What to get

Hello,I'm considering buying the Sanus TV mount attachment for the Sonos Arc soundbar (WSSATM1), but I'm not sure if it would be compatible with my current setup:- LG 65" OLED CX TV- Reinston Ultra EU025 full-motion TV mount (sorry, available in Polish only...)See here for a couple of photos (pardon my temporary messy cable management).As you can see, my TV mount differs quite significantly from the one used in the instructions for WSSATM1. Also note that it's tilted downwards by 15 degrees in order to get a good viewing angle while lying in bed.Does anyone have experience using this mount attachment with a similar TV mount? Or maybe someone could point me to a different solution which could work in my case?I realize that this might not be the best place to ask this. I have also reached out to Sanus’ customer support, but I’m still awaiting their response and I’m not inclined to believe they would give any recommendations outside their own product range.Any help or suggestions would be

Hi,I can see that there is a new upgrade programme for the Sonos Play 1’s, Play 5’s and Connect AMP etc… Can I choose to use the discount on any products within the Sonos store? How does this work?EG: Can I use my Play 3 upgrade to get 30% discount on a Play 5 for example?I can’t really see this explained in the small print…Thanks!

Hi everyone, sooo, I have the Sonos Playbar and 2 Play ones in my living room. I mainly use the system for listening to music and not actually to watch many movies (contrary to what I had planned years ago when I bought the playbar). Anyway, I am moving to a bigger apartment so I would like to add speaker(s) to my setup. What would you recommend I should add (all in the same room). Shall I go for one play 5 or another play 1 and the sub? I appreciate that it won’t improve my movie sound experience but that’s not what I am going for as I said earlier.thanks for your help ! 

Good day, i have searched through the history and am still unclear of what my best option is.  Apologies if I’ve missed it. Currently i have the Sonance MAG 6.1 set up for my back yard.  This system has a sub and six landscape speakers running to a single Sonos amp. Sounds great. My patio has a TV that i would like to integrate and be able to both play the TV output just on my patio (separate from the landscape speakers), as well as with my landscape speaker or just through my landscape speakers. I have yet to purchase the audio (speakers/amp) for my TV patio, would in ceiling with a sperate Sonos amp or sound bar (beam/arc) enable the above desired end state?  Would i need something different? Appreciate any intelligence you can provide.  Thank you.

What’s the chance sonos will build a larger subwoofer with deeper extension? I know I can get the Sonia amp and use my own sub but I am so impressed with Sonos fit and finish of current products. I would be willing to shell out good money for a larger sub.

I have a turntable and intend to retire my whole stereo sound systems, replacing it with my recently bought Sonos ARC which is connected to my TV now. However, I have a turntable which I am not sure if I can connect to ARC. I assume I need some equipment to connect to the TV and out to Sonos ARC but it would mean I need to have my TV on when I use the turntable ? I was looking at AMP and I suspect it is not the system to do it, as it connect to existing speakers not to ARC. Any advice out there ?  

when will my roam arrive

So I have a Playbar, and 6 other Sonos One speakers around my house…(trouble is they are all pre-Airplay2)If I were to buy the Roam and Airplay direct to that and group all the speakers to the Roam, does that mean I can effectively have Airplay2 from my iphone Music app throughout the house?

Hi all, I was looking for some confirmation that my potential plan will succeed before spending my money.  I currently have a Playbar and 2 Play:1 attached to my TV and work really well. I have a separate turntable (denon dp-45f) attached to its own (old) hi-fi system (pioneer vsx-425) and 2 x Jensen speakers and sometimes headphones plugged directly into the amp.  My hi-fi system is on the way out and the pioneer is starting to fail so I was looking to attach the turntable to my sonos system. I understand ill need a pre-amp and then either connect to a port/five/amp. Planned sequence would be:Turntable → preamp → port/amp → bluetooth receiver/headphone amp + wireless to sonos Now this is where my question is: - I would like to with the option of either listening to my records with the wireless/wired headphones OR via the sonos system.  - If I set up the port or amp as a ‘room’ for the headphones (likely will use a bluetooth receiver plugged into the port), can I still ask the sonos to

I want to trade in a ZP90 but it doesn’t appear in my online account (it used to but no longer does after I upgraded to the new S2 controller)Sonos chat support are unable to help and said I need to call the sales team who can assist, but I have been on hold for over an hour, on two separate occasions, unable to speak to anyone.Does anyone here know how I can get reliably get in touch with the sales team? I was wondering if a surround setup with two play ones a sub and the beam would sound better and more direct than one play five. I wanna get the play five for the quality but I can get the sub and add on to the surround set up. Which is better? 

