Is there an option to get a One SL cosmetically repaired. It hit the ground from about 3 feet and the protective cover is bent. 

Hi,l have my Beam placed on mantelpiece above fire in my room.The soundbar is not getting hot. What would be the maximum temperature in order not to do any damage?Cheers.

I am unable to connect this speaker to my wifi network. I live in a care home and I have no access to the router, so I am unable to use an Ethernet cable. I have tried everything, including resetting the speaker several times. No dice. This is the result I get. On doing what it says the system tab is greyed out. Looking at the wifi network, I can’t see the sonos attached. 

My problem already detected and existing and never disappeared since 2018, then due to transfer from Italy to Gemania I did not finish the assistance path, (now I made a move and I brought it here. The playbar emits a whistle, high-pitched hiss, like fax noise, tried again at factory settings reset, with and without optical cable connected to the TV, add and removed other speaker from system updated firmware, tried with other power cable, off and disconnected nearby devices, disabled wifi , tried network cable, etc., as soon as I feed the playbar, the whistling whistle starts, tried other electrical outlets but the annoyance is always there, I don't want to make other attempts to exclusion and waste more time, in the case of procedures that already have previous solved the problem then I can give it a try. since the problem is known and had by many other people I ask to send my playbar directly to service, and also an estimate before shipping of the repair costs based on the cases alre

Hi Sonos,Why did you forget adding 5GHz to SYMFONISK in Update 12.1? :-( BTWNowadays, even washing machines fully support the 802.11 b/g standard and SONOS speakers according to their specifications as well, but in practice they do not use the 802.11 g data rate. This is a waste of valuable bandwidth.BRPiotr

Just ordered a Sonos port to upgrade my Sonos connect so I can use the new app. Anyone know if I will be charged import tax wasn’t aware it comes from Europe as all my other kit has been ordered from the retailer super fi rather than direct

I have been unable to find any answer to this question anywhere.  So far not able to connect my Sony Walkman NW-A55 or audia-tecnica AT-LP120XBT-USB turntable to my Sonos Move speaker.  I was able to connect them to my Klipsch Groove speaker with no issue.  Can’t be a problem with my devices which is what I was told by Sonos Support.I have the bluetooth on my phone and laptop turned off when I try.Very frustrating since this is why I got the speaker to begin with.

Play 1 stopped working. Tried resetting it, tried connecting via Ethernet cable still does work. I have tried another play 1 and that still does not work. Checked the forums and cannot see anything to help! Do these just give up after a while? 

Ive read the BBc website explaining how to listen to BBC sounds on a sonos speaker, howevr when I play the programme and tap the Airplay button the only option I get is my i phone, how would I get my sonos speaker to show up?

Hi all, I have a Sonos Five, I have a question about placing it. I have it on my desk where I work on my laptop close to it. I just wanted to know if it would be fine keeping the speaker next to electronic devices such as laptop, TV etc.  Also, I am planning to get another Five for a stereo setup for my TV. I am not sure if I should invest in another sonos or get a Sub. I am not sure if two Five would be able to compensate for the bass. I don’t want heavy bass but still reasonable. Making a stereo pair makes more sense but then I want some opinions.  Thanks,SB 

I just set up a new Sonos subwoofer with two Sonos one speakers set up as a stereo unit. Is the Sonos one in the system compatible with airplay 2?

How mobile is a sonos one speaker? Can you unplug it from your kitchen and take it to another room, plug it in and use it there without having to go thru a setup?

I have recently purchased a Sony Bluetooth turntable. The unit works fine and had no trouble picking up my echo dot when I pressed the pairing button on the turntable. However as I wanted to get a better sound quality (obviously) I’m trying to connect to my Play1.Again, the Play1 works fine and is linked to my phone.Why can’t I get it to sync with the turntable 😤cheers in advance🤞🤞

Just bought a Sonos Move and tried to connect it to my Philips The One (PHILIPS 43" Smart UHD 4K TV 43PUS8535/12) thru bluetooth. The tv dont find the Move but find other devices(other bluetooth speakers). The Move is found by my mobile and my othe LG tv.Feels like there is some bug but anything I can do? Tried to restart and so on.  

We've had several occasions where we lost internet for a day or two (we live in the middle of nowhere in east Texas). We own 15 Sonos speakers and listen to them all the time.  My favorite music source is my mp3 library stored on a NAS drive.  When internet is down,, the network is still up but I can't connect to the controller and manage the music and the speakers.  So my question is "When an SHTF event happens,  (and it will), how am I going to still enjoy my thousands of dollars of Sonos speakers"? 

My sonos plays when i have no devices on the same wifi group as Sonos.  It usually plays a song a lot louder than what I'd play it, and it usually plays the last song I listened to on Sonos. Last time it happened it was 7am I was at the gym (20km's away from home) with my phone not connected to any wifi and it started blaring some rather heavy rock at full volume.....wife wasn't happy! Since then its happened a few other times too with no devices on the same wifi grouping (only way we can turn it off when this happens is to turn off the speakers)

I have a pair of One SL’s, one in the kitchen, one in the living room. I cannot figure out how to have them play the same thing unless I pair them as stereo sound, which is great and works well, but what if I want to have them both play both channels, making the living room and the kitchen a “group”? I can’t find a play “everywhere” option either. Thanks!

Hi - If I’m music playing through multiple Sonos speakers, including Move, and then I take the portable speaker towards the end of the garden where WiFi drops out, will it automatically and seamlessly switch to Bluetooth and continue in sync with the other WiFi connected speakers in the house? Assuming I’m using the app on my phone and have that with with me…..Thanks, JH. 

Just received my Move. Unpacked, set up and now playing took under 20 minutes. No issues. On the charger while playing. And I just answered my own question I was going to post here. Yes it does charge while using Move (while charging). Sounds great so far.

Hi all.  I accidently chose to upgrade one of my play:1’s.   Does this affect anything in anyway? Can I still update it and use it?
