Acabo de adquirir una barra sonos arc ultra y tengo varios dispositivos echo plus y echo dot por casa.El problema es que al poner música en toda la casa no puedo unir la arc ultra al resto de la casa.alguna solución?

This is more a visual issue than a “real” issue but …..maybe someone knows so here goes: For your online profile (www.sonos.com → login) you can see all your Sonos devices you have added to your “system” over the years (My Account → System) on that email/login you have used.  It lists everything from speakers to controllers, for me it shows everything I’ve added since 2006 (ZP100) including various CR100 controllers - so everything under my email login for S1 devices.A lot of these devices I no longer own/have due to various reasons (broken/sold on/lost/upgraded) BUT they are still showing on my online profile.Note, these devices are *NOT* listed/showing on the S1 app anymore (expected behavior) as i no longer have them (broken/sold/lost/upgraded).Is there any way to get these deleted/removed from my profile??This issue is specifically for my S1 devices (and my online profile for S1).  I’ve not had to “remove” anything on my S2 profile, yet...but i suspect same issue. Yes, realise this

building a custom sauna, and I wanted to install Sonos speakers in the sauna. it’s been impossible to get a direct answer from Sonos whether or not they make speakers that can withstand the humidity and heat of a sauna. Does anyone know if you can use Sonos speakers in a sauna? When I did a chat with customer support, they said they don’t have any products they recommend, but I’ve seen lots of people have Sonos products in their sauna

I have am RT-BE96U router and a sonos system with about 9 sonos S2 speakers.   I also have a Sonos Boost directly connected to the router.  My understanding this is effectively creating its own subnetwork anyway which is the point of the boost (yet is discontinued).  However, I seem to have a lot of dropouts no matter the wifi channel.   Given the Boost is discontinued- I’m not 100% sure it’s being used the same way it was years ago to create its own network. Asus has easy setup of a IOT 2.4 5ghz network.   Would I be able to prevent dropouts and interference if I put sonos on a 2nd wifi iot network by itself? 

i have a pair of sonos 5 and a pair of sonos 1;s i have put the 1;s and the 5’s in the same room then bonded the two rooms together so that i can have them working together...but is their a way to connect the 5;s to the 1;s directly and not through grouping rooms

My sound cuts out every 10 minutes when playing albums.I recently switched internet providers from Starlink back to Frontier. No issues with starlink router. I had this problem before with Frontier and remember making changes to the IP address settings.The usual solutions do not work.

Hiya, I’ve contacted Sonos regarding an issue, they’ve said it’s best if we do a replacement once we receive the faulty product, I’ve contacted support 4 times to receive my pre paid shipping label, I haven’t got anything, this is a joke, it’s like you lot purposely not sending me a return label. Hello, I tried looking for conversation that would help me place my ERA 300 for surround sound.  I recently purchased a large package with the ERA 300’s as the surrounds.  Where I will place them is in a big open room in which I can not place them at eye level behind the sofa.   I have been directed by my significant other that she will not allow any stands behind the listining area and no movement of furniture.  I have attached pictures of place areas on the wall where she is ok with having having them.  They would be 8 feet high, with close to 3 feet above the speaker on the first ceiling shelf only getting higher from there.  They would be close to 2 feet behind the listening area.  I was going to order the angled wall mounts that can angle down to around 30 degrees and to the side 5 degrees.  Do you all think this would be acceptable placement with my limitations.  Any advice welcome that could help me with placement without upsetting the gf.

Hi, I’ve just bought a pair of Era 300 speakers. I was surprised to notice that the official dimensions on your website are wrong! They are not 160mm high, more like 190mm. I know it shouldn’t matter as the space above should be open but some people might have to place them in a wall unit. ( I know it defeats the upward firing tweeter ) 

Hi there, I have a Sonos Play 5 Gen 1 I got second hand and I want to connect my iPhone via wifi or a line in cable. I can’t add to wifi using the app because the speaker isn’t found and I can’t play through a line in cable as yet as I don’t know which one to buy that connects to my iPhone. Just hoping some music comes out soon! Hoping you can help 

I ordered a pair of Sonos ERA 100 which I want to connect as stereo pair. I know using Sonos App, it can be paired to stereo. But I also want to use those pair with my MacBook and Sony Bravia 3. Is it possible to pair them with these devices using WIFI?To make it simple. Once I have paired both Sonos Era 100 using my iPhone App, will these speakers work as stereo when connected with MacBook and Sony Bravia 3 TV using WiFi?Moderator edit: Combined posts

This is only a recent issue for me as I have switched from using a Port connected to an amp to an Era 100 in the bedroom.But minimum volume of 1% is too loud for nighttime use. I see it’s been an ongoing issue for years  And my Play 1s are the same but not really an issue as I don’t use them in the same way.Is this ever going to get fixed or is it just tough, that’s how it is? It’s my only gripe with my system but it’s quite a big issue and possibly the issue that makes me have to try something else. Cheers 

I got an Era 100 yesterday, and set it up in my kitchen near an existing Sonos One. When playing a mono stream to Everywhere (as I usually do), and listening between the two speakers, it’s clear that they are reversed in audio polarity. There is no stable central image as there should be between two speakers playing the same content, and the bass is weak. Is this a defect, or is there a reason Sonos reversed the polarity between speaker families?