Is upgrading to Arc from Beam worth the extra expense?Now I have a 5.1 setup with beam, Sub (gen 2), 2x Ones as rears.Recently I have upgraded my TV to LG OLED GX55 which supports Dolby Atmos through eARC. I mostly watch movies and series on Netflix, Apple TV+ or blu-rays, game on Xbox Series X (supports Atmos in trueHD) and listen to music a LOT.I created this topic because now that I have a TV that supports Dolby Atmos I feel like I might miss out on the experience having a beam instead of the ARC.Has anyone maybe upgraded already having full 5.1?Thank you in advance for all the answers.

I’m interested in purchasing an Arc but have read several reviews wherein owners of certain Samsung TVs are having issues with compatibility.  I have a 2019 65” Q80 TV.  It has no eArc HDMI port, but does have an Arc HDMI port.  Are there issues I should be aware of and can I be assured that I can experience ATMOS?Thanks,ZJS

I want to have 5.1.2 system (DolbyAtmos) but I will have everything connected to a smart installation (GIRA).WIHSES:I don’t want to have a rear speaker for the sofa (only in wall - see in picture - ‘’stenski zvočnik’’) I would have two speakers above the sofa (see in picture -‘’stropni zvočnik) I would also prefer to have speakers in the wall with the TV (see in picture - ‘’stenski zvočniki’’ but I do not know if it is necessary. what is the sound from the wall speakers? it is better? So over a couple years I have collected several Sonos products. My current setup is a Sonos beam (my first Sonos purchase) in front, two play 5s as rears and a gen 3 sub.  I want to upgrade my system again but I’m not sure if it would be better to replace the beam with the arc or just get 2 play 5s up in front with the beam. What do you guys think? What will sound better?

Can I buy longer mains cables for Play:3 speakers?  I need 3m cables at least. What types of connector goes into the back of the speaker?Can anyone post a pic?

Please see the attached blueprint of our living room. My plan is to acquire Sonos Arc and setup Sonos Ones as surround speakers next to the sofa.What I wonder here is whether it is a waste of money to get Arc as left to the tv there is no wall, just a corridor? Also the back wall is not straight. Any thoughts are appreciated. 

I'd love some Sonos planning advice. I have a Beam and two ikea speakers for the TV room and they work great. I would like to extend the sound into the outside this summer around the patio and pool area. In the past I had put a bunch of Alexa devices around and put them in a group - and put an alexa in the tv room with an input to the beam in the same group for music everywhere.To move my Sonos outside for the summer I could get 4 Sonos outdoor speakers ($2K) and amp ($800) plus wiring (not good) and still missing voice commands. I am wondering if getting 4 Sonos Roams ($920), keeping them plugged in and mounted is a good option. Can I put them in a group together, and then use the Alexa function from anywhere to play Spotify/Tunein etc. Also like Airplay/Bluetooth option if I can then play the connection on all four Roam speakers?I assume I could play outside as well as both inside/outside together. Would Alexa play nice with multiple Roam devices?Any other ideas/advice? Goal is to wa

I have a Sonos AMP connected to an in ceiling speaker in the Master Bathroom.  I wanted more power and sound out of it as it gets drowned out by the shower running.  I put up 2 Sonos Ones.  The option is for surround sound, but now the surround sound base doesn’t make it sound as clear.  It sounds heavier base, like the volume from the surround is stronger than the main AMP in Ceiling speaker.  So my thought was to have 3 speakers - like a center, and 2 bookshelfs.  Is there a way to create 3 speakers (and not surround speakers) so its the same quality that can produce higher volume and sound?  I would prefer not to have the speakers listed as 2 rooms in my app to get that result, or should I just deal with it?  I probably should have just put in 2 ceiling speakers but this is where I am at.  I can adjust - most important to me is the quality of the sound and not the cost.

hey sonos - when r u going to get your supply chain filled? ... making your customers wait two months is an opportunity for them to leave u behind.. given the number of substitutes available these days. Also, u are killing your custom installer market..  our distributors have no status on product shipments.. naddaI have 12 items all on  back order  now..ordering a SONOS AMP thru your own store shows a shiopment date the end of MAY- really? 

Completely revamping my home theater, formerly wired 7.1 Klipsch to Denon AVR- S730H supporting a 55” non-Atmos Samsung. Looking to go smaller and (as much as possible) wireless (minimal wired connections going back to a central location) --- and definitely want to go Atmos (at least 5.1.2, but optimally 7.2.4 or 9.2.4, with Atmos channels firing up rather than emanating from ceiling speakers or true height channels).So, do I even actually need a receiver at this point? If I were to upgrade to a 2019 or 2020 65” OLED/Atmos LG with a single Blu-Ray player, do I even need a receiver? Or can I just go full Sonos with the TV as the Atmos processor for itself and the Blu-Ray player? Is there any real reason to go with an Onkyo “works with Sonos” receiver if audio sources are only LG TV/Blu-Ray/iPhone?Yes, we listen to music through our system too, and the Denon allowed multiple different sources to play through without being “forced” into a Denon format (so - my iPhone playlists were useabl
