is there a headset that will work with Sonos beam? Listened to too much Zep & Queen at the required volume in my time! got a great beam system and can just turn it up when i’m alone. but when watching with the wife i need to turn volume up a little too much for her liking. would like something that allows me to listen independent of the other speakers.
Hi, I was wondering what the best way would be to achieve this goal, I want to play my vinyl through the house, including my Tannoy speakers, I also want to stream from my nas to all speakers including my Tannoy speakers. The turntable has a pre amp and rca connections, the amp has no digital connections but does have a line in and line outThanksPhil

Hi,I have a Sonos Arc 5.1.2 and everything was working fine, but since couple of days when I use it with my PS4 it cuts out the sound after around 10 minutes. The setup is PS4->LG tv->Sonos with hdmi arc. When I use Netflix on the TV directly it’s fine, but after I run anything on PS4 it cuts out the sound completely after those 10 min. It comes back only when I switch to TV (like Netflix again), then when I go back to PS4 it works for another 10 min and the same happens.Any ideas?
Ordered Sonos Move in black on November 28. Current status is Backorder. I don’t recall it being on backorder when I ordered it.Any idea when the Sonos Move are going to start moving out? Pun intended.

Following up on the several threads here reporting issues between Samsung TV and Sony Beam - I have owned a 55" Samsung TV, Sonos Beam for around a year. I recently discovered (family generally uses this TV not me) that the sound doesn't come through the Beam most of the time. Here's what I have found, I will report in a few days whether it is actually fixed or not.The Sonos software works fine setting up the Beam to HDMI ARC on the TV. No issues at all with set up. The TV reports the Beam as “receiver HDMI".Unplugging and plugging the Beam HDMI cable with the TV and Beam turned on gets the sound back through the Beam immediately.Turning the TV on and adjusting the sound as it boots shows the sound to the Beam to be working. But when the TV is fully booted the sound reverts to the TV speakers.Turning Samsung Anynet/CEC on/off toggles the sound between the TV speakers and the Beam.I have a satellite box connected to HDMI1, CEC is switched off on the satellite box and always has been.I h
It would be nice to be able to set different EQ presets for the Sonos Arc, one setting for watching TV/movies and one setting for listening to music. It’s a little annoying to have to manually adjust the EQ every time I switch from watching TV to listening to music.
What is required to have Apple TV 4th generation use Sonos system for sound. Sonos is not being recognized by Apple TV as an option. Apple TV Tech Support has NO CLUE. And Sonos documentation only talks about remote pairing. I want sound to come through Sonos Playbar, sub and Play 3s’. It’s not that complicated of a question but neither seems to address it.Thanks for any HELP!
Why won't it connect? Works fine on the xm app but not through sonos? I've noticed sonos is pushing their radio could that be the reason to shut down my xm service? So frustrating and i complain but no one can figure it out all of those engineers from MIT and nothing huge disappointment 😒
My Port is up and running and sounds fantastic. But I have a question. When I’m playing a vinyl, cassette or cd through Port I always have to group the rooms (TV Room) when I have to flip the vinyl or change to the cassette or CD player. In other words I have to go to my app and group my Port (TV Room2) to my TV Room/Garage/Bedroom/Move in order to here the music playing. It’s a little annoying I have to go to the app and group the Port every time. Is this normal?
Hi, all. I just recently signed up for Amazon Music HD and have a Sonos Port connected to my Yamaha RX-A740 home theatre receiver. I understand that the Port has a DAC inside it so I am wondering if I need to select any sound settings on my home theatre receiver (like Dolby Pro or other sound stage setting). Will the receivers sound settings produce an inferior sound quality? Should I just run the Port’s signal through the receiver without any additional sound settings applied? Thanks
I recently purchased a 5.1 surround set up with the beam, sub, and two OneSL speakers. During set up in the app, all were discovered and I chose all of the products to be in the family room, but each was somehow set up under its own family room (family room 1, 2, 3), not together. I have been able to link the beam and sub together, or the one SL speakers and sub together, but cannot connect all in one group in the same family room. Currently the beam and sub are connected, and when I try to set up surround through the app, I get a prompt that says “two compatible Sonos speakers are required to add surrounds. Make sure your products are powered on and connected to Wi-Fi.” Both OneSL speakers are stereo paired, are on and connected to Wi-Fi, but for some reason are not being discovered by the beam and sub combo. So at the moment I can listen to the Beam with the sub but have no surround. Would appreciate some advice on how to either add the beam and sub to the already paired OneSL speake

