here - it.s like to have a paire of studio monitors - but please why it.s impossible to manage the left and right channel and also why so few set up in the equalizer mode compared to an Arc ? Tks

I am concerned about RF.  Can the WiFi radio on the ace ultra be turned off if not in use?  Same question for bluetooth when listening via usb c.  I want to know if either f both of these radios can be turned off to avoid RF.  This is a specific question for the Ace Ultra Headphones.  Thanks

I have a Samsung Frame TV - QN75LS03BAFXZ (2021) and a Sonos ARC gen 2My issue was with the TV settings, not the ARCThis is how I fixed it.Pulled out all cables and power supply on the backend (Sonos Connect, now Sonos Port)  I did not go behind the TV to disconnect and reconnect. I did a factory reset on the TV.These are the settings that worked for me.  Caveat - The TV still loses the HDMI output choice that has been saved occasionally.  Sometimes I must go back in and make the proper selections again.Go to HOME screen Select SETTINGS Set SOUND OUTPUT to Sonos Arc (HDMI-eARC) Go to INPUT DEVICE manager Go to CONNECTION Go to EXTERNAL DEVICE MANAGER Select Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) Select INPUT SIGNAL PLUS and make sure that the proper HDMI selections are there.  My setup has 2 HDMI inputs used: HDMI 1 & HDMI 3.  Make sure that all the proper HDMI selections are selected. Mine drops one of the HDMI inputs sometimes and that’s when I have the problem. Go to the SOUND menu. In EXPERT setti
