If someone resets my system, will I get an email or any kind of notification? I have a system set up in a rental and am worried about someone trying to reset it and take it over or even remove it from the home.

Not that I’m aware of. 


If they take the devices, you could file a police report, and provide that to Sonos, who is aware of what devices are registered to your account. If they get registered to another account, I suspect they can provide the police any pertinent information, with due process. I don’t imagine they would share that with you, though. I would expect they want to stay out if domestic squabbles. 


If you are that worried about it, remove the Sonos system from your rental and enjoy it at home instead.