Hi I had to update my WD My Cloud to OS 5 and in doing so I lost connection to my library. I am running sonos on S1 as I have a Play:5 and bridge that don't support S2. Once updated the WD My Cloud, the link to my music library needed to be updated. I have tried to do this via the conversational NAS drive connection that we had before and the My Cloud Home Service setting, neither work. Nas drive gives me a error 900, where I've followed instructions to adapt the bite rate to 24 and 26 and I still get the issue. When I go through the My Cloud Home Service I can see the directories but no music files. Please can you advise, I feel like I'm going around in circles. Very frustrating..!
Just a quick ask if anyone has discovered or heard anything regarding the 12/8/20 update besides the traditional performance updates, and other such etc...
HiI have an iPad Air 2 running on 14.2 which cannot find Sonos. Both my iPhone and windows laptop can.I have removed the WiFi and added it back. Still nothing.Any ideas?
Hi If I make use of the Upgarde Programme to trade in my 2 * ZonePlayer 100’s and get my 30% discount on 2 repalcement units (via Sonos website), do I get to keep my ZP100’s and will they still work? Cheers
I plugged my Teac TN-300 into the Sonos Five and all I get is a faint highly distorted sound. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Toggle the pre-am switch on the TT on and off multiple times to make sure it’s not a sticky switch. Changed the cable connecting the TT to the Sonos Five Tried multiple settings on the Line level (from 1 to 10) Kept autoplay off Made sure I am only playing on the Sonos Five and not on any other speakers in the home Disconnected and reconnected the cartridge head Reset my cartridge weight and anti-skatingAny other ideas? Is it possible the Sonos Five is fine except for a bad Line In?
When playing Atmos through Arc volume on S One SL surrounds will sometimes be very loud. It will almost sound like it is as loud and same sound that is coming out of Arc itself, then sharply cut back to a lower level surround only type sound. Any thoughts to start troubleshooting? The source is Netflix Away. Arc, Gen 3 Sub, 2 S One SL.Thank you,Scott
This question has been around for several years and does not appear to have been resolved. I discovered it last night with 3 of my albums named Maiden Voyage. A search for the by album name brings up one listing with all 3 albums’ tracks. If I search by artist, yes then only one of the albums appears. Sonos it is time to address this issue.
Hi AllMy Sonos arc seems to go into mute and out randomly. It’s usually only for a minute or so but very annoying. And we’ve also had the volume go into full blast without any interference.Any tips?
I’ve been using this app for quite some time across several Sonos devices and yesterday the app when opened was empty of content and displaying a message “unable to browse music”. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but the problem remains. What is the problem and who owns it - Sonos or radio.net?
I have a Samsung Q75 UHD 4K TV I bought in 2017 for about $6000 so it’s a solid TV, set up with a Sonos Play Bar, Play 1 (left), Play 1 (right) surrounds, and the surround Sub. All these are in my living room for movie playback.Throughout the apartment are numerous Sonos speakers built into the ceiling but they run on their own and are not grouped with the TV. For 3 years I have had no issue with sound playback on any device. I would often run the Sonos TV setup at medium volume, and use the TV’s built in speaker volume to increase or decrease the overall sound depending on time of day, (I don’t like to disturb the neighbors in the apartments below mine and often can’t be bothered to go into my phone to play around with the volume). Since my system updated a couple of days ago, I have noticed that the TV output and the Sonos output are not quite synced. This is most noticeable with voices. There is a very distinct echo. If I turn the volume off on either the Sonos or the TV, then the o
Looking for some help. I have a Playbar (ethernet to Google Nest router), Play5, 2 Play1s, Sub, and a Move. The Playbar is the only speaker connected via ethernet. All of the other speakers appear to be connecting to my home WiFi. In About My System, it shows WM:0 for the Playbar and WM:1 for all the other speakers. Two questions…1) My Sub is not working (can’t feel it vibrate). Note, in the Sonos app, in the System menu it displays Kitchen (+Sub) so it seems like it recognizes it.2) Is there a reason that all my devices (aside from the Move) are not connecting via Sonosnet instead of my Wifi? My house is small so all the speakers are not too far apart. I’ve tried factory resetting all the speakers multiple times. I’ve also tried connecting each device through an ethernet when resetting them. However, once I unplug the ethernet, they connect through WiFi again. And I don’t know how to make Sonos “forget” my WiFi. Note, all the speakers work, except for the Sub (I just don’t u
