Once the Sonos Move is fully charged do you disconnect the charger from the power supply?
Im concerned about over charging the speakers battery and causing damage!

You don't necessarily unplug the charger to the power cable.
Much better to just turn off completely the move if you're not using it.
Sonos move battery should last about three years or 900 charges.