I've got a stereo pair of play 3's downstairs not doing much anymore, just a bit of Spotify. What, if any, options do I have these days to send audio from portable devices? For example, watch a movie (think any of the numerous video streaming services available) on a phone, tablet, or laptop but have the audio output from the play 3 pair? So far it seems impossible without another device added to the mix. I have a play bar and sub upstairs, also a Move 2.Thank you kindly.

I really love my Sonos speaker system -- when it works! But nearly every time I try to use them, the system demands an update, which fails, and I cycle through resets, reboots, etc., for half an hour, give up, try again. This is extremely frustrating. I have a good wi-fi connection, a high quality router, reasonable tech skills, and none of my other products give me these problems.WTF?Please don’t instruct me on reboots, restarts, updates, etc. I could write the manual at this point. I’m just sick of having to take these steps, and have them fail repeatedly, every time I want to listen to music.Does anyone else encounter this constant frustration, and if so, are there other speaker systems you’ve used that are more reliable? 

Are there different gens with the newer Sonos five….. I’ve seen black units with a while logo and I’ve seen black units with a black logo, are these units different hardware wise or is it purely cosmetic

hi,can you can use a Sonos Era 100 Pro on Wi-Fi and use PoE (Power over Ethernet) only to power it, by using a PoE injector, which provides power but not data?

With setup Era 300 + Ultra Arc have you notice a significant difference (musically speaking) between spotify and apple/amazon music Apple/Amazon have HD music. In the other hand, not spotify. Although I enjoy the music discovery from Spotify, I wander if it is time to switch to a music provider that has HD music.  Knowing the lossless quality is better, can we actually ear a difference from the compression format offered from Spotify? Thank you in advance

Sonos, please fix your app. I love your products, but this past month I have serious connectivity issues with my era300 in stereo pair.

I was gifted a Sonos Era 100 on my birthday. I already owned a Sonos One SL. I was already disappointed to find out that I could not pair them together, and could therefore not use them as TV speakers. I understand the reasoning for this, but it’s still annoying.Now I’m having this problem where I can’t even get them to play music at the same time. In the Sonos app I select them both to play at the same time and it says: ‘Era 100 + 1’ or One SL + 1’ but the ‘+1’ speaker never actually plays anything. Everything in the app indicates that both speakers are playing (the little sound waves beside them are both moving) but sound only comes out of one of them. Both speakers are fully capable of playing independently and if I change which one is the ‘+1’ I can change which plays music.I have been able to fix all this temporarily by plugging out both speakers and plugging them in again, but they soon revert to this problematic state.Does anybody know why this is happening? Hello.Upgraded recently to Arc Ultra with a pair of 300’s.Today I’ve removed from their place on shelves the two older Play 5’s to sell.I found the power cable on one of them to be incredible sticky. No idea why, both speakers are in the same family room. Nothing anywhere near the speaker to cause a residue to build up on the cable.It really is quite sticky to the touch along the whole length. Certainly not something I’d be happy selling to someone else. Both speakers have been fabulous and are still in terrific working order. I’m going to miss the sound quality as the 300’s, whilst brilliant for Atmos, are not as ‘warn’. Anyone come across this before?Any cleaning solutions you can advise to get rid of this?Cleaning solution you’d advise for the Play 5 speakers just to make sure they’re at their best for the new owner?

First let me say that I am technically very adept, having been a DJ and software engineer.  I have installed or upgraded many wired (and more than a few wireless) sound systems.In November replaced my old Definitive wireless system with 3 100’s (2 of which are a speaker pair.)  Also purchased the Pro-Ject-1 turntable.Wow, what crap this is.  Oh yeah sounds great when they work.  BUT...speakers drop off, or the sound goes out, OVER AND OVER.  There is NO interference, the speakers are all close or even in the same room as the router.  Last night we had a party, and just as people were arriving, BOOM, the Sonos app/Spotify once again could find no products.  After unplugging everything (including the router) and firing them all up again, it sort of worked, but the speaker pair was gone and I had to set that up again. Anyone without the technical proficiency of myself would have been at their wits end. I have a pair of Era 100’s set up as a stereo pair.  I have a CD player which is connected to the line input on the right ERA100.  When playing CD’s the left ERA100 suffers momentary loss of signal.  If I connect the CD player to the left ERA100, the right one suffers momentary signal loss.  I have replaced the cable and tried another CD player and also tried a hard wired connection from my iPad.  Again, no matter what the source, the transmitted channel suffers losses when using the line input.  There is no problem at all if I connect my iPad via Bluetooth, nor is there any problem playing radio or Amazon music.
